"We needed a quick dinner after running around doing wedding errands and were nearby. Thankfully we showed up and easily found seats at the bar. After being here for 5 mins - I realized how eerily familiar it all was. It was because it's the sibling restaurant to my other favorite spot, The Macintosh. Great old fashioned cocktails just like Macintosh. Great yummy southern inspired meals just like Macintosh as well. Highly recommend it!"
"Our family and I went to this location yesterday on Saturday, June 8 a little after 5 PM. There are a lot of people at this location because it just opened up in the past few days and once the hostess takes the party down, she will and put your phone number and text you when your table is ready and you will also have to confirm your table when you receive a message via text messageWere able to stand outside by the cool spritzer until our table is ready and we had to wait about 30 minutes or so for a party at three which was fine because they were very busy. Once seated, our waitress was very attentive, friendly kind, and I even asked her for suggestions and she went down the suggestions with us and even explained that they had to try items before starting to work. We order all the steak House burger, two well done and one with pink we chose fries instead of chips but just a tip there is a charge of $2.50 to add fries, sweet potato or salad to your order instead of the traditional chips that come with the food which we found out after our bill came. Chips must be the signature with a burgers, but for any sandwiches that we have we prefer fries over chips. There meals range from $16 and up depending on what you order. For the price point fries &Or option for chips should be available w/o any up-charge for fries unless it's an speciality like sweet potato fries. They have a special of the month which is Modelo and we also saw they have happy hour specials Monday through Friday 3 PM to 6 PM. We would love to take advantage their happy hour specials one day soon. Overall, great service, great ambience, and multiple of TVs to watch any and all sports ."

The happy hour deals were absolutely amazing--excellent prices and a good variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring a wonderful experience every time. Highly recommend stopping by for happy hour and beyond!"
"Awesome selections of wines and beers and server Jordan was friendly and just amazing. He made my first visit memorable and I got to sing Karaoke on Monday night that went well with my dragoon pilsner! Mahalo for a great time!"
"The Tortoise is a great hangout in Arcadia. It looks fairly small from the outside (due to lack of parking), but the inside is fairly expansive and they have a bigger backyard that is opened for signature events like the pig roast and IPA Day. Seating is good for both groups and singles. Usually sports are on TV. In the last few years Tortoise has expanded the offerings to beer, wine , and mead. All of the taps are rotating and Tortoise attempts to have a variety of styles available - usually they'll let you sample before deciding on a pint. They're quickly becoming known for special beer events - celebrating certain beer varieties like IPA Day, Bottle Logic, Sour Fest, etc. Tortoise is pet-friendly as you'll usually see a couple of dogs laying around at any point, and they have doggie water bowls around the shop. They also operate the food shop out front - Sink or Swim - which has some nice sandwiches and sides. Nelson's next door also has carry out options... and if all else fails, there's a Circle K next door. Would love to see Tortoise expand to my part of town - it's always such a fun time!"
"I'm all about some Tequila & Mezcal so being able to pop in here without a major line or wait was a blessing. Usually, it's a wait to get inside and then another wait for cocktails (which I don't mind). Luckily we were able to get drinks quickly from the bar, and the timing after 2 rounds worked out as we grabbed some seating towards the side for a few more rounds. I rep for the "season" crew & I never feel like that old man in the spot... Mainly because all the people I meet that night earlier at different places came through and we kept celebrating round after round... And you thought you could outdrink me JR!!! hahaI was dialed in that night on various margaritas so fitting to have the Stealth & Mushroom Margarita... Still a fan of the Burro Tropical... not a fan of the bathroom wait!!!"
"Fun place if you want to play some games and eat/drink with friends....Parking - there are open paid lots and meters around the area. I ended up parking at a meter that wasn't too expensive, it's free after 10. A few friends and I went here on a Saturday night for my friend's bday. Pinball machines and pool tables ($10 per hour) are first come first serve. We did the duck pink bowling, I recommend making ressies online for that. It is just smaller pins with a smaller ball and shorter lanes, still fun! It is more expensive at $20 per hour for an online ressie vs $15 for walk in, but it gets busy on the weekend so it's nice to not have to wait. There are 3 lanes for ressies and 3 lanes for walk ins. You can eat and drink at the lanes if you don't want to pay the extra $12 to reserve a table online for their "Hollywood" booth that is off to the side. I just don't like how you have to reserve it online instead of over the phone. For free. Lols We just ate at the lanes which I think is better. One of our friends was late so our server was so nice to offer we wait with our food at the Hollywood booth until our friend came. Free of charge. Otherwise it would have cut into our hour reservation with the bowling! My friends said the bulgigi beef nachos and Beijing pork roll were pretty good. I didn't eat it since I hate cilantro and it's full of it. I had the yummy sweet potato waffle fries, popcorn chicken with honey butter five spice and curry fries, delicious! I recommend, great snacks for bowling. My friends ordered some foo foo drinks but I don't remember the names. They said they were ok but the shriveled, droopy, spotted brown basil used for a garnish was funny. I recommend Cham Pang skipping that bc it just makes the presentation look sad. Hehe Overall a good time! Service and servers were great. Food was good, bowing was fun. I'd def go again..."
"We are not morning people, so it's nice that they serve breakfast all day. My favorites are the Veggie Omelet, Southwestern Chicken Salad and dry rub Sriracha Bone-in Wings. We usually sit in the bar and Trina always takes good care of us. They have a rewards program, just sign up online at Westside Concepts. For every $150 you spend, you get a $10 reward to use towards your bill."
"A great little spot away from the downtown crowds. If I lived in the area, I'd be walking there frequently. They host a lot of events to keep people coming back - happy hours, trivia, cards nights, live music, etc. What really keeps thirsty people returning is the self-serve wine machine and rotating options. You don't see a lot of those around town. Its fun to be able to pick and choose small samples instead of committing to one full glass at a time. to In addition, they have craft beers and ciders available too (in cans, no taps). Small light bites menu complements the drinks. Definitely a good happy hour spot if you don't have a large group. Space is precious here, the largest table fits maybe 8 adults. If you're able to remote work, they offer free wifi too. The bar/wine tenders know their wine and each time I've gone have been able to give solid recos based on what I was wanting to drink."
"If u judge a book by its cover, u're definitely missing out on this place! The outside appearance doesn't look like much, but take a leap and jump inside! There's a super cool vibe and refreshing feel waiting for u! They have couches for u to slouch on as low as u wanna go! My first time ever trying a wine called Bobal and what ever house brand they carry, it was YUMMY! I'm no wine connoisseur, so u'll have to try it for yourself! We closed down the place and the bartender was super patient & cool about it! I'll definitely catch another rift of this place soon!"
"Love this place and delicious drinks. Colin was cool to talk to and was entertaining. Good variety of beers and Mondays are great days to fill your growlers."
"Great service and burgers here. Got a salad too and the greens were particularly good. Lots of old photos and things to check out inside."

I don't think I'll go back mostly because It's quite a ways away from me. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't terrible but I had a mushroom bacon cheeseburger cost $18 a pretzel that cost nine and an iced tea that cost almost 4 dollars by the time I was done, tip included, my cheeseburger lunch cost $43 bucks. But the thing for me about it all is that my $18 mushroom Swiss burger didn't taste like anything. There's no seasoning there's no flavor nothing. The pretzel was OK but doughy and at first I thought the cheese sauce was really good but later I was kinda turned off to it, also took a really long time and I didn't go during peak times. I went about 2:30 in the afternoon. Left shortly after 4 Servers were good. Nice and friendly. But idk. I'm not sure we needed another hooters or twin peaks type of place but here we are! I'm sure they make great tips.3 starsPs: last observation.... How many burger joints are in that plaza right now anyway?

Super fun wine and beer game bar with cool vibes and good service. We came here while waiting for our table at Glai Baan. The two businesses have walkie talkies to communicate back and forth when your table is ready, a stellar service really. The drink menus are written on the walls, beer on one side and wine on the other. Didn't pay too much attention to the beers since I was going with wine, but the wall looked full and I did notice a lot of cans in the fridge. The wine selection was pretty big too, liked that all were available by the bottle or glass. They had a ton of games, the bar was even lined and stacked up with them. Such a fun place, wish something like this existed close to me!

We were here because PHX lechon roasters would be in the parking lot selling lechon. I don't drink much, so I got the iced peach green tea. My fiancé got two beers, and he said they were both very good. For how small the space is, there is a lot of seating, which is great, since it's way too hot out. I think the outdoor seating could improve for sure. The tables and seats were too hot outside of the shade and I'm thinking the umbrella could have been open the whole time (during the business is open) to prevent it or lessen the heat. And when you're on the high top right in the shade, you can sit fine, but because the mister doesn't hit that area, we still felt pretty warm. But overall, a great experience! The service was great as well :)

Had a post Birthday Girls night out, for drinks and food. Naturally a stop in at Ghost Donkey is a must. I ordered the Pistolero and my friend ordered the Poco Loco. With our fancy libations in hand we sat in the back area that is dark and cozy. Perfect spot to relax and music was turned down enough by that time that we could have a conversation. We talked, we laughed, and enjoyed our time there. Before heading off to the next place for our evening out. We shared the Salsa Verde Nachos for a snack. It was absolutely delicious! I love how they layer each chip with toppings so your getting a pop of flavor and a lot more food than it looks like at first glance. Perfect portion for two to share.

This is a super cute bowling alley in DTPHX. Every inch of this place is IG worthy, I absolutely love the decor. It was packed inside, so I didn't capture everything but it's stunning. Inside you'll find 6 lanes for duck pin bowling and a huge bar. There's obviously no shortage of seating and standing room and the music was good. When we arrived there was a short line to get in, but by the time we left it was the length of the building. If you come on a Saturday like we did, get there early or be prepared to wait. I think we left around 11:30 and that seemed to be a popular time for people to arrive.

Delicious California omelette and donut holes! Service was great and fast. Comforting vibes. You get lots of food for the price!
Visit Restaurant Page"The best kept secret in The Valley. All of the locals in Verrado know this place very well, but I think it's a little off the beaten path. However, its well worth the drive to Verrado to sample the cuisine here. Their steaks are legendary, and the pasta is great too. I had the chicken French, which is an excellent lightly breaded chicken breast with wonderful seasonings, served with mashed potatoes. My wife had the fresh halibut, which was just outstanding. Comes with a choice of sauce, and she tried the lemon caper sauce as well as the champagne tarragon, and they were both very good. They have other seafood selections as available, and I also enjoy the meatloaf on occasion, and the short ribs are my go to on most nights. We were one of the first customers when they opened probably ten or more years ago, and have been there regularly ever since. Say hi to the chef and owner Steve, and ask for our favorite server, Edgar. As you can tell, we love this place!"
"I've ordered three sandwiches from this restaurant and they are delicious. No skimping on the meat here, and the bread is fresh. I haven't been in yet, but if I'm nearby and need something for lunch or dinner, I sure will! Yummy!"
"I've been here with friends for both lunch and dinner now - and on both occasions we were very impressed with both the service and the food. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The food options are unusual, interesting and the flavor combinations are excellent. The food is also very fresh, nice crisp salad for example. There is seating either inside or outside, music that isn't too loud, bench or table options. It's also pet and child friendly. There's an excellent beer selection and wine is also available. Easy parking in the adjacent parking lot. Highly recommended."
"Full of flavor and portion sizes are huge!!! The service was so friendly and fantastic. It's a small, authentic atmosphere with great food and service. Their brunch menu is awesome. We shared a Bloody Mary and a spicy margarita! Definitely ask to see their infused vodka selection! So so many choices! We hiked north mountain and then enjoyed brunch here and will make this place a favorite spot for sure!"
"Great pizza, friendly service and affordable,it exceeded our expectations. Next time we want a casual pizza experience we will return to Arizona Pizza Company."
"Little hole in the wall lounge with great service and prices. The bar and the bathrooms were extremely clean and I can totally appreciate the "nice vibes only" policy. They even offer a cute little menu with really affordable snacks and apps. Will definitely be dropping off my husband here at my next visit to HomeGoods."
"We came by The Theodore by on our way to a concert. We decided to stop by for a drink. This was my first time here at this place on Roosevelt Row.In fact I hadn't been on Roosevelt Row in quite a while. The Theodore has outdoor seating as well and I am pretty sure it can accommodate a big crowd on a busy evening. Has plenty of seating inside and I noticed it has a lounge seating area too. Has a big tv screen to watch sports for the sports fan.The servers are very sociable with their customers as well as helpful to make your stay a good one.I would recommend a visit here if you are in the area. Parking is a bit challenging but you can find parking. The Light Rail does have a station on Central Avenue and Roosevelt Street, if you would rather not drive here.I'm sure a lot of the locals come here to cool off on a warm day."
"We made a stop in to Joy Lush after checking out the Bricks and Minifig store next door. We ended up spending over an hour here! I love how it's well lit and all the different sections for conversation. Their house wines are excellent, including the champagne. My fiancé picked out a beer and the bartender warned him of the IPA levels, which I always appreciate since certain IPAs can be a little much. It also means the bartender knows his stuff, not just blindly pouring brews. I love it! We spent a good amount of time at the shuffleboard table and then relaxed at the booth, listening to the live music and admiring their mural. We're really digging the vibe and I look forward to our next extended visit."
"This place is all about the beer and wine, which revolves every 3 months, as does their menu. Just a few things on the menu, but made well. This Wednesday, January 31st is their 8th anniversary. So head on over for a party Obviously they have staying power. Great ambiance. Small, but private, yet sporty. Stopping here isn't a mistake."
"My uncle in law had his first performance last night at this venue. The place itself is very cute. Love the brick wall detail and cute signage. The service was fantastic. The owner , Jen, came over a few times during the night to make sure we were all taken care of. She was very informed about all the drinks they serve. They do not serve food, but you can order from the Sicilian Butcher, which is just down the street, and they will deliver it to you. Very convenient! Make sure to stop by if you are thirsty and in the area!"
"I was at an event at Park Central and got the munchies and stumbled upon this place. The Green Woodpecker is a craft beer and taco bar concept that was founded by the people behind Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup and Wren House Brewing Co. These are establishments that I frequent often and enjoy. So my expectations were somewhat high coming here and I wasn't disappointed. This place is pretty chill and I enjoyed my Friday night here. The menu here is quite simple - street tacos, burritos and chips & salsa (they also have vegetarian options for protein). Green Woodpecker has a number of craft beers on tap or you can grab a bottle of wine or canned beer to-go. Sometimes simple and delicious is all that you need for a relaxing evening out. Seating is both indoor and outdoor (with TV screens) and the customer service is fantastic. This location was once a flower and gift shop and Green Woodpecker pays homage to the past by selling floral bouquets."
"Great little spot in downtown Phoenix. Family friendly for kids and fur babies with indoor and patio seating."
"First time visiting this coffee shop in Anthem. Love the atmosphere, awesome patio and seating, friendly staff. Lots of options for coffee, pastries and food. I got a nitro cold brew and it was smooth and flavorful. My husband got the pistachio mocha and my kid got an Italian soda. Everyone is happy with what they got and we will definitely return again. Bonus it's across the way is the anthem park so you can take your coffee there and let kids play."
"We showed up for a Saturday late lunch and was able to grab a small booth in the bar. The bartender was swamped, yet another employee was able to come take our drink orders. We order the Asian tacos & pretzel appetizers. The tacos were absolutely amazing; the only problem was the order only came with three street taco sized eats. We already decided we will go back and order each our own taco appetizer for a mean (but my husband said he'd order 2 for himself!)The pretzels and cheese were plentiful; soft & salty pretzels with warm fluffy (not watered down!!) cheese. We shared a turkey burger with Parm fries - all was very good. We will be back!!My husband ordered a specialty cocktail, Manhattan, and he did not like how it was made; if the cocktail was good, I would have rated this a 5. This is a common drink of his and has an expectation when it comes to the preparation. And - it was served in a martini glass."
"We stopped in on the way to the airport. We were the only ones in the place. They seem to do a lot of take out. I think that the food was good. Service was great. The Raman didn't seem very hot when it came out but the noodles were hot... broth needed more flavor and temperature needed to be warmer.Pot stickers were ok, burnt a bit.Water, ice cold and filtered! Very nice."
"I really like this place despite the food not being very good and the beers being on the pricier end. They have bar seating, tables inside with a lot of board games, a few arcade games, and a patio outside. It's a nice casual place to grab drinks with friends if you're looking for a relaxing night out. I think it would be 10x better if they had a real kitchen and better food options (wouldn't mind some vegan options as well). I will still continue to come here because it's a cool setup, there are many beer/cider options (also a fridge with canned beers/ciders you can take home) and the staff is friendly."
"Great food and service. We both got the bento boxes and with California rolls. I'll definitely go again to try new things"
"My husband and I were visiting Arizona and we love going to local breweries and pubs to sample local beers. We are so happy that we were able to make time and go to Tap Savvy. We went on an early Friday night and they place wasn't too crowded yet. The staff was super sweet and patient and even the people grabbing beers there were really nice too. Maybe its an Arizona thing, but everyone was so darn nice.We LOVED the beer selection! So many local options for us to choose from. We ended up getting a flight eat to sample a few things and then we ended up ordering some beers to take home with us. Everything was great, from the relaxing atmosphere to the fun music. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back!"
"Arrived around 11:45am to meet someone for lunch on Saturday and it was pretty empty. People started coming in here and there after that. They also have a location in Downtown Chandler but haven't been to that location yet. It was my first time at this Scottsdale location. The place isn't too big but it's decent. We sat at the bar. Ordered a round of drinks, chatted for a bit then ordered food and more drinks. Our order: Bloody MaryVodka soda lime x2Permanent Vacation cocktail x21/2 dozen oystersMargherita PizzaOysters were a bit small and the sauce was more on the salty side. Not bad but just okay for me. The pizza was delicious!! Saucy and cheesy. I really liked my Permanent Vacation cocktail. That was pretty good and I would order that again. I decided to stick with the same drink the second time instead of mixing. He started with a bloody mary, which was good, then switched to vodka sodas afterwards. We were here for about two hours before hopping over to the pool bar at Andaz across the street. Definitely want to try some foods from their dinner menu next time."
"No where in the reviews does it say to go downstairs, across from Dave and Buster's. This is helpful information to have. I was expecting a brewery in terms of making beer in house but this is a tap house. The selection is vast and I love that the selections are color coded as to type of beer. It made it easier for us out of towners to order. I was thrilled to see a few Toppling Goliath beers on tap as well (being from Iowa and all). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, made us feel right at home. The patrons are of the younger variety so we were a bit above average. Don't get me wrong, it is a refreshing bit of youth that was needed."
"Would you consider the ocean a soup? Hear me out! It has water (the base), salt (flavor), veggies, and fish (protein). Now that we got that nonsense out of the way, get your syllabus ready for Sushi 101 Bar and Grill update. I first came to Sushi 101 as a wide-eyed freshmen at ASU and have been back plenty of times since. This is pretty much a staple place for all ASU students to go but now Sushi 101 has relocated from being right next to the ASU campus to a mile or so away. Did the relocation hinder their business? I'll let you decide.Get the ASU Roll, The Monsoon Roll, and even a Philly Roll if you love salmon with cream cheese. Get whatever you want but just get yourself down here. If you're a Sun Devil, you have to pay homage to this spot. Will it be the best sushi of your life? No. But you have to come here. Period."
"Overall, my friend and I liked our visit. It's a pirate themed bar. Only thing we didn't like was that it's cashless, so everything must be card. You text to add yourself to the waitlist or ask the host in-person. Luckily they immedaitely had room for us, so no wait. If you do wait, there's The Grand's original bar you can hangout in.Once in, you pay $20 up front (drink mim) to apply to your drink tab later. These are represented as doubloons, each coin being $10.Inside, it's very detail oriented which my friend and I loved. For music, we heard stormy weather sounds like on a proper voyage, to Angel by Massive Attack which still fit the ambiance. Good stuff.Drinks were good. I liked my Banana Alexander, and loved my Coconaut. My friend liked her Zombie and her Ghostship Grog. We'll be back. Probably dressed as pirates. yup."
