Pho Avina

Recently I tried Pho Avina after seeing a raving review on a FB page I am part of. I got it to go. I ordered two Pho Tai, two orders of pork egg rolls and one order of short ribs. The egg rolls were delicious..the short ribs had good flavor but a LOT of oil/grease and a lot of fatty pieces instead of good meat. The Pho without adding sauces was just ok. I wouldn't rave about the flavors. Once I added the oyster sauce and the spicy sauce, it improved a little. I also added the lemon but prefer lime with my pho. I also got a mango pineapple boba smoothie. Now this I would be back for by itself. Delicious!The main reason I docked a star was because the meat they gave me was raw. This isnt necessarily bad as usually pho has thinly sliced meat placed in the bowl and then the boiling hot water poured over it, and the noodles, thus cooking the meat, but what bothered me more was the fact that the bag they put it in did not seal shut and so the blood from the meat got over all of the utensils and everything else in the bag, thus rendering all of the rest of the items unusable. (See pictures) I might try this location again if I were to go eat in the restaurant but probably won't get to go again.

Came here for try the desserts! Pho Avina's fruit shaved snow is incredible. We were quickly seated at one of the dozens of tables by staff. They were efficient in taking orders and quick to bring out the desserts. We ordered taro, coconut, and mango flavors which were perfect for sharing amongst 6 people. Would definitely get this again!

Old school Vietnamese restaurant obviously family run. Great prices for food that is above average for this area. Ambience is nonexistent with industrial restaurant tables and chairs, little in the ways of decor, and boxes of supplies lining the walls. The service is often slow as there are never quite enough folks working. They are however friendly and as quick as possible depending on the rush. We have visited several times and found the spring rolls to be exceptional served with a tasty peanut sauce. The house special noodle dish was a disappointment. It cost more than almost any item but was nothing but a couple of small pieces of pork, chicken and 2 shrimp with no vegetables or sauce tossed on rice vermicelli. Still not sure what the big special was supposed to be. Bun thit was terrific. Overall a nice little neighborhood place providing great value for your dining dollar.

Love, love, love Pho Avina. I've come for lunch and dinner and the service is always fast. I order the same thing every time we come... the oxtail pho! My daughter deviated this visit and ordered the "build your own"shrimp and tofu pho (she says to quickly remove the shrimp to the side as it will overcook in the hot broth). The menu is extensive and the portions are huge! One day I'll get something other thank the oxtail tail, but it's so good, I don't want to miss out!My kids love the boba here, so even if we aren't eating, we will make the trip!If you are in the area, I encourage you to visit this restaurant and maybe suggest what I should try next!

Absolutely the best Vietnamese food around!!! Recommend: the special beef pho, the combination banh mi, and the vegetarian salad. And the snow ice!!! And the bubble tea!!! Just hits every spot.

Food is incredible, service is amazing! The OG pho place i used to eat at was closed down :( I stumbled across this one and it's become absolutely one of my favorite places i've started to frequent. I've brought friends and family here and they completely loved it as well. Staff is super accommodating and super nice. If this is your first time here, beware of the dinner bowls. THEY ARE MASSIVE lol.

Altho seem empty at times, the place was spacious for any busy day/ night. Most customers came for their boba but not knowing their Oxtail Pho and service was a hidden gem ! Super tender and Yummy soup, as well as a variety of under $6 BahMi sandwich. Would definitely help if their top/ favorite menu was posted with pictures on their ordering register. But service was super attentive and kind, food was gr8 and will definitely recommend the visit anytime! Please try Pho will definitely broaden your taste pallet and crave for vietnamese broth and rice noodle for life Ox Tail Pho

We went back to pho avina and the female employee was great and quick. The food is great including the pho and pork rice dishes. Female server handles the rushes a lot better than previous servers!

Place is amazing, the broth is so good. The cashier is always so nice and helpful. She knows exactly who I am when I call and always gets my order right. And any problems she fixes them right way or on my next visit. She even lets me run back and forth next door to have sake bombs lol. The atmosphere is ok, some may complain but I like when it's a little dark and not bright as a coffee shop in New York City.

Love this place, always a go to if you want good pho at a good price. It has its busy moments.
