Pho Saigon

Amazing food and service!! Like others we were also able to meet the owner Paul who was so kind- he initially said the food is so good we'll be coming back every week and at first we weren't sure but then after getting a taste found that it was SO good! I got the chicken pho which was so yummy I dove right in and forgot to take a photo till half way through and my friends got the Steak/Meatball Pho (not pictured) and also really liked it. We also got the Fried rice with only pork and no shrimp and that was also very tasty not too salty. We will definitely be coming back again!

This is by far the best Pho that we've been to in Kent. Food is bomb . Service is exceptional. The owner Paul is very friendly. Highly recommended.

I am new to the area and today was my first time trying this place. paul the owner was very kind and thoughtful of his customers. He asked for recommendations and was making sure we have everything we needed for a delightful experience. The broth of this pho is very delicious and tastes authentic. I hope this place gets more recognition.

This might be my new go-to pho restaurant.The server (who I think was the owner) was so great and he made sure our pho came out piping hot.It really is that simple. This is just great pho!

Spent 24 hours in WA and desperately needed some soup after my flight. As a Southern California native, I was impressed with the authenticity and quality of pho here! This is the real deal. The owner/manager/sole server here was clearly really proud of his food and enthusiastically told me that his pho was really good, and he wasn't lying. I ordered the pho with rare beef on the side so I can season it with lime, sriracha, and hoisin sauce before dipping it back into my soup. The quality of beef was great. The best thing about pho is the broth for me. Not only was it wonderfully seasoned but there was a perfect thin layer of fat on top. This fat is important because its flavor and also insulates the broth underneath. I like my soup HOT and the broth stayed super hot for a long time. It was a great bowl and I'll definitely be back :)

This was a "First Time" trial and it was not bad. Walking into the restaurant, very nice and inviting. Plenty of seating booth style or tables per your preference. Food review for our first time trying this place, we started with an appetizer (shrimp fresh rolls and Saigon Chicken Wings in honey) and that was delicious. The shrimp fresh rolls come in a set of 4 and includes the peanut sauce that had the flavor profile I was looking for. It wasn't bland or overwhelming with peanuts and went well with the rolls. The rolls were crunchy from the romaine inside and they did not skimp on the shrimp portion.Chicken wings were nicely done and had a nice crispy texture on the outside. For the Saigon pho, the flavor of the broth definitely had tons of flavor and definitely wasn't bland at all. Plenty of protein in the soup which is usually not the case when going to other pho places. The noodles was a mix of different types that I am not sure of. What I can say is that it was thick and thin rice noodles which I wasnt expecting in my soup. Usually just one type of noodles. Something new but not something I liked as far as preference. Outside of the food, the service was good and I wouldn't mind going back to try something different.

The food was exceptionally good but what made our experience even better was Mr Paul (owner) was very kind and friendly. He loved talking to my kids and even gave them toys before leaving. My family and I found our new favorite restaurant and we'll for sure be back!

Ordered beef rib and ox tail pho. Meat tasted like it was cooked a second time, basically a leftover product. Fried egg rolls were bland. Service was friendly, but the food was mediocre for a Vietnamese restaurant. Disappointed and won't be back.

Very good pho, the owner is even nicer. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Food came out very quick
