The pho soup here was beyond great, the meat was tender and soft, the broth was delicious. I always order spring rolls each time I get pho and their spring rolls were very fresh. The gentlemen that took our order were very helpful and he refilled our water every time it was low. It's a very small cute hole in the wall restaurant in Maple Valley. I would definitely drive 30 minutes to come and eat pho here again.

Heading home after shopping. Tired, hungry and just in need of calm. We wanted something tasty, easy and good. Hubby wanted a sandwich, I wanted something not so heavy. I turned for yelp for inspiration. What's this? Pho Binh Minh and they have Banh mi! Count us in!!We enter and there is a Fountain up one corner adding to a soothing dining area. We ordered a Chicken and a Pork Banh Mi. Thinking ahead, I suggested to my husband that we share. He gets half of my pork and I could half of a chicken so we could both savor the choices. Our sandwiches are brought to us, and they looked delicious. Better yet, they were delicious. The bread was crunchy without being so hard that you were afraid you're breaking your teeth. The protein was savory and flavorful without overwhelming the other ingredients The pickled vegetables, cilantro and jalapeños were equally tasty. I couldn't determine what the sauce was they use, but that was really good. The customer service was spot on. Warm, welcoming, and friendly.Definitely worth a trip back

Yay! Made it back to WA for Phö! And of course there are so many places now it's a gamble picking one, so we rolled the dice... and were not disappointed. The portions are solid, the broth is flavorful without tasting cheap, the meat was plentiful (there's something special finding more and more bits than you expected as you tackle your big bowl of noodles and whatnot), the meat was fresh tasting and tender (I had beef, friend had chicken, my boy had the combo), it's clean, the atmosphere is cliché but welcoming and homey, and the service is top notch. Never ran out of water, menus were immediate, took our order right away and food came out fast with a great attitude. Bill was delivered quickly without pressure and we left fat and happy. Might not have to roll the dice next time.

Had an overall okay experience at the Vietnamese restaurant. Prompt service, ordered pho, fresh spring rolls, and kalbi combo. Enjoyed the meal until we discovered the rare beef. Notably, the server replaced it without comping, despite this they gave us a replacement. But please check your meats.

Salt and pepper tofu is delicious- we love the pho and the broth is delicious. Service is attentive and cooks are super quick! Ambiance is nice and clean! Will be back next time in Maple Valley

I used to live in Maple Valley several years ago, so I've eaten most of the spots around the city and I can definitively say this is the best restaurant in Maple Valley. I been here three times and it's always consistent and the portions are very big for the price.The last two times I've ordered the Bun Bo Hue and it has everything in it including oxtail. It's a big bowl and I need to have my "A" game to finish it. I like how they put plenty of noodles too. In other places, some don't add enough noodles to the bowl. It's not just the noodle soup bowls that are good values. My friends have ordered the vermicelli and lemongrass chicken rice bowls and they need to-go boxes because it was too much for them.If I need to pass through Maple Valley, you bet I'll be stopping here even if I'm not hungry. I'll get something to-go because I know I'll regret it if I didn't stop. The only drawback is that this place doesn't have air conditioning or at least they need to increase the power. It can get warm in there, but I'm willing to look past it if the portions continue to be large.

I didn't come in here with high expectations, but they certainly shocked me. The space isn't huge but we were able to get a table right away. Our server came and took our order pretty quickly. We ordered the Beef Pho, a Beef Banh Mi Sandwich, and the combination plate. The Beef Pho was so flavorful and the portion was pretty big. The Bahn Mi was so good. The veggies they put on it really set it off. The combination plate was also very flavorful. The salad dressing they use is unique and it's really good. The beef on the combination plate and on the Bahn Mi sandwich are the same but they have completely different flavor profiles based on what they're on. I would recommend checking this place out if you're looking for variety on the menu.

we've always had our "go to" pho place but didn't want to drive that far so decided to give this place a try. I cannot even begin to say how happy we did. We might just have a new go to place!!We had to large combo bowls of Pho, an order of fresh spring rolls, eggs rolls and potstickers. Everything was extremely fresh and tasted delicious. The fresh spring rolls may have just been the best I've ever had!! The two guys working there were super friendly!! Thank you. We'll see you all soon!

I love this place but there was something I noticed in a recent visit that bothered me. One of the workers had the same gloves on while sitting down holding/touching his phone. Then came out of the restroom with same gloves on.He continued to serve water, bean sprouts, etc. to customers with same gloves on. Sat back down in between service times and held/touched his phone.Please change this behavior for everyone's safety. Thanks.
