Decide to pop into this local spot after running errands in the neighborhood. We ordered the house special rice, fried wings & sweet and sour combo. The service was very good & the food was fresh and flavorful. Place was clean and simple & we received prompt and courteous service.

First, I want to mention that I looked this place up on Maricopa to check their inspection score and it has been "A" rating for since 2021.The food isn't horrible, it's pretty much your standard neighborhood Americanized Chinese restaurant. It's not authentic, like most of the Asian eateries in the East Valley (Mekong Plaza area). If you crave Panda Express, then you might like this place.They do have Lunch Specials and Dinner Combos. Prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants.Service was quick.Located in the Fry's Shopping Center at Olive/91st Ave.

Well their title is way off! LolOrdered takeout. We got beef with broccoli, jalapeño chicken, beef lo mein, and plain lo mein. I was a little worried when the whole restaurant was empty. Ok now to the food. Beef with broccoli was bland. Jalapeño chicken was mostly jalapeños and bell pepper. Not spicy at all. The lo mein smelled like chemicals to me. The noodles tasted sweet too. Ended up throwing most of the food in the trash. The rice was the highlight of the meal. Lol. Should have read the reviews. I just signed my credit card receipt and left the tip part blank. I'm going to keep an eye on my account in case they try to "add their own tip". Definitely not going back.

BUGS IN THE FOOD DO NOT GO THIS PLACE HAS GOTTEN LAZY! The oriental woman at the desk demanded a tip of 10% or larger. When we refused she wouldn't give a receipt and said that she would charge our card if don't. We called the police and filed a report and as we were doing that, she yelled at us to get out of the restaurant called us cheap and said fuck you twice to us. Needless to say, we will not be back.

While the food and the service for dine in was good, the oriental woman acting as cashier was insistent to the point of denying service when I did not want to give the waitress a tip of either 10% (minimal amount), 15% or 20%. She insisted that it was the only way that they could recieve a tip as it was due to their credit card system. She ran the amount again with the 10% tip added to the amount of the meal still wanting payment. I gave in and paid. I also wrote on the receipt WILL NEVER COME BACK. The woman laughed as we left.I do not recommend this place; suggest the one on Union Hills in Glendale as their food and service is excellent.

The owner who is the one who does everything (cashier, waitress, cook, etc.) always has a terrible attitude with the customers, she gets absolutely upset about everything even if you ask for an extra dish after the order, you can't talk loudly while you eat and don't even think about taking a while to pay the bill. The food is good, I honestly think that is the reason why the business has not gone bankrupt.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. After tonight I will never step foot back here. I had an issue with one of the dishes and just said that I didn't want it. They don't make the food like they used too. (Not for the better either) The lady asks why and I said that I just didn't like it. She said that she was still going to charge me for the food. I said that's fine. I put $0 for her tip for obvious reasons. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and stated that I NEEDED to tip. She ended up giving herself a 15% tip even tho i said "no tip" multiple times. She was absolutely rude the entire time. Even my 3 year old asked "why is that lady mad?"In the photo. Is the dish that I didn't want and was charged for. I took ONE bite and didn't like it. Left the full plate. She seemed more offended that i didn't like her dish and was hostile/aggressive with how she interacted with my family and I. Big fail on customer service. I will not be coming back. The dishes aren't that great anymore and apparently the people aren't either. Will not be returning. I don't recommend

The lady who served us was extremely rude and hostile. She started off nice and then when we got the bill she was upset over the tip because it was not as much as she wanted. She literally said "do you see the tip? It's 10 15 or 20%" after that we just left with the receipt and she chased us out the store demanding the receipt. We didn't know what she meant at first because we took one receipt and left the other but she walked away saying "oh my goodness". Then she came back to chase us again this time with another guy still demanding the receipt and then another guy came and threatened to call the cops. I was confused why they couldn't reprint it and why they were making such a big deal and were extremely rude. They didn't give an explanation and I just gave them the receipt and left because it was just too ridiculous and I didn't want this to continue and get police involved especially for a receipt.
