Pho Tai

This review is for the branch at Tukwila Mall, Pho Tai location : Excellent beef stew Phó, just the right amount of meat with fatty layer, the correct amount of red pepper spice, and fresh veggies like basil, Jalapeño, and sprouts on the side.

I have tried different locations but I narrow down to my favorite spot in Burien only. Their pho hits different than other Pho Tai locations. Service is great n the quality is on point.

We love coming to this restaurant. But this morning me and my daughter went around 9am , my daughter order iced milk coffee. She seen a hair inside her drink . I ask the server to replace it please ,she look at it and shaking the plastic cup , she said about 4 min to made a new one . NO SORRY or CREDIT IT . even just sorry word from them none ,I was so disappointed .Hopefully next time they will check what they serve and know how to apologize at least.

The food here tastes really good which is the only reason I still order here....Boba though isn't cooked thoroughly. And customer service really sucks.

Fast service. Great tasting pho!. Went for late dinner, it was quiet with a few other customers here.

A very popular spot for causal and quick dine in or take out pho and rice plates. I've been to this restaurant over 30 times and the food quality and service is very consistent. I always head to this place for a cozy meal on a rainy Seattle day. I either like to order the Steak and Brisket Pho with a fried egg roll or the Grilled Chicken Rice Plate which comes with an egg and fried egg roll and a side of soup. Located in Burien Plaza so there is plenty of free parking.

Do not recommend. The service was unacceptable; rude and refused to give me a 2nd glass of waterAlso, I am shocked that they are still open. They had buckets of soy sauce in the corner of the women's bathroom. Apparently they lack space

The young guy in the front was very nice. After ordering our pho he brought out the veggie plate. Immediately I noticed all their mint leaves were covered in black/dark spots and the jalapeños looked really dry. I found a small grey bug on the mint leaves as well. I let the guy know and he disposed of it then filled the plate back up with more. Same, dark spots and he touched the stems of the mint with no gloves so it grossed me out a bit. They were nice when we asked for extra lime and the pho (steak & brisket) was pretty good. I feel like they were generous with the meat. We used to come here a lot but it's been a while. Their food safety rating is at "Okay" . I won't be back until they get better unfortunately. Check your food before you eat!!!

Food is ok, but dont come this restaurant. shitty attitude and customer service. Tables and floor feel sticky.

The food is really good! Nice & hot, perfect amount of flavor in the broth to enjoy. Nice way to stay warm on a rainy day. the service is straight forward while making me feel welcomed. has lots of seating to enjoy the food with friends or on your own! ~
