Pho Thu Thuy

My boyfriend and I have been trying to find our go-to pho spot, and this is it! Absolutely amazing broth! We continue to check out other spots every so often but nothing compares. Best bun bo hue, as well. The Thai tea is passable, however. You definitely don't go here for aesthetics though. Just looking at this place, it doesn't surprise me that some costumers have seen roaches. I haven't ever ran into that problem, but the pho is SOOO good I'm going to see past that.

This review is for their spring rolls. They are the best I have tried. I've tried them at countless locations and they do not compare. They're so simple, but yet delicious. I also tried their chicken banh mi, but it wasn't the best I've had. The guy at the register is really nice and I've always received great customer service.

The Pho is really good and it's one the best tasting I've ever been to in Seattle. I'm sadly writing this review tho because I've been several times and have seen roaches my last two times. There is construction in the area which may be bringing them in but it's a clear infestation. The service is excellent and the food is great I just hope they figure out the roach situation. :(

The broth for the food was flavorful and not too rich. It was clean and the tendon was tender. There were a lot of us and we were seated right away. Our server was quick to take our order down, it did take a long while before we got our food. Would return for pho.

They have roaches!! The broth was good but there is no way I can eat with roaches. They even knew they had fucking roaches smfh

The pho is as authentic as can be. The owner is very friendly. He has a lot to deal with because of the terrible location. We go back because the food tastes that good.

The reviews are correct. This is hands down, the best pho in the greater Seattle area. I've been everywhere from all the Than Bros, Pho Cyclo (RIP) to all the Pho Bac locations, to all the others in-between. This is the real deal. Thuy has been here 16 years.The broth is subtly sweet, smoky, clean, and has the proper sheen of fat on top, served hot. The noodles are tender but don't break easily. I got pho chin - the brisket, meat was sliced thin and delicate. The side sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeno were fresh and crisp.I got a fried egg roll, very crisp with tasty sweet chili sauce, and a fresh shredded pork spring roll, with the crispy roll embedded inside the fresh lettuce and mint/basil??? served with fish sauce and carrot . Top quality everything, not too expensive, and clean environment inside. Don't let the area or the storefront scare you off, this is a gem. Will be back!
