Only place I can get healthy boba. It's been my favorite for years. I come down from Flagstaff for the detox boba.

This place is located in a strip mall. My first impression walking in is that it smelled a little musty from no air circulating. I don't think they had the air conditioner on. An open door or any fan would have been nice. The customer service was good we were greeted right away and our order came out quickly. I ordered a passion fruit green tea with mango popping boba and my husband got the coconut milk tea with boba. Both were very good. Not too sweet and perfect amount of ice. Would definitely recommend. I just hope they do something about the temperature in there and maybe if they put in some seating (a couple tables to hang out) but maybe that is their work in progress so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. So for now I give it 4 stars. But again good drinks and good service. Will definitely pay them another visit.

Just a straight up good boba spot, my favorite drink from this place has to be the Dark Brown Sugar Jupiter with black honey boba. I highly recommend this drink and the place, if you do get this drink add extra ice since it can sometimes be a bit too sweet.

Very nice, clean and affordable boba spot in Phoenix. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the different types of teas and smoothies they had available. Give it a try!

This is more of a 3.5/5 than a 3. Wasn't a horrible experience but wasn't the best boba experience I've had. The shop is small and tidy and has seats and benches facing the register/drink area. When we first came in we saw a lot of people sitting down in the seats waiting for their drinks, so seems like a pretty popular place. The workers were all near the back working on the drinks and we saw a bell saying to ring it whenever we are ready to order. The menu is rather expansive and my friend and I decided on the specialty drinks. Someone came immediately after we rang the bell to take our order. We got the Passion Paradise and Strawberries N Cream, both in large (which was only 20 cents more than the small and a pretty big difference in size, so basically a no-brainer for us since we love our boba). For the Passion Paradise they ran out of the topping for the drink so we just substituted for the lychee jelly. The Passion Paradise was super sweet! Like overly sweet, my friend and I both cringed after taking a sip of it! I usually am able to handle sweetness but this was so sweet it hurt my throat and mouth. I wish there was like a 0% sugar option for it. The lychee jelly didn't help at all with the sweetness either (probably made it even sweeter with the syrup). This was a circumstance in which I wish I had gotten a different drink or the small instead. I don't recommend this drink unless you have a super duper sweet tooth. The Strawberries N Cream on the other hand was delicious! Tasted very creamy and not overly sweet, reminded me of the strawberry milk from my childhood but blended. If I ever come back here I might go for the Taro N Cream if it's going to be a similar consistency to the Strawberries N Cream. Overall it is a cute boba shop and has a lot of tasty sounding options, so can be hit and miss depending on drink. The interior is really cute and has a cute bear mural. There is no sugar adjusting option (that I was made aware of) so some drinks might be way sweeter than you would like, like the Passion Paradise. I do recommend the Strawberries N Cream though if you're a berry fan!

I decided to change my review since the price of the drinks isn't very worth it. I came back to get a large jasmine milk tea with boba, and I asked for no ice. I was told that drinks with no ice had "a bit of space" missing from the top to compensate for the lack of ice. I was able to pay extra last time to have my drink filled to the top. This time around, the manager (at least it seemed like it) was hovering around the cashier and didn't offer that option. I ended up paying almost 6 dollars for the drink and a whole lot of the drink was missing (around 1/5ths) - it felt equivalent to getting a small drink that was filled to the brim. I get that some people might say that there's a certain recipe/ratio that needs to be followed when a drink is made, but it's really not that hard to add a bit extra -- plus, it's not like the extra 1/4 cup of tea and non-dairy creamer costs that much. Even though the boba is tasty, the drink is good, and the cashiers are friendly, I feel like the owners are majorly jipping people.

During COVID-19:I'm always in search of innovative bubble tea shops wherever I go whether it's by a small mom and pop or a franchise from Asia brought to the states. I finally found a teashop that makes butterfly pea milk tea (or any other SEA flavors) in AZ. When we arrived at Bobaholic, the interior was set-up so that the customers were only there to wait by the walls/front of the store, but I'm not entirely sure because there were people lounging on the benches with no drinks in hand. However, masks required when coming in and all the staff wears masks. Even the contactless atm is up on a separated table by the counter. The ladies making the tea were nice and patient as we looked through the extensive menu. When I spotted "butterfly pea", I remembered drinking this tea in Vietnam and loving it. I had to order it! Its light milky flavor was refreshing and something different; I would order again if in the area. We also got a Thai tea which was nice and frothy. The bubbles were just right with a nice chew. Price is reasonable. They had a lot of flavors from milk to fruit teas. Accepts cash and card.Drink up!

Really wanted to love this spot! We're visiting on our way home to CA after a road trip. We had a terrible experience at the Vietnamese place next door, so we came for boba to hopefully make up for it. I will say, the variety on their menu is so great!I ordered the cookies and cream blended drink, but my husband can't have too much dairy, so I ordered a small. The guy said they only come in large. So I asked if he could split it in two cups for the price of a large (I could give the second cup to my kids). But he said he would have to charge an extra $1 to split it! I said, "wait, huh? I don't get it!" I ordered the matcha milk tea with boba, which was just ok because the matcha powder wasn't whisked all the way and had chunks at the bottom. Also they were very light on the boba for a size large, back home they give three times as much boba.

There was hair at the bottom of my drink when I was nearly finished. Called the store and there was not much done to fix the issue. Wanted a refund, no information was taken down!
