I had the regular shrimp Pho, it was very good. The broth was a little lighter in flavor than I expected, still very good. Plenty of shrimp in the regular size for sure, well cooked and sweet. It had bright fresh cilantro with crispy fried onions that added a sweetness to the bite. The fresh basil and bean sprouts were very fresh and crisp. The jalapeño slices were too thick for me. I really enjoy the taste of jalapeños and this was just too thick. My friend had the large chicken Pho and she said it was very good. Still a bit lighter in flavor though. There was a lot of shredded chicken that looked like all white meat. The fresh rolls were excellent, nice sweet shrimp inside. They were thinly rolled which was nice and made them easy to eat. They were served with peanut sauce and again crispy fried onions. Overall I will be back to try the traditional beef pho and see how the broth is. They have all the sauces on the table to add to your broth which helped mine a lot this time.

This place is great! Very classic southern style pho. Their menu is stacked with a ton of options and good prices! The Bahn Mi had fresh bread at the end of the day and was well balanced. The fresh pork spring rolls were rolled well with lots of pork and the peanut sauce had little onion crisps on top! I haven't seen it crowded, staff is friendly and they take your order and refill your water quick. The inside of the store isn't what you would expect from looking at it outside. Lots of cool pictures and bamboo slat walls. Nice vibe. I've gone twice this week and will return regularly

I love Vietnamese food and I eat it as often as I can. I feel like we're super lucky in the Seattle area to have some of the very best Vietnamese food that there is.The lemongrass vermicelli bowl that I just ate was the very best that I have every had. Period. I literally don't have a picture of it cause I was too busy shoving it in my face.Thank you very very much for the delicious food that you provided it ended a long day of not eating with a fabulous dish that I will remember for a long time.

This used to be _the_ pho spot for me. I'm not sure if there's just new management now, but it's like they completely changed the recipe for their pho. The noodles that they use are non-standard; they use the wide rice noodle, the type you see in pad khee mao or phad see ew instead of the more common thinner rice noodle, which completely threw me off. The broth tasted less flavorful this time around and was just missing the usual star anise flavor?I ordered a small pho with rare beef steak and meatballs and asked for extra meat. When I got the extra meat, it was just meatballs, where was the extra rare beef steak? Apparently extra meat just meant extra meatballs which didn't used to be the case. Funnily, the soup that the extra meatballs came in tasted more like their old pho soup instead of my actual bowl. We ordered some egg rolls and that was at least good. Overall though, I'm hesitant to go back due to the noodle type change and the inconsistent taste of the soup. I'm surprised the change in the noodle type would affect my overall experience with pho here so much, but maybe I'll give it a second chance in a few months.

It's pretty unassuming from the outside, but chill inside. We only got grilled pork bahn mi, and egg-rolls this visit. The eggrolls are legit and good. The bahn mi was like a D minus. Bread not crispy, no daikon, very sparing on the mayo, no pate, the pork wasn't very flavorful and the veg was anemic. There are too many amazing bahn mi in Seattle to even bother getting one here. If you want Pho, go for it!

We did Uber Eats and got 4 things. Pho, pad thai, garlic chicken, and a chicken and shrimp dish. All were good and it was exactly as ordered. The only thing to note that getting a small pho with extra meat isn't much meat. It was about 9 slices over the noodles so it looks like more than it was. I was anticipating a lot more meat considering i paid $3 extra. The broth was salty and just want i wanted but it's not the best broth. Fresh basil and bean sprouts too.The garlic chicken tasted more like chicken teriyaki with garlic so I don't think I'd order that again but it's not bad. Edible. Pad Thai was interesting. I usually get chicken so I don't know what beef is like with it. Not bad. Tastes like pad thai at least. I'd give them a 3.5. Id order again but I'd rather go to a pho place I know gives a lot of meat.

This is still the best bahn mi in Seattle. The roll is a perfect balance between soft // slightly crisp, and the ratio of ingredients inside the grilled pork bahn mi is perfection.

Food came out lightning fast and is hot, delicious, and fresh. Not pictured is the pork banh-mi, which has a perfectly soft-but-crispy roll loaded with flavorful toppings. This place deserves to be busier!
