Boom Boom Room felt like family moment you walked in the door, drinks set the mood for vibe for sure! Decor on point, staff friendly, crowd was amped. Def my new spot

We discovered this place few nights ago. We loved the grown and sexy atmosphere. The music was not too loud, you can have a conversation without yelling. The vibe was great and the bar-people were attentive and attractive. I don't know if they serve food, we only ordered drinks. Will definitely spread the word around about this place. It appears to be Black owned. Don't know too many places in Phoenix like that.

Let me start with the Boom Boom Room is an intimate spot that plays good music and has chill vibes. There is no food sold here, but the guest were allowed to bring food to her section. Now... my biggest problem with the BBR was the bartender BRI. She was the most unprofessional, mean, bad attitude, that I have ever witnessed at an establishment and I'm appalled by her behavior. Bri was snappy when she was asked any questions often rolling her eyes and walking away while we were talking to her. Despite the guest tipping her very well, BRI continued treating the guest poorly. My friend celebrated her 40th birthday there and looked sad the entire night. Her day was ruined bc of miscommunication on what was being charged and how the bartenders were to execute it. The alcohol was watered down, like literally the Jack Daniels tasted like it was diluted with water. If you drink jack, you know it's potent. A shot of it went down like a Snapple. I playfully mentioned it to Bri in which she responded "I don't know what you tasted no it's not watered down!" she walked off rolling her eyes. This is bad business, and I won't return or recommend the spot if BRI is bartending there. The other two bartenders were nice; However I was so taken back by BRI'S attitude that I didn't get there names.

I was invited to the Boom Boom Room to support a coworker's album Listening Party. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the decor. I am very happy that it is black-owned and I will be visiting again.

I've heard about this place a while ago but never really thought to go visit. My friend & I were in the area. So, we decided to finally go check it out. It's much smaller than what we imagined. It's more of an intimate setting type of place. But, it was a vibe. They placed old r&b, hip hop/rap songs like OutKast "She Lives in My Lap" & Mystikal "Here I Go," just to name a few songs. Though, this is a small intimate setting, I do suggest you dress up and look nice. This place doesn't give off the vibe of a dive bar/sports bar. It has a luxurious feel to it. So, don't go in there looking bummy like my friend & I did lol (we had just left a sports bar). They had a fun drink menu! Many of the drinks were named after popular songs. I ordered the "Hotline Bling," which was like a spiked Bellini and my friend ordered the "Blow Job," lol you're supposed to take the shot with no hands! That was fun lol my friend did so like the champ she is! I have a video but she probably doesn't want me to share that lmfao Anyways, they don't have any food, but they do have a vending machine, in case you get the munchies. We came close tho closing. So, we only stayed for about a hour. But, we had a really fun time, and the bartenders were very fun and personable. My friends & I will definitely be back to visit!

Don't let the reviews fool you. This is a small family-owned establishment run by a small team and they do an absolutely great job! If you love good vibes, connecting with strangers and delicious cocktails in an intimate setting this is the spot!

The Boom Boom Room is a great small bar to meet up with friends, host an event and just chill with a nice cocktail. Bre was the bartender and was very friendly and knowledgeable about cocktails. The ambiance is very relaxed and cozy. I will definitely return and bring some friends. Look for the Jay-Z & Beyoncé mural on the exterior wall and that's the spot.

What a hidden Gem! Walking distance to the Coronado corridor this place is such a Vibe. Came after work and was craving an Old Fashioned. They make classic hand crafted cocktails and are So worth the wait! My Fave is def the PB and Jealous ( if you like Whiskey and creamy, it's perfect) Penicillin for a light bodied refreshing whiskey cocktail. Life is Good is loved by both, Bonnie & Clyde for an amplified Sidecar and of course the Classic Old Fashioned. So many more to try and they can always customize it for you. They have sipping and Exclusive liquors from Mezcal, Tequila, Whiskey, Bourbons, Gins and so much more. Every month they have Live music, game nights and Special Events and food trucks on Fridays. Can't wait for them to bring out the munchies in house and we will def be back! Omg btw make sure you ask about their secret menu!

First time in and I loved it! The music is a little bit of everything. The bartenders are super attentive. The vibe is small almost like a fancy speakeasy. Black owned but all races were dressed cute and buying drinks for others! Such a great vibe! And having Nipsey Hussle on the wall next to BIG was a come on in for sure. Definitely going back. No food but someone said they get food trucks sometimes.
