This place is amazing! I first came here with my mom and felt extremely welcomed from the moment we walked in. Everyone there specially the owner is very attentive and continuously checks on you to make sure you have the best experience and that everything tastes great! The food is SOO GOOD! This was my second time trying pho ever & it was delicious! My whole family has now tried this place & everyone absolutely loves it. I can't say enough how amazing the owner is, he is so kind & attentive & really makes you feel at home!

My friend and I walked into the restaurant, saw no greeter or staff anywhere. However, there were two other customers dining in. Basically, it was not busy. We decided to take a seat, still no staff present to offer us a menu or drinks. After approximately five minutes, I had walked over to the kitchen area and requested for a menu. I noticed three staff members were posted in the kitchen, one of which was cooking. Finally, our order was taken. Although, the restaurant's decor was inviting and modern, I was no longer feeling hungry. I ordered tea while my friend ordered a vermicelli chicken spring rolls combo. Food temp was average and egg rolls were crispy and tasty. On the other hand, noodles were a tad on the hard side, veggies were skimpy and the chicken didn't have the marinaded, savory bbq grill taste that I'm accustomed to (Pho cow 7 National city has the best). If it weren't for the sauce, really, one would end up tasting boiled unseasoned chicken. The restaurant claims, "traditional, authentic Vietnamese Restaurant serving high-quality food."Would it have made a difference had the cook been Vietnamese background vs Hispanic (all three were speaking Spanish). The server we had was bare minimum, with no personality. She did not even ask once if we needed anything. At least offer more water.Such a clean and nice looking restaurant. Too bad it will be my last visit.

This place is conveniently by the Palm street AMC so perfect when it's cold after a movie. It's small but service is great.I got the shrimp pho and unfortunately it had no flavor. I had to drench my broth with hoisin sauce and sriracha. Another bummer was that the noodles were too thin so they got soggy. The brisket pho also had the same issue with the rice noodles. The only other food options in this plaza at AYCE sushi or wings so I'll only come here again if I want something heartwarming.

First pho restaurant That is not served by Vietnamese people! I can't even verify if the cooks in the back are Vietnamese. It's Not bad for a random pho restaurant. It's definitely nice and clean.Service is ok as we didn't get our water refilled. The soup base was good I drank a lot and am usually sensitive to msg! Definitely didn't get hit with a thirst attack. The meat was not that great because it was not rare steak cooked in soup. The soup wasn't that hot.Did find it weird that the noodles were cut up on the pho.... The bbq plate was whatever. The flavor tasted like beef jerky with fish sauce?!!We also tried the shrimp summer roll and it was made very loosely and not tightly packed. Probably won't be back! We pretty much came here because sakana was completely booked. They did have a 10% off deal for a same day ticket stub to the amc

Worst ever! The health department should shut this place down. The broth smelled like bleach. The whole order went into the garbage can. And they are not cheap either. How do these people even attempt to open a restaurant when they don't know the first thing about cooking? Disgusting!

The dish in the picture (Rice with BBQ Chicken and Pork) was served warm and did not have much flavor (one of the reasons why I added the Sriracha on top of the meats). The chicken tasted like a flavorless teriyaki chicken. I tried to salvage the meal by adding fish sauce and chilli paste to it, but this did not really help the cause. I'm used to the traditional way this dish is served with broken rice, steamed egg and flavor, but I guess they went another direction as it came with regular steamed rice, no egg option and the flavor ommision. I couldn't even finish it.On top of the dish I had, we also ordered a bowl of Pho (not pictured). It had to be theee worst pho I've ever had. The broth tasted like chicken bouillon. This was more like chicken noodle soup (but not soda on the side). A pho impostor I tell ya; should be renamed to pho-ny on the menu. I do not recommend the pho at all. As Sir Charles would say...its turrible.

It felt like a family reunion; you only went to see your favorite cousin, and hate it (cause the rest of the relative's). After testing out a variety of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, I know the "Egg Rolls," were store bought. Ain't NO WAY those were pre- rolled with love. I felt like they ran over to Vons, grabbed a box and fried them up. We literally threw away the Egg Rolls. Sad face.Along with the favorite cousin from earlier, I'd only get the Banh Mi. Always a favorite and never a disappointment. Just drive the extra 15 minutes to another spot. Save your monaaaay.

Pho was mediocre at best, no traditional flavor. Don't order the bahn mi, Small, over priced, and none of the traditional flavors you'd expect in a bahn mi. Bummed out Because this place is on my daily commute, and I would've loved to have a regular spot for Vietnamese close by. Two stars only because service was fast and friendly.

First time going here with my husband ,The egg rolls are awful, full of oil I believe they use fish oil it has a strange fishy aftertaste. He ordered shrimp pho and I ordered chicken pho and once we left we both got sick from our stomach and had to go to restroom right away , I believe it from the oil they used in the egg roll , I knew I shouldn't have ate the egg rolls the aftertaste was bad . Next time we will get authentic pho that has more flavor and knows how to make egg rolls correctly .
