Pho Viet Anh

This pho definitely stands out in terms of broth flavor - it's probably one of the few places where I remember more of what the broth tasted like since it was different from what you typically get. The seating in here is pretty spacious, and we came with a large group and merged some tables together.I got the steak and tendon pho, which is my usual go-to. The steak pieces were thin and tender, and the tendon was so soft and well cooked. The portion size was smaller than usual though, and the prices were also higher than your average pho. They serve everything individually including the usual veggie accompaniments, so you have your own portion of it.Overall, service was friendly and the food was good. I'm just a little hesitant to come back because of the high prices.

Roughly within a few minutes walking distance from Hyatt Place. Ordered some rolls and a vegetarian pho. They were both OK. Portions are smaller than what I am used to from SoCal - Orange County. Service was a touch slow, but eventually you get everything you requested.Place was busy, alot of people enjoying their dinner there.

Delicious pho with fast service and a generous portion of protein! I always order the steak and brisket and it's amazing every time. Would definitely recommend coming here, especially on a cold day.

Yoooooo. Such an unassuming random place to have good pho.We came here after checking out the tourist attractions. It's within 5 minute walking distance and close by. It had decent reviews enough so we walked in.I mean, looking back, this was probably one of the better pho places I've been to in my lifetime.Egg roll- 5/5 stars. It's the sticky chewy exterior egg roll. If you like this style, it's legit.Beef pho- 4/5 stars. Broth was good.Spicy noodle soup- 5/5 stars. Shockingly, was good. I cannot remember what it was but everything wad delicious. Check it out if you're hungry after the tourist activities.

My family and I were looking to find a place for Vietnamese food near the space needle and happened to see this place on Yelp. Always excited to try new places we decided to give it a go. We came around 2 and from what I could gather seemed to have missed the lunch rush. Normally there seemed to a waitlist and waiting process especially for lunch times. When I was there the atmosphere was calm and a lot more on the quiet side. The food was ok and flavors pretty typical. I have been fortunate to have grown up around strong Vietnamese communities and when trying the king pho I found that to me it lacked some real deep flavor. The broth was a little too sweet for my liking but I found adding lime helped with cutting back this sweetness. Shortly after leaving the restaurant I found myself pretty quenched which let me to believe there must have also been a good amount of MSG in the soup; another thing that let down my expectations just slightly I didn't order anything else - my family members all ordered pho, but perhaps we would be down to try this place again in the future to see how their other items are.

Forgettable pho. There is no character to this dish. There is hardly any noodle in it and while the meats are tasty, it does not do much good because of the lack of anything else to make it stand out. The staff is also is disingenuous as well, at least for one server. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the Thai iced tea is actually pretty good and the pho came out fast. They give you 45 minutes to eat this, but most can knock it out in 20.

Came here on a whim. It was a good serving size and flavorful. I was seated promptly and the server was nice, but it wasn't too busy inside so I don't know what it's like when busy. It's a good place to eat, but there's better out there.

The hostess greeted our party of four for lunch and in a minute they had our table ready , we all ordered warm Pho and 2 side appetizers .The service was fast and excellent , the waitress was professional and very nice to us and the food was AMAZING .

This was a great spot in Seattle that's close to a lot of main attractions. The service was extremely quick and the quality was wonderful. We enjoyed the Chicken Pho, Steak pho, shrimp spring rolls, and the traditional wings. The pho noodles were cooked wonderfully and the broth had a great flavor. The restaurant filled up very quickly which wasn't shocking, however, since the service is quick it was not an issue. Our overall meal was around $50 and was very filling!

i've been here plenty of times but this was my first time ordering a rice plate. as someone who loves grilled pork, i really enjoyed this dish. the meat had a ton of flavor and the vegetables balanced the flavors and textures so well. the pho was also super delicious. our waiter (jordan) was super nice and attentive. he was so fun to talk to and his service really went above and beyond. this restaurant has very cute and vibrant decor. it was sunny the day we ate here so i really enjoyed sitting next to the window and basking in the sun.
