Such a great spot! Stopped here after a workout and got a protein shake and tea, both of which were fantastic. The staff was super helpful and thoroughly explained the menu to us. The inside wasn't super great but it's not really a sit down place rather than get your order and go type of vibe. They do have couches which were nice to sit on while we waited for our beverages.

Came here for a protein bowl, super close to the canal and a workout class I went to today! Got the tropical fruit bowl and it was pretty good... not too proteiny tasting which was good because sometimes you can really taste the graininess but here was great. Service was good, they even provided a tea for free which was so nice! lots of choices like blue raspberry which was fun. there was indoor and outdoor seating, we went for the outdoor because weather was gorgeous!!

If you're looking for an Orange Julius or Jamba this is not that style of a smoothie shop. They serve protein style options with a WIDE selection of combos and flavors. The coconut banana was great and nutritionally balanced. Perfect place to visit post workout!

I visited Best Life Nutrition after working out at BODI Scottsdale next door. I ordered the caramel protein coffee. It was super sweet and kept me awake all day! Check it out for yourself.

Good options but little expensive. But I like it. They have a lot of options so take your time in going through them. Parking shouldn't be an issue. If the price was a few bucks less would have been good!

I sorta dropped in here on a whim. What a pleasant surprise to find I could have Fried Ice Cream without the guilt. It was so much more than I could even imagine, all in a good way too. From the first sip I could tell this was gonna keep me satisfied for quite a while and not leave me feeling like I had overindulged. A Peach Punch tea (?) to take home which was enjoyed throughout the afternoon.Sweet, tart, refreshing and a bit of nudge for motivation in the Home Chores Dept.I think I'm wanting to have a couple of these to have at home.Added bonus was a water cup for my girl that was then filled with ice for the trek across town. They took good care of us.I'm looking forward to coming back here again.

Just had the Protein Acai Bowl and tea combo. I'm health conscious so this place is a bonus. I kept thinking it had yogurt. So friendly and very filling breakfast and brunch food! Coming back!

Located right next to an awesome little outdoor shopping spot in Paradise Valley, Best Life nutrition has its doors open offering refreshing smoothies and teas to keep you going and curb your hunger with a healthy, high protein snack. SHAKES : I love that they offer a wide variety of smoothies in tons of different flavors. I ended up going with the butterfinger and asked them to make it gluten free. I love that they offer low calorie, low carb and sugar options that make "on the go" easy. The butterfinger shake was good, but I wish it were a little more creamy than it was. It was a 5/10, close 6 but the ingredient list in their protein powders set off the score. TIPS & THINGS TO KNOW : While I waited I checked out the shelves where the protein that they use is being sold at, and looked at the ingredients. Much to my dismay, the ingredients were less than impressive. Canola oil, soybean oil, soy lecithin, and gums galor - I was a bit discouraged. Personally, I try and avoid soy and canola oil or any vegetable based / seed oils that are not stable fats but actually go rancid in the body and cause inflammation. Alas, I just finished a hike and was starving, so I looked past it but was still bummed about it. If you prefer gluten free, look for the options on the menu without the solid dot next to them and make sure to specifically ask for GF when ordering. Also, the tea that is paired with the shakes have stevia -- just a tip to know if you are trying to avoid fake sugars or don't do well with stevia. Service was nice and kind which was much appreciated. Overall it was a fairly okay time here, I prefer HB Wellness over Best life, but still enjoyed my shake!

I asked the lady working if they had anything that tasted like an orange Julius. She recommended an orange cream drink. She was not very friendly when I asked her questions. She kept telling me to look at the menu. That should have been my clue to leave. The shake was terrible. It did not have an orange flavor, it tasted like dust! My friends got an açaí bowl, and it also was awful. And the worker did not care that we were dissatisfied. I took one drink and threw it away. That was a wasted $10.00!Do not bother going there.
