Pho Tai

I love pho but the pho at this place lacked in flavor. The broth was bland. However, The summer rolls were pretty good. The service was ok. Asked for sriracha, got cilantro instead. Oh well, can't win them all.

BEWARE WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR MEAL THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO GIVING THEM TIPS!!!!My family and I are visiting for a trip and we wanted to get something to eat because everything closes around 9. We found this place and called in an order around 8:20. When we went to go pick it up the lady was not the friendliest, but we had to get our food. My mom decided to use her credit card as her form of payment and, the lady then told my mom to sign on the iPad in front of her. When I looked at the iPad there was a big line for her to put her signature and at the top of the screen there was a thin rectangular box that had percentages ex: (15%, 18%, 25%, no tip, and custom.) When I was watching my mom sign on the line I noticed that the box for 15% tip was highlighted and I wondered why, but regretfully I didn't say anything until after. I also noticed that when my mom was signing the lady was looking at the screen (maybe to make sure my mom didn't change the tip button, or to see if she would notice it at all.) The lady insisted on my mom signing quickly saying "just sign" "just sign"as my mom frantically signed her signature. After the transaction the lady was taking a long time to give us the receipt, and after all that time she ended up giving us the register receipt and not the credit card receipt. After we walked out the door I asked my mom to see the receipt and the first thing I noticed is how many things they charged us for. We only bought two phos and two orders of spring rolls. I looked at the end of the food items and there was to-go cup charge, bag charge, and container charge. Where we are from (Hawaii) it is not common for eateries to charge for things like this especially bags. Places usually ask if we need a bag or any miscellaneous things, but that really wasn't our concern. I was more concerned about what was on the bottom of the receipt where all the taxes and final totals are and I noticed a section for gratuity that said $5.18 which was 15% for the whole meal. Then I told my mom that they automatically charged her card for a tip she didn't even know about. She then decided to confront the lady working about this and the lady just made excuses about the machine and how it just does that. Our thinking is that how come the machine is designed to automatically charge for tip? Why can't they just make it no tip and let the customer decide if you deserve it or not? My mom said she didn't need the $5.18 but it is a sneaky and cunning way to rip off your customers by changing them without their knowing. We were shocked and disappointed and we wanted to write this review for anyone living or visiting the area to watch out for this restaurant.

Ordered a large pho with brisket and meatballs. Pho was good. There was a lot of brisket pieces.

Pho wasn't all that. There were a few sauces tagt were missing- chili paste and chili oils. Thai iced tea had an odd taste to it. At least we tried this place and know that we wont be coming again.

The bbq chicken Bahn Mi was so delicious and my pho was really great too. They have sauces and extras to put in the pho. Yum!

Honest experience pho wasn't great and the broth just taste not quality soup . Grill pork noodle was also not great at all ..

Ordered food from door dash to my hotel after a long and late flight . They didn't include the spring rolls I ordered , and the extra meat I purchased looked off putting (like dog food) and some of it was still raw . Unfortunate, as I'm part Vietnamese and wanted to have some decent food. Oh well, going to just take this order as a loss.

Came into this place cause everywhere else was pretty much closing at the time. It's your typical pho join with a pretty basic menu - no frills save for some items like Bo Kho beef stew. Service was pretty quick, and staff were friendly too. When I got my seafood pho I was a little disappointed that there weren't scallops like the menu said, but the broth had that oh-so-flavorful, beefy umami quality to it (even though it's a seafood pho). I always appreciate a pho joint that can give that savoriness and depth to its broth. A little heavy on the noodles, too, and would have liked to see more onions & garnish. But I'd give it a solid 3-4 stars.

I tried seafood Pho today. The broth was okay. The service was good. Good location. Will come back to try other food here.

First time. Pho was flavorless and my daughter found a hair in her pho! The lady wiping down the tables used the same wet rag to wipe down all the tables that needed to be wiped down. No disinfectant spray used. Enough said. Won't be going here again. Ewww
