Very nice place very trendy not too upscale drinks were good and the food was great nice atmosphere great for date night with the wife or fun with a small group of friends

At the Holiday Inn Club Vacations the café onsite is the ArteZania Kitchen and Cantina and we all decided to check them out Saturday night for dinner. When you walk in you see that you walk up to the counter and place your order and then they will bring out the food. We were a party of 13 and I can honestly say service was great! This is a café style place, and I had read a lot of reviews from people complaining about the lack of service, I am not quite sure what they were expecting? This isn't a cater to you place to each, there is water station if you want to refill your water. Now with that said service was great! We did not go without anything, Like I said we were a party of 13 and everyone's orders came out quickly. I went with the chicken dos tacos, the taco shell was lightly fired and the chicken was juicy and great. These were great tacos, they come with some chips and salsa. Because of the reviews I had read I went in with low expectations, but I can personally say I was very pleased with the food and the service we received. We all enjoyed our dinner and our company.

Drinks, food, atmosphere is great. Service is fast and efficient. They are fully equipped with chefs, employees, and management after Covid. Everybody there is so friendly as well.

Great location I means you're already in vacation mode and when it's time to eat selecting a venue already on the resort is almost a no brainer.We didn't order much we just need more fuel for the pool. I did enjoy the overall look of the restaurant Everyone was attentive and kind and there was ample seating and it wasn't a big deal that we were slightly wet from the pool.I think the best thing we ordered was the grilled cheese from the kids menu. I mean seriously did you look at the picture I posted it was cheesy on another level The wings were ok which is a little disappointing as I'm a bit of a wing addict The guacamole size could have been better especially when you order to share with othersAll in all if you don't want to leave the resort this isn't a bad spot but if you are willing to travel a bit for food I would do so

Convenient for people staying here at the Holiday Inn.Breakfast is fast and delicious. Nice patio area. However, no high chairs available... so not family friendly to stay.

What a disastrous disappointment. The poor server was trying to handle the bar, patio and two tables in the dining room. It was too much for one person.Yes, the wait was one issue but let's discuss the food.I ordered fajitas thinking it would be easy enough. The flavors were harsh. Totally disappointed. I mean we are in the southwest, Mexican food should be on point. The steak was rubbery, low quality.We ordered breakfast one morning. It was ok, but came in plastic to go containers. This is a "resort". Not a resort experience at all. And the girl at the counter that took our order was extremely rude.The only reason I gave them two stars was the server was so phenomenal at night given her circumstances.

You walk in order and sit down. I'm cool with that. DONT TIP because there is NO WAITER. Didn't get refills until we asked for them right before we left. The person (not a waiter) seemed mad that we asked. We literally give up on our grilled cheese. It came out after everyone was done eating. You could use COVID as an excuse, but honestly, just put a soda fountain out where people can get something to drink if you don't have waiters.

This place has a lot of potential to be great, they just need a new chef. The decor is beautiful, they have a nice patio. If the food was good, would have been a great place to go to for lunch or casual dinner. This place has so many apartments around in the area, people would come. Fix the food please.Good staff.

Flautas were amazing! Bartender/host was very kind and super helpful! . Environment was calm and relaxing, added benefit didn't know we needed.

Thought this place might be nice as it was at a resort. More like self serve. Waited for some time before an employee showed up. I assume the bartender walks out to tell me to take your own menus, sit anywhere , then order for yourself at the bar. Looked impatient and irritated with attitude. After seating myself and already kinda set off. elected not to patronage this place. Chips and salsa while can be charge was 10 bucks. As we walked out my fiancé leaned in quietly to the bartender to elude to his poor customer service. The guy had the gall to raise his voice loudly to her in front of everyone. Stating he was very clear with his instruction It's not what you say it's how you say it. Will never try this place.
