Vermicelli combo w fish sauce
Kitchen closes at 9pm. Serves delicious pho and delicious spring rolls! But their toilets break easily, watch out LOL
This was at front counter also
The ghetto sign inside the restaurant. Don't leave your GPS.
Order of egg rolls in the most delicious fish sauce, this fish sauce is sweetened and not overpoweringly fishy like other places
Pho Tai and Spring Rolls.
Chicken Fried Rice, after we both served our portions, they have really big portions here so you will be very full

Okay pho. The broth was bland. The noodles were good. I won't be back. There are other places close bye that I'll try now. The best pho is Pho 7 in Kent.

Not the best service but their pho is the best. I only get their shrimp pho, which they stir fry beforehand so there's more oil in it. The broth is super rich and they give you lots of noodles. Crave this everytime I'm home.

Pho: 5/5Customer service: awkward, the owner were watching us eat. I think it's because they wanted us to eat quickly and leave right away since we came there 6 minutes before the restaurant closes. They didn't give any water, just tea. They weren't friendly enough to give a proper greeting. They just stared. 2/5Public bathroom: Clean and has 2 stalls, but toilet breaks easily. Both of them didn't flush. 2/5Menu: Detailed with Korean language added and plus pictures of the Pho dishes. Menu had a lot of different dishes. 4/5Spring Rolls: Delicious, shrimp is big! 4/5Parking lot: Small, bit shady. We saw a sign that says something like 'don't leave your gps inside the car' so I'm guessing around there is bit ghetto. 3/5Interior of the restaurant: Big and spacey. Easy to move around! 4/5

Been a customer for 15+ years, quality of food, service and decor (lol) hasn't changed since.Food is always consistent, portions are decent. I crave for this restaurant! Since moving to Puyallup, when in the Federal Way area, we make the stop here. My family's go-to is an order of crab angels, egg rolls, and either #56 won ton noodle soup (won ton has pork and shrimp in it ) or #59, charbroiled pork on a stick with rice. Knocking off a star because this place does lack a bit of cleanliness. All in all, this has always been one of my favorite restaurants over the last decade.

Prices and food have been consistent for the longest time! Been eating here with the family for over a decade now and always hits the spot. Friendly service as well! Pan fried rice noodle is my favorite among other dishes.

There are many Vietnamese restaurants in Federal Way. Each seems to have one or two dishes that they are known for and the rest of the food is alright. At Pho Bach, I would not recommend the Vietnamese Vermicelli combo. Nothing special. I'm always a critic on the fish sauce at Vietnamese restaurant - it's the most important component that makes the dish. This fish sauce was water down and didn't have the traditional lime and chili to make it more tasty. However, luckily my parents have been here a few times to know what were the good dishes. The Pho here is better than most. The broth is clean and refreshing - less msg. The best I would recommend is the Moo Shoo Beef. It is flavored with egg, shredded beef and vegetables that comes wrapped in this delicious Chinese pancake (it's a tortilla but it's so soft and chewy, it adds a great texture)! Also it comes with rice. You can order it so you can have the tortilla and meat separate and wrap it yourself or they can prepare it for you the kitchen.

Still #14 strong! The savory broth, the combo meats (shrimp, chicken, and beef) sautéed in a oily delicious medley, and just wonderful.
