Brother's Pizza

Went in on my husbands lunch break. Restaurant is dirty and gross, smoky air, smelled bad, we ordered and food took forever. Finally after 30 min my husband got up to ask if any of our food had been started yet, guy said no and couldn't do a computer refund so gave us cash back. Place honestly looks like Gordon Ramsay needs to do an Intervention to clean up the place! Will not go back!

Do not go here! When we arrived there was no one else in the restaurant. Only two employees serving, cooking, and yelling at each other. No music or ambience. we waited almost an hour for our pizza. They still had not put it in. They said they were backed up with online orders and it would be another 20 minutes! We left hungry but ordered from Stevies pizza and the pie was ready by the time we arrived to pick it up!

First attempt at this pizzeria and a disappointing experience overall due to the pizza taste. This was on our to-go list as long as the location is not very far from home but we did not enjoy the food here. Here is my take on different parameters:Food: If you want a good pizza then this is not a place to go. Our pizza had a good amount of cheese but the taste was very basic & nothing unique. Not sure if it was the cheese quality of the pizza dough. This is definitely not our favorite pizza.Price: Not the most reasonable but when you take XL size, it comes pretty cheap. However, no comparison with COSTCO, please. Got pizza and wings from here. It's pretty pricey. I got one with everything (supreme). Wasn't that great. I also got a cheese pizza which was really good. Also got wings which was good.

Go here. The pizza (I get the white pizza, add chicken) and wings hit the spot every time. They have a huge pizza oven and you can watch them make the pizza. They have a bar and every time we come, it's not busy or loud. The waitress though! I don't know her name but she may be an owner... she is SO AMAZING! so good with our kids and so funny and personable. One time we came and didn't get her and I was so sad cause she always makes the visit enjoyable (even though the waitress we got was nice too).

This pizza was not very good. The crust tasted like it came from a box or was frozen and the sauce has little flavor. The sausage is very good. Too bad the rest of the pizza didnt match. This was takeout so I don't have comments on the service or restaurant.

Always the best pizza and salads. Would recommend to everyone the food is great. The staff is very nice and fast. It's a great place to eat or takeout

Ordered two slices of with 5 wing special. I waited 30minutes on my lunch break to eat. Not a good idea!Plus food was not good. I won't be back and I don't recommend coming here.

We ordered food from there tonight, Sunday. We order there often. We were notified by text that the pick up order would be in about 25 minutes. Then, about 10 minutes later, we received another notification that it would be another 30+ minutes. We never received the standard "your order is ready," notification. At the end of the allotted time from the second notification, I went to pick up the food. We live 4 minutes from the restaurant. When I arrived, the food was waiting for me. I got home from the 4 minute drive, and our food was cold. We called the restaurant and Jenna told us it couldnt have been cold because we had to wait for the food. WE DID NOT have to wait. The restaurant folks told us to call their third party provider, who subsequently called the restaurant to "get their side of the story," we we told. Of course, Slice sided with the restaurant and would not offer any help for us. Nor would Brothers.Those who value their customers would have apologized, at the very least. We were not looking for a refund, but to imply we were lying is unacceptable. We will never order from Brothers Pizza in Glendale again.

Next up on the pizza food chain gatekeep at all cost. Local family owned pizza joint my man max put me on to this underground food place. Service was quick and was pretty epic being there.
