Pho Tai

Quick Summary: Food was delicious with large portions, ambiance was busy yet relatively chill and quiet, service was friendly but slow.To expand a bit... I ordered a spring roll as an appetizer and the chicken and tofu plate. My wife ordered a noodle salad bowl with chicken and a fried egg roll. After ordering, it was about 15 minutes before our orders came out to the table but honestly that wasn't too bad considering how busy it was. After receiving our meals, we never saw our server again. No water refills or checking-in, but again... it was pretty busy. Overall I would definitely return based on the food and environment. I've grown accustomed to longer wait times with restaurants all over struggling to hire. So long as service is friendly, I'm a happy camper.

This place has the best pho hands down. I like the Pho Tai, and my wife likes the veggie pho. And tbh, the pho is awesome, but it was the Vietnamese fried rice that was my absolute favorite. The pork or Hawaiian are the two I'd recommend. We came two different times during a short stay in the Seattle area. It was that good. We'll come back whenever we're back in the area!PS - Their Crab Rangoon is low key so good. It's not just fried cream cheese.

My sister and I were feeling extremely under the weather so we decided to order some pho. We've been to this location numerous times before but something about this time was different. We've done take out and dine in orders with no issues with our food until now. I ordered two vegetarian broth phos and the broth didn't taste right or like how it used to taste at least. It had a weird taste to it which made me honestly not want to continue eating it or even have what was left for leftovers. I tried to help the broths weird taste by adding all the fixings, siracha and hoisin sauce, but still didn't do that trick. I was pretty disappointed. Also I know I shouldn't complain because of how everything is priced now but I couldn't believe I paid like $4.50 for a 8 oz to go fountain soda and they only had one size.

This place opens late into the evening. The portion isn't bad, actually. I received 2 eggs and 2 pork chops for the rice plate! Ok service. Need a bit more on the fish sauce for the rice though. Will come back if I ever have late night craving for Vietnamese food again .

Didn't know it was a franchise. Think the one in tacoma is slightly better. Food was practically the same. Got the pho tai small with extra meat. I liked that the food came out quickly.Staff is quick and got my order within seconds of sitting down. The environment is what changed my experience. Quite dark and just made me feel a little down. Not to say it wouldn't be different on a another day, just the physical location of it I guess. Anyways, I came for pho and got it. Will come again.

Pho soup was cold. The pork chop was cold and flavorings were C grade. My friend turn to treat me and this was the only Pho place was open and nearby at the time.

Food: the pho was also delicious. The pho came ina big bowl, we got the large, the broth was okay and I was hoping for a little bit more tendons in my bowl but that's okay: Service: the service was good. The staff was prompt.

I'm super disappointed in this last visit I had with Pho Tai. Pho Tai is basically the fast food of pho restaurants and I shouldn't have expected much, but it was Sunday night with two tables that had already been served. I came in with my boyfriend and after a few minutes, we got seated and then a server brought us drinks and asked to take our order. I got the combination order of a large #17 pho and spring roll with an iced milk coffee with light ice. I was expecting to get my drink but it never came until I went to go pay which was weird? They never asked if I wanted my drink after my food? It seemed really odd and I just figured they forgot.My food came out not too long but the pho was super sad as it had nothing inside. The noodles were short and clumped together. Broth was super salty. My spring roll looked great and tastes great until like three bites in, I noticed a small black hair. The server never came back to check on me and we had to ask the busser to let our server know. The busser told us that he could either have them remake it or take it off my tab, I opted for the latter as I had already lost my appetite. Overall, I won't be returning to this Pho Tai or others as I am moving back to Federal Way and there are plenty of late night restaurants with quality food and service.

Omg! Warning, do not come here! Broth is no where near pho quality. It's more of a chicken broth from a box. You can't taste anything. Also, the ice coffee was definitely not the traditional Vietnamese ice coffee. It's a americano with condensed milk at best. And that's the food, the service....non existent.I would give 0 stars if possible.

They forgot all of the sauces and vegetables on my to go order when I called the employee Logan said "do you think I care? You're one lost customer. This place is trash.
