Pho Vinh Vietnamese Noodle House

My favorite and go to pho restaurant in San Diego! I am very picky about pho restaurants because of course my favorite is my mom's homemade!My boyfriend and I always get the number 17, one small and one large. Each time we come here they do not disappoint! They never skimp you on the meat in your pho.They also serve your food super quick and there is barely ever a long wait! Definitely recommend stopping by here to get some pho!

100/10, my cousin and I have been coming to this place since last summer, yes I said summer lol It doesn't matter if it's 100 or 40 degrees outside this place always hits the spot!! I get the #13 pho and it has yet to disappoint me! Staff is super nice and quality + price of food is unmatched!!

The pho ga was ok - just a little bland. I appreciated the fresh carved chicken pieces. Veggie pho is very bland and the veggies taste like it frozen veggies. It was definitely clean eats, but coming from LA, I've definitely had better Vietnamese food. Everyone is very nice and there's a cool fish tank inside.

This place used to be really good. I don't know when it happened, but the quality & quantity of the food has gone down somewhat. The flavors are still there. The meats are well cooked and we'll marinated. However, the Com Tam, broken rice dish, no longer uses broken rice. It comes with regular rice. The variety of the meats/toppings have been reduced, so you only get rice with one type of meat/topping. You don't get much for the price.

The first and the best Pho in Chula Vista! I'm a fan of the specialty menu too- like the Bo Luc Lac (Shaken beef cubes of filet mignon) and especially the Bun Thit Nuong (cold rice noodle dish with veggies and seasoned bbq pork ). No matter what, always get my bite iced coffee! Ca Phe Sua Da!

The food and service was outstanding. FYI if you want to have some hot tea this is the place to order it. They serve it by the pot and not by the cup.

Friendly service, they check in with you lot to see if you need anything. Food is excellent. Definitely one of our top 3 places to get Pho in San Diego area.

My favorite pho restaurant. I travel from Spring Valley just to eat their pho. There garlic shrimp is also amazing. They also have the best spring rolls and peanut sauce.

Ordered flank pho soup. All the meat wasPure fat. Broth salty. Customer service pretty non existent. Discourage coming here.

I barely tried pho for the first time this year (I know I'm late to the party). The services was quick the food is tasty and the best part is the prices are reasonable. Be aware parking is limited.
