Beardsley's Bad-AZ BBQ

Burnt Ends, baked beans and deep fried corn on the cob was absolutely delicious! Their food truck was at Encore at Eastmark on October 10th.

This place has AMAZING bbq, their burnt ends are addictive, the ribs are great and brisket is awesome. Every option of bbq sauce they have is phenomenal. And you cant forget about their fried corn or home made cobbler. So good! Yes they aren't cheap, but is any bbq place? Come back to Gold Canyon!!

This food truck was super overpriced for the portions they give and the flavor was just okay. Waste of money.

This lunch truck came to my workplace in Tempe last week and they were WAY too overpriced for the portions they gave. The BBQ sauce was so salty that I couldn't eat it. Their flyer advertised ribs, which most people in my office wanted, only to find out they don't serve ribs for lunch. I had the brisket sandwich, which was on a small hamburger bun, an order of fries, and a small cup of coleslaw. My bill was $19.46. What a disappointment. They really were BAD-AZ, but NOT in a good way. I Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.
