So I am a vegetarian so that will help orient those reading this review.Salted tofu (Tofu rang muoi) is amazing slightly salted. It comes with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers on the side with picked cabbage and carrots and optional rice (which I don't think costed more). The tofu was fried with grilled jalapeños and white onions, which gave spicy and sweet respectively. Very light and tasty meal that had spicy, salty, sweet, and sour all in one.On a separate time, I had the vegetarian pho. I have noticed a difference between vegetarian restaurants that serve pho (such as Veggie Village and Loving Hut) - these substitute the meat with mushroom and tofu with meat-like textures and typical vegetables found in pho - while Vietnamese restaurants that serve vegetarian pho use tofu that would be soft (though fried first to have some texture) and add vegetables like broccoli, carrots, or cabbage to fill it in. In all, the experiences are quite different and Pho Noodles fall in the latter category. Overall, good, but for the readers of this review, it is good to know what to expect. I will certainly be returning. Next time, I have my eye on the banh mi tofu.

Ordered the shrimp pho. Went to pick it up myself. The guy working (probably owner) tried giving me a weird vibe for not tipping... I don't tip unless I'm dining in bc why?? Anyways... I had to package my own sauces from a dirty looking table... no biggie but still looked a little unappetizing ...Shrimp was hard and dirty.... I always clean my shrimp good from every pho I order and this was the worst I've had so far... lots of poo in each one but different than I've ever seen.... I can't imagine the tanks these shrimps come from... Lime was old and dried up...2 stars for tasty broth but won't be coming back.

I have been eating here for the past 3 years. I had their pho tai and spring rolls each time I went. And loved it.HOWEVER, we ate here late last week and got food poisoning! My partner got sick as well, he ate the orange chicken meal. We were sick for a good two days. We know it had to be Pho Noodles because that was the only outside food we had. I also noticed my rice noodles in my pho was clumped together. Very disappointed in this last experience with Pho Noodles. It really makes me rethink where I should be getting my pho fix. Be careful.

I love their Pho and house special fried rice. So yummy and flavorful. It's a unique, slightly charred flavor that I am addicted to.

Great place! It's small but they move things along and bring out your food quickly and piping hot. The service is great and the staff are friendly. I got the house fried rice with chicken and it was a very healthy portion. So tasty and flavorful. Good spot for a quick lunch. Also decently priced.

The high Yelp ratings brought me to this restaurant for dinner. My own experience will keep me away. We excitedly ordered 1. Spring Rolls with Shrimp and Pork, 2. Rice Noodles with Seafood, 3. Rice Noodles with Chicken Shrimp and Beef, and 4. Special Combination Fried Rice. The chicken in the noodle dishes arrived tough and dry. The fried rice was over-fried, the beef and chicken in the fried rice were inedible. Bean sprouts provided with the noodle dishes were wilted and brownish in color. Regrettably this is the worse meal at a Vietnamese restaurant for us in 20 years. After paying the $54 dinner bill, we went to have another dinner at a nearby IHOP! The restaurant is located within a huge, but mostly deserted (vacant) shopping center. Lots of parking. The interior restaurant setting was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Service was friendly and fast Too bad the food quality was lacking. And yes, we mentioned our disappointment to the Pho restaurant owner.

Decided to try a new pho place! This place had great reviews so I had to put it to the test. Like many other Vietnamese restaurants, it's quite small on the inside. The servers were very friendly and fast. It seems family owned and operatedI find myself quite attracted to appetizer platters when they're on the menu. They are a recent discovery for me, but it really allows you to get a tastes of the restaurant. Ours came with spring rolls, egg rolls, and shrimp rolls (new to us). I will say the shrimp roll was my favorite; I loved the basil inside. The vegetables in the spring roll seemed kinda of old, which was a theme here. The topping options were just not lush and vibrant, so I was a little disappointed. The egg roll did not come with fish sauce, so again I was disappointed and it was oddly dry. The Vietnamese coffee was good, not terribly sweet but was strong so I liked it. We each ordered the pho tai chin. Initially I noticed that the noodles were clumped together so I had to separate them. The broth is good, but not great. I find myself becoming pickier and pickier with my pho. Nothing really seems to satisfy me lately. I wi say the beef was so thin and quite delicious. I will say though, I think they could have loaded it up a little more. All in all, we spent 60$ dollars which is pretty pricey, but we got a lot (not mentioned or pictured is a bahn mi we got to go). This is a pretty fair pho spot, not bad but not exceptional as I was lead to believe. I'm slowly making my way through all the pho in Arizona lol.

This is a nice little spot to get your pho fix! The table service was great! I didn't have to wait long on the food either. I highly recommend the spring rolls! Checkout at the counter was fast & easy. The restaurant is located inside a shopping center. There plenty is parking. Accessible parking and entrance.

The pho was good. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because the broth itself wasn't super flavorful. We got the chicken pho and the seafood pho, which tasted the same besides having their different toppings. The chicken was a bit dry and reminded me of chicken noodle soup. But the service was prompt, food came out fast, and the prices were very reasonable.

Not to sound presumptuous but I would consider myself a pho connoisseur. I have been getting my slurp on for 3/4 of my life in different states. I've spoke with many chefs on how they prepare the tasty soup from Northern and Southern Vietnam. From my gathering of information it all comes down to the length of time the bone marrow is boiled and the garnish. The broth of the Pho is so flavorful. The noodles are thin. The service was acute as I specified; do to an allergy. My bowl came out in 5 minutes. The restaurant was clean and relaxing as I got my Pho onThe prices are average. I'll be back Pho Shooo when I'm in the area.
