Got togo thru door dash. Soup is nice more sweet than other places like Pho Bac in Seattle. Meat quality is good. Cuts are nice and thin. I really enjoyed the whole stalks of green onion in the garnishes.

My phone died and I hadn't known that Little Saigon is a more dangerous part of Seattle (my stomach ran ahead of my brain and I had thee worst craving for Vietnamese food). When I walked into Pho So 1 and asked if they had a phone charger I could use, they were kind enough to let me use one of theirs. They also make a bomb-ass Bun Bo Hue!!! Get the special one, with all the fixings. Up until now I hadn't realized what I had been missing out on; this BBH had the blood pudding, the pork knuckle, and the soup base was PERFECT.

This Hu Tieu was definitely on the sweeter side than the ones I've previously had so I had to add fish sauce for a bit more flavor. My girlfriend tried and said it tasted like instant flavoring to her. The noodles were good, not overcooked and had more seafood and pork than other places I've tried.

We came here on a very busy festival day when most restaurants near uwajimaya was packed. According to the server at pho so, they had a very busy day as well. The service was still good though. This is a solid place for bun bo hue. I ordered the one with cinnamon pate. I did think that it could have had a little more shrimp paste and pork blood. It was tasty and came with a decent amount of meat. No complaints. My husband ordered pho. It tasted pretty good as well. The menu is stuck on the walls and the table unless requested. It could be an inconvenience to most people. Would I eat here again? Yes, if I ever visit the international district which is rarely.

Great little family-run spot for pho and and bun bo hue! Broth is always on point, noodles are cooked perfectly, and they're not stingy about their toppings. Note: The parking lot in front is usually full but there's a garage downstairs, if you don't mind some sketchiness. If that doesn't sound appealing, just park on King Street and walk around.

Located in the heart of Little Saigon, this place is known for their Bun Bo Hue and Pho. First impression, it's a bit sad as the store is walled up due to the ever increasing violence around, with the only indication they're open is the neon sign saying "Open." I was the only diner throughout the meal on a Sunday evening, which was surprising given the Bun Bo Hue was very good. Menu is taped to the wall so it could be a challenge if you are dining with a lot of people, though the owner may give people menus at that point, but he didn't for me as I could see the menu on the wall. I got their Bun Bo Hue special (#31) large which had beef brisket, tendon, pork hock, pork blood, etc with a large side of vegetables (basil, lettuce, red cabbage, and banana blossom). I wished they had pate too for completeness, though those combined gives quite a large and satisfying meal. The broth has a nice albeit subtle lemongrass flavor, which is one of my favorite type of spices. It's definitely one of the better Bun Bo Hue I have tried ever. While the food itself is 5 stars, I had to take off a star because I felt a bit shortchanged, upon reflection on how much I was charged. The large Bun Bo Hue is $11.85 plus sales tax does not even come close to $14.05 that I got charged. That's like $1 more. And I tipped a good amount on top of that. It's not the amount but rather the integrity of the owner. It's not a big deal to make this like a 1 star review, but I will be cautious and potentially not feel as inclined to come here anymore due to lack of honesty, and perhaps ask for an itemized receipt.

Delicious bun bo hue! This is a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I always get the regular BBH when I'm there. The broth is very flavorful and the pricing is great! Both their spring rolls and egg rolls are fantastic, and I love starting my meal with them!

BBH was watery, as confirmed by other Yelpers. I had diarrhea shortly after. Cook/server was awkward

I've tried this spot once before as it had always been a recommended spot for BBH. Ive never understood this. I've scoured the city for a solid BBH and.. this was not it. Not last time (4 years ago), nor this time. But last time seemed at least better than this time. The broths were watery, lacked depth. As I've seen some other review describe, it was like water with seasonings. Like prepackaged instant flavoring, no real broth. Also super sweet. It also had a CRAP ton of cinnamon - this is not how the soup is meant to be. Some cinnamon, sure, but there was no balance here. The noodles were also very disappointingly overcooked. I was starving and missed BBH so I also was hoping to love this, but I sadly did not. There was also plenty of pork blood but only one piece of pork hock and maybe a small piece or two of vietnamese ham. My friend's Hu Tieu was also lacking the depth of a real broth, also tasted like water and seasonings and overly sweet too. The only positive was that the bowls were at least decently sized. They also never came to check on us if we needed extra water/tea although the lady was just sitting a couple tables away watching something on an ipad. They also didn't see if we wanted the bill, I had to go up myself and ask. As much as I love supporting small businesses... I gave it it's second try and cannot recommend. These two bowls came out to around 36 after tax/tip. Inflation is real.

Hidden gem! We ordered #31 bun bo hue special and #11 pho dac biet. The bun bo hue comes with all the cuts of meat (tendon, knuckle, pate, beef slices...) and plenty of fresh veggies. I would definitely recommend this one. You can order the less adventurous cuts of meat if you prefer. The pho was balanced and had a good portion of everything. Both soups came out piping hot which is essential! Super fast service and easy parking around 7 pm.
