"Love this place! We come here often to get Boba. I can't say I have a specific fav because all of the drinks are great. We consistently get the crab bowl. It's enough for our family of four to share. The young lady at the front is always nice and inviting."
"This place is located in a strip mall. My first impression walking in is that it smelled a little musty from no air circulating. I don't think they had the air conditioner on. An open door or any fan would have been nice. The customer service was good we were greeted right away and our order came out quickly. I ordered a passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba and my husband got the coconut milk tea with boba. Both were very good. Not too sweet and perfect amount of ice. Would definitely recommend. I just hope they do something about the temperature in there and maybe if they put in some seating (a couple tables to hang out) but maybe that is their work in progress so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. So for now I give it 4 stars. But again good drinks and good service. Will definitely pay them another visit."

"Good customer service. They are ready to explain the self check out. They also have so many flavors. They are great at helping you decide what you would like best. We had a great time customizing our drinks. Definitely recommend this place."
"My son LOVES Boba and when I told him there was a new place by us that had Boba we had to go the next day. I really liked that I could go to the Kiosk and take my time building my son's drink. It really allows you to personalize your drink on every level. From the sweetness level, to flavors and type of Boba. My son loved his. The place itself is so cute inside. It's cozy, has games, a few places to sit and some games to play. I also noticed the offered some fun noodles and snacks if you wanted something other than Boba, milk tea, or ice cream. We are looking forward to going back and trying some new things to us."
"What a delicious lunch. And we were lucky to eat during the Chinese New Year and won a prize. So fun. I loved everyone who worked there, they were all helpful and very warm. The food was delicious and portions were very big for the cost. So affordable. We brought our food home, but the space was bright and cheery."
"Our family always stops here for a Boba drink when visiting the mall. Sony drink combinations. I like how transparent the menu is and how you can see every flavor they put into each drink. The names of the drinks as so much fun. My favorite part are thr names of the add-ons like nunus, gobis and Boba. Ordering the drin by name with the add-ons is such fun to say. Popping the seal of the cup with the giant Boba friendly straw is so satisfying. We usually take off the seal for our little ones to drink so they don't suck up the add-ons in the straw unexpectedly and choke on them. They had a few sips from. The straw today like big girls, but cracked the seal in the end to fish for the goodies at the bottom with a spoon. Fast friendly service all the time."
"The ice cream is delicious here. Some of the best I've ever tasted actually. Lavender Vanilla is my favorite. Lovely atmosphere and you can walk around the park. Service is excellent. Price is on par with any other ice cream place and you get a superior ice cream to most others."
"Delicious drinks and dogs! This place has such a dope ambiance! It is truly a place where you can bring your laptop, grab a corner, and eat some good treats. They have a variety of teas, bobas, fruit jelly, blended drinks, and more. I love tropical fruits, so seeing Lychee and Passion fruit on the menu is a huge win. My kids love the teas. They are a little too sweet for me. However, I added water, and it was perfect. I do believe you can adjust the sweet level for more balance. Now, for the star of the show, the Krispy dogs! Filling-Beef,Cheese, or half and half Coating-Hot Cheeto, Churro, Krispy,Potato, or Classic. What I love is that meat is a great quality beef, and the coating options are legit! The Krispy Dog is probably my favorite because it offers a nice balance of sweet and savory, which compliments the hot dog perfectly. My son loves the Hot Cheeto because what kids aren't obsessed with hot stuff right now.I would have given them another star if the dogs were crispier. If the Hot Dog is called Krispy, then I expect a crunch when I bite it and soft on the inside. Circa Ala Hot Dog on the Stick mall days, man miss them. However, I brought the dogs home and popped them in the air fryer for a few minutes, and it truly was another level!!! All in all, this place is solid, unique, and great customer service. I can't wait to try the Kimchi fries, which I will update my review when I do. Until then, go get one!"
"SO YUMMY!!! We randomly stumbled upon this place and we are so glad we did. The donuts were all extremely fresh and they had a large amount of variety at 10:30 AM. The maple donut was so tasty and the apple fritter so probably the best I've ever had! Will definitely go back when I'm in the area."
"I was shocked that I didn't know this establishment existed until I went for a birthday event with my best friend and sisters. Upon entry we were greeted by two workers (it appeared one was being trained on how to use the register and make teas). I opted for a matcha milk tea with strawberry popping pearls; while the tea itself was fine, I found the pearls to be very, very sweet and artificial tasting. My friend went for a fruit based tea and my sister opted for the brown sugar boba milk tea - but none of us found the tea to be out of the ordinary / special. Pricing felt comparable to other shops around the valley. The establishment itself is pretty big; since we went for an event there were lots of vendors set up inside (more than 10!), and it seemed like on most days there are games that customers can play as they drink their tea. Not sure I'll be coming back here any time soon, but I also won't be actively avoiding this place!"
"The donuts are very good. The sandwiches are "ok". I would consider the croissant sandwiches with egg, bacon, sausage and cheese to be the best. Not the croissant with ham, jalapeños and cream cheese. Or even the one just with cream cheese. You just get a huge croissant with BARELY any filling. I even had cream cheese missing. The only reason I order from them is because the donuts are so good. And that they do have breakfast choices. I will keep trying this place though."

Wonderful staff super helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter loves boba and so does my niece. They both loved their drinks my niece said it wasn't as sweet as she's used to but would absolutely want to come back as it was delicious from start to finish same from my daughter. Love that they have lots of food options as well excited to come for all of the things as it looked super good and fresh. So much so a whole crab was just pulled out of a pot in the kitchen. Hidden with small parking lot in the back so don't miss this place! Add it to your list

Just a straight up good boba spot, my favorite drink from this place has to be the Dark Brown Sugar Jupiter with black honey boba. I highly recommend this drink and the place, if you do get this drink add extra ice since it can sometimes be a bit too sweet.

Q: What do you say when you need to keep going? A: If at first you don't succeed, chai, chai again!Review #1302 marks my 100th review of the year, which is also my 99th boba shop review. That's a lot of [boba] ballzZz!I enjoyed my Sunday afternoon with some friends at TeaLand. It was weird heading over to TeaLand since we came from up north so that meant we drove through a very heavy industrial area. I was actually thinking TeaLand would be in a warehouse or something. Imagine my surprise when we came across this little town. Hello, TeaLand!I had the Peachilicious drink and shared a lobster roll. The drink was decent, the fries tasted quite similar to McDonald's, and the lobster roll itself was quite good. They only sell their lobster rolls Fri-Sunday so plan accordingly.TeaLand is a great place and seems to be a local hot spot. I wish them much success!

I had stopped by there's a Boba Tea Company location located on the first floor of the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. At first I was kind of skeptical to see what kind of boba that they had here. I'm from LA where there's lots of boba spots so my internal bar was set kind of highI ordered the tropical drink and it was pretty good. I can't complain and it was refreshing since it was so hot out but as I was pretty good. Now I'm curious and intrigued on how some of the other drinks are but overall it was good. The team members were really cordial and hospitable.I ordered at the counter and they were able to answer some of the questions I had in regards of what some of the toppings were. There's different types of drinks in the different categories listed on the menu so it was organized with what I was trying to go for.

Great service and great sweets! We were blown away by how delicious everything was and the hospitality. We came here after trying out the Thai place next door and were so happy to have found this gem. There was 14 of us and there was plenty of space to enjoy our treats and take the best food pics as every part of the shot was picture worthy. Since there was 14 of us we tried about everything on menu. Cookies, smoothies, teas, tayaki, all soo good. We can see ourselves coming back!

We usually dine out on Sundays. My husband suggested pizza, but I said I wanted to go to Poke Paradise since I hadn't had a chance to stop in yet. We ordered him a pizza and stopped at Poke Paradise on the way to pick it up so I could make my bowl. We sampled a couple proteins, and then I think he started to wish he hadn't ordered the pizza. Monday, his day off, he went back to Poke Paradise to get lunch. (See - always listen to your wife!)Service was fantastic - so friendly and offered some good suggestions that I might not have tried otherwise. Everything was very fresh and they had a great selection of both proteins and toppings. I highly recommend the Japanese scallop. When we sampled it I thought it was a bit sauce heavy, but in the bowl, when combined with the rice, it was amazing!I also decided to try the mango tea. I didn't add any boba to it, but it was delicious. Their drink menu is quite extensive too and with the options, you could probably make a new creation every time you go and not repeat anything until you've been 100 times or more.So glad to have them in the neighborhood!

I'm always down to try and new Boba Spot so when I saw this location and I'd never been we looked over the menu and waited in line. I'm trying to cut beck on sugar , bummer I know... I saw the Bucknaked and it sounded good while son got the cosmo with popping boba . Service was ok, but not anything to write home about. It's in the middle of the food court. We were given a number and waited for it to be called. Our drinks were ready pretty quick. I was not a fan of mine at all. I didn't realize until I drank it that it was lightly carbonated. My bad for not seeing that above the drink. My son loved his and drank it in seconds ha ha. I couldn't leave empty handed so I went and tickle me drink, much better. All in all pretty good stop. I'd come again to try other flavors.

This place is adorable! I stumbled upon this place after yoga on a hot Arizona day (117 degrees out) and the owner was so sweet. She helped with many recommendations, answered all questions, and allowed me to sample until I made a decision. There were so many delicious options. Right now they have a Lavender vanilla flavor and she is HEAVENLY. I got the egg waffle and 2 flavors and it was good. The egg waffle comes out fresh and warm (you have to wait about 10 mins for it) so my only concern was that the waffle was melting my ice cream so I had to eat it quick. It also seemed like the waffle could've cooked a little longer cause the inside was very soft and mushy, but I wasnt sure if it was supposed to be like that. Overall love this place though, they made all their ice cream in house, and have lots of drink options too.
Visit Restaurant Page"Tortoise Tea House popped up on my yelp search and I am so glad that it did! The space is very cute and clean, with plenty of tables/seating. I actually came here two days in a row - the first time, got the Tortoise Tea, which consists of milk tea, boba, grass jelly, and pudding. The boba was fresh and chewy. Second visit, I got the mashed taro/jasmine tea. It was also delicious, just wish I did add some jelly or boba. They're unable to make their house milk tea with alternative milks as it is pre-made, however I was advised that they do offer oat milk and coconut milk for other drinks. Love this new spot is just right down the street, and look forward to visiting again to try all of their offerings!"
"Came in at 1:30pm for some pho and boba. It was a little confusing if you sit down or order at counter. I found out for food you sit and order, for boba you order at the counter. It is a small, nice area. Music isn't too loud and creates a good ambiance. I actually found myself singing along to a few of the songs! The egg rolls were okay... Not the typical Vietnamese egg roll I'm used to getting at Pho places. Came with sweet chili sauce. We got Pho Tai and it was pretty good! The broth had a lot of flavor! I would come back for it for sure! One of the workers here was super kind and showed my son, who had chosen Pho for his birthday lunch, what dragon fruit smoothie looked like as he was deciding on what boba drinks to get. He got the dragon fruit slush with honey boba and I chose the strawberry slush with honey boba. Both were delicious and the boba was nice and fresh!I would recommend this location and I hope they keep up the quality of service and food! I hope it does as we needed a good boba and pho place close to us!"
"Came by on a Thursday evening and tried their taho (tofu pudding). Not too sweet and silky. It's served warm FYI! I've had warm and cold versions but in Vietnamese or Taiwanese styles. Nice that this one came with boba for some added texture. Great healthier version of dessert with some protein too!Service was quick and kind - no complaints!Small shop with a few tables. Same plaza as JL Patisserie."
"Super cute spot. Trendy, IG worthy pic spots. They have games in the back you can play at your table, a foosball table and a mini claw machine. Loved it upon entry. So why no 5 stars, this was tough. The drinks were not good. Vietnamese coffee tasted like it was powder. Maybe I am just used to the real Vietnamese coffee and how it's made but it was disappointing. Magonada, ok this one was even more disappointing. I asked the girl at the counter which was better the magonada or Sandia loca (bc I love both mango and watermelon). She recommended the magonada, then I literally said to her "oh fresh mango bits okay yes I'll get that". I get my drink and it had NO mango. I figured they forgot so we brought it up to the counter and then she said "oh we are out of mango bits". Uh, that was the reason I got it. How can you not tell someone that after you heard what I said. So basically it was just mango slush. Lastly, we ordered the egg waffle. After about 30 min we asked for it, figured they also forgot. The guy told us it was being worked on and apologized because something went wrong with the machine when they made the first one so it didn't come out well. He brought out the "good" one and the one that didn't come out well (fyi I was crunchy and hard). He was very polite and apologetic but unfortunately even the good one came out a tad on the over cooked side too."
"Happy National Boba Day! Let's celebrate with my 94th boba spot review!Popped in the other day after visiting the family for some drinks and popcorn chicken. A fresh sugar cane juice, kumquat green tea, and an order of Taiwanese popcorn chicken was about $20ish. Very comparable to the other boba spots in the area. While most people coming in were ordering sugar cane juice and churros, I was quite pleased with my savory popcorn chicken. Tea-riffic sits at the old Churroholic location and much of the interior, even the wall art, looks to be the same. It's a clean location and they have a steady stream of business. While the sugar cane juice is definitely the star for me, I wouldn't go out of my way to pop in. Good drinks and chicken though!"
"Zero One IceStrawberry Snow is probably one of the best snow servings that I have had.Would have liked to try other items but just came here after a big dinner. Fun place with board games to hang out.But the reason to come here is the "Ice Ice Baby !!""
"The Arizona heat is no joke! It was still warm out during the evening, so we went to grab a few refreshing drinks before heading back to the hotel. Milk Run is in a small plaza on the corner of 7th and Camelback. The parking lot was mostly full, you might have to wait until someone leaves. There's another lot behind the building if you give up. Just a short walk away. They are connected to the neighboring restaurant Pho Thanh. Inside you'll find a handful of tables and benches. Surfaces were sticky and not very clean, have your wet wipes ready. Good variety of milk teas, coffee, sparklers (carbonated lemonades), slushies, smoothies, sweet teas, and ice cream flavors to choose from. You can even get milk tea topped with ice cream. Toppings and dairy substitutes are available for additional charge. Peach Mangonada - a salty, sugary, sour slushie! Perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. The tamarind straw adds more spiciness and tartness to the drink. Classic Milk Tea - okay tea flavor with a decent silky consistency thanks to the milk The boba was chewy. Somewhat unsweetened though, I suspect it should've been soaked in the sugar syrup bath for a bit longer."
"Stopped by to pick up breakfast sandwiches for my team. They enjoyed the sandwiches. However, mines were burnt a bit. Overall, the worker at the counter was nice."
"Thank you so much to Jessica S. for setting up this Elite UYE! I was so excited to finally meet Jessica IRL and to learn more about boba tea. It was awesome to see HoyMay P. as well as meet with other Yelp Elites. Royal Boba Tea is located in the Basha's shopping center on W. Waddell Road and Reems Road in Surprise. It's located near a nail salon, Baskin Robbins, and Subway. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They answered my many tea-related questions. I finally decided on the Royal Passion Green Tea, which was delicious. I would definitely order it again. The menu is huge, so I will have to visit again when I am in the area to try more options. We had not one but two types of pizza - Barros and Reel Pizza Pies. Both were excellent. Barros has a thicker crust and Reel has a thin, New York style crust. I was happy to try them both. Thanks again to Jessica S. and Royal Boba Tea!"
"Excellent service. The selection of drink varieties was adequate. The boba was freshly made and my drink was yummy. I will definitely be going back."
"Fresh and Delicious The donuts from Bosa Donuts are tasty treats that everyone should expeirence at least once. Hot, light, flavorful, and fluffy. I could eat a dozen myself and for a mere 10 bucks a dozen what a delicious treat for a reasonable price. If you have never experienced a delicious glazed donut from Bosa you must take advantage of the opportunity if you ever find yourself in the area."
"This place has been around quite awhile and it still looks fresh and new. Usually too busy to visit or we forget they are there. Service was great. We picked up a couple brown sugar Boba drinks. Tasty. They offered a lot of fun drink options from a simple hot chocolate, tea and lemonade blends, create your own blendz, their signature drinks looked like so much fun!!! They had such a unique fun snack menu as well. Spicy Cheeto Elotes!?! Churro brownie ans cookie dough sundaes? Mmm"
"Came to get dessert and it was good. My friends got boba and I got ice cream the salted caramel and honey vanilla was good."
"The chicken Bento is not bad , but the rest of the dish was soso. The boba tea is alright"
"I came here with a friend. She had one of the bubble waffle treats and I got a coconut mango boba . The interior of the shop was cute and the decor was modern and photo worthy. The amount of flavor varieties was a pleasant surprise. I loved that you can mix up to 3 flavors (I believe). I haven't seen a boba shop that offers this for no extra cost. Kudos! I loved my boba overall except that some of the pearls were over cooked. I overlooked this because the taste of the tea itself was so yummy. I didn't eat any of my friends bubble waffle but she said it was good. It looked good too."
"Sunday, 3/31/2024 - Tried Rapha Tea. Address is 8411 W Thunderbird Rd, Ste A105, Peoria, AZ 85381. There's lots of parking here. Clean inside. They had a few tables you can sit and enjoy your drink. There's a cute little waiting area. Our cashier was very nice. The Thai Tea and Matcha Green tea was $7.00 and the Taro drink was $5.75. The Thai Tea was very milky. Not too good. The other 2 drinks were very good. Got to pick my sweetness level."
"So excited to have them here! I got the house milk tea with Boba and it was excellent. The place is clean and beautiful. Can't wait to try more."
"Sumo Snow @sumosnow Boba Tea & Desserts in Surprise is so good for a cold drink and sweet treat on a hot day like today!! I've been eyeing this cute dessert shop and finally made it in for my first ever Korean Corn Dog! I have no regrets- my Potato Beef Dog was amazinggggg! These dogs are savory and sweet with a crisp shell of delicious cornmeal batter studded with French fry chunks and sprinkled with sugar. The flavor of the beef dog is very good too. This was such a good treat. I also got an Oat Dragonfruit Matcha that was so creamy and sweet with the matcha earthy and smooth. My kids wanted the Chipotle Beef Dog with hot sauce, the Horchata Frappe, and the Flaming Dragon Slushee. I took my food to go but there is a picture window bar seating area and tables and chairs inside and outside the shop. There are also restrooms. I loved their collection of cute Japanese make-at-home dessert boxes and Pocky sticks available for purchase as well. I'm so happy we're nearby. There are several more teas I need to try here. Service was very good here."
"Pu'er (普洱) or pu-erh is a variety of fermented tea traditionally produced in Yunnan Province, China. Just in case you didn't know what their business name meant. ;)Are we writing about another boba shop? You know we are! This place ain't too shabby. In fact, I found myself visiting this place twice in one day! I started with a Coconut Coffee with them and had such a rough day, I ended the day with an Avocado Coconut and a bite of their Honey Sriracha Banh Mi.This place makes their drinks on the sweeter side. As someone who usually lands at a sugar level at 75%, I suggest 50%.The place is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. I believe the owner came over to talk to us personally, and you can tell he feels passionately about creating a gorgeous space and some tasty bites."
"Cute little boba shop! They've got a great location in the Scottsdale Quarter. Their menu is extensive. They have so many options and you can customize practically anything on their menu. I went with the Papa Guava and it was really refreshing. I wasn't a huge fan of the popping boba, wish I would've swapped that out. They constantly had people coming in and leaving but the staff were all quick and friendly. Nice little treat to grab during a hot Monday in Arizona!"
"Price seems high but when I got real taro & real milk tea on my taro milk tea boba, I think it worth the price! I never have taro milk tea with milk tea on top like this. I think other places gave me just taro and milk. Boba is perfectly cooked. They are soft and a little bit chewy.I had hojicha milk tea boba before. It was not what I expected, but I could smell the real tea leaf aroma. I always thought about dark and thick hojicha. Maybe I thought about hojicha powder (like matcha powder), instead of loose leaf tea."
"This place is awesome! Been here multiple times. Henry is so sweet and is always down to talk and make whatever crazy drink you want! The store is always so clean and a nice spot to hangout. They have a chalkboard wall for the kiddos! This is my favorite drink for my fruit lovers:Black tea + lemonadePassionfruit, strawberry and pomegranate flavorStrawberry & blueberry pearls mixed"
