Server was nice but it took 15 minutes to place the order and the food took 1hour and 10 minutes to get. A lot of excuses because of what I ordered. The restaurant looks nice. The food is ok. The spring roll they gave us wasn't fresh. I ordered the hu tieu. Just wasn't worth it. My mom ordered the pho and she said they put a lot of meat.

New owners since the last time I was here and wow what an improvement! I have food allergies and the owner/cook came out and talked to me about what they were and made something special for me. Portions were generous and food was delicious. My friend had the beef pho and I had a lemongrass tofu bowl.

A first timer to this Vietnamese restaurant to dine in.... When you walk in, you're instantly met with a large fish tank that's right in your face! Who the heck puts a fish tank right in front of the entrance/exit?!? It's dirty as hell and barely any fish in there to begin with! The layout of the inside is perplexing to say the least. The bus person can't even fit through the tiny aisles and can't get the cart through the cash register area and the vending machine! Whomever created this and designed this weren't thinking straight at all! LOL.I believe we waited about 10 mins to order. Got the Fresh Rolls, Gyoza, French Fries for our appetizers, an Oxtail Pho soup, a Combination Pho and a Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Noodle bowl. For our drinks, got a Thai Iced Tea and a Diet Coke. Took about 20 minutes until we got our Gyoza and Fries. Then another 5 mins before we received the Oxtail soup. Still no Fresh Rolls.... Another 5 minutes pass and we get the other Pho soup and Vermicelli Noodle bowl. Then we finally got the fresh rolls in the middle of eating our entrees.Ratings out of 5 Stars:Service was hecka slow - 2Food quality - 3Gyoza and Fries - 4Also confusing: why call the restaurant Vietnamese and Thai when you only have 1 Thai entree on the menu??? Just having a Pad Thai dish doesn't consider you having a half Thai restaurant. Pretty misleading to the public, don't you think? Maybe if you had 4-5 dishes, it could be considered both a Vietnamese and Thai place. Not 100 Vietnamese and simply 1 Thai entree. Frickin' hilarious!!!My Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Noodle bowl was OK.I think better places are available around the area. Recommend Iyara Thai down the shopping center...

It's called Pho J now. Service was fast and friendly. The broth was average. Their hot oil is still spicy and flavorful. Spring rolls were great. The peanut sauce was watery.

LOL!! This place is a joke!!! We drove from Seattle all the way too auburn for their hot pot pho.. guess what.. ITS NOT EVEN ON THE MENU! The owner posted a instagram post of it . Pho broth was SUPER BLAND! The pho was bland and my soup came out way too cool. Not even warm... and I'd like my soup to be hot. I'll give it to them tho, the pho is pretty big, lots of noodles and meat. Probably explains why 99% of customers I saw there that day were the same people who you'll see at all buffets. We also ordered their grilled chicken rice plate but it wasn't grilled..?!? It was deep fried! We also ordered their che ba ma, so so so Disappointing OMG!! I'm diabetic and I think it was bland! They also use regular milk when it's suppose to be made with coconut milk. I can't find anymore words to describe how bad this place is without being mean. Lucky they opened in auburn and there isn't much of a Vietnamese/asian crowd around to eat because we know how it's suppose to taste. If this place was open in Seattle I guarantee they'll go out of business for their half ass cooking within a couple months. Put some heart into your cooking man! I understand it's a diff crowd but still. I don't blame your customers for not knowing how real pho is suppose to taste. SALT AND PEPPER TASTE BUD CHEFS!! The owner did say in the video she's only "half Vietnamese" .

My husband got short ribs and steak and got Saigon combo pho it was not disappointed. Great customer service, delicious pho and big portions. I would definitely go back for pho and try other dishes.

New owner for a place that I used to cone to regularly. The owner is very friendly and proud of her new place. We stopped in and had dinosaur pho. Respectable bowl and we whittled it down to bones. Since it's close to work, I am sure I will be back some time.

Omg it's alway so good in here. We live in Tacoma. I meet my hubby after work here in Auburn for dinner sometimes. The owner is always nice and when she has time will chat with us. She (Ngok) uses her hand me down recipes from her grandmother. It was very busy on Friday Eve. We were also waiting for traffic. We usually get combo P 13 beef. Always delish. She just needs help for servers now since she changed the name from old owners!
