Had the tom yum and it was very bland. Tastes pretty much just hot water and lime. Damn it hope I didn't catch COVID...again. Also restaurant is pretty warm for a location that serves mostly hot food. Staff seems nice though.

Best Drunken Noodles in Boston! Tried many places around and it's by far the best. Cooked perfectly, adjust the spicy level, they pack in the crushed pepper. The Thai ice teas aren't too sweet or full of ice.Waitresses are attentive and the restaurant is always clean.

Unassuming gem slinging some of the best food (Asian or Otherwise) in Westborough.I've known about Pho and Thai for a while now - it was opened within the last few years while I was still living on the east coast - but my family and I never went. I'm currently back home for a visit and yesterday was a cold and rainy day in Massachusetts - AKA a perfect day for some Noodle Soup. I suggested getting Pho to my parents but our normal place happened to be closed. That's when I remembered Pho and Thai.We got there around 7 PM on a Friday night. There weren't too many people there yet but as our meal went on, more and more groups came.We were promptly seated and our order was taken within 10 minutes or so - there was only one waitress there and she was doing a fantastic job handling and juggling every group that was thereFor our meal my family got* Roti* Hot and Spicy Wings* Basil Fried Rice* Pho Tai Nam* Kao Soi with Chicken* Slow Cooked Beef Noodle SoupNow mind you, after living in the Bay Area for almost a year, I didn't have the highest of expectations for this restaurant. Especially since it's located in a random Shopping Plaza on Route 9. But boy was I wrong. This restaurant blew all my expectations out of the water. The first thing to come out was the Basil Fried rice. At first I was disappointed that our appetizers didn't come out first... and then I had a bite. .... GOD DAMN this was the best Basil Fried Rice i've had in a loooooonnngg time. It was cooked perfectly and the spice level was actually spicy. And that's saying something, especially coming from me. The next item to come out was the Roti , which was extra flakey and rich and paired very nicely with the curry dip on the side.Afterwards our noodles soups came out. I got the slow cooked beef noodle soup on the recommendation of our waitress and I was not disappointed. The broth was extra rich and had deep umami flavor and the meat was extra tender. My parents got the Kao Soi and they were absolutely thrilled - they aren't the biggest fan of Pho so this was a perfect choice for them. Hearty, extra flavorful, and not too spicy for them. And lastly, the Pho Tai Nam (rare beef and brisket pho) was for my brother. I didn't get to have much but I'll let his words do the talking : "This is better than most of the Pho I've had in Boston".Lastly, the wings showed up... while it was strange for them to be the last item on the table, they were absolutely delicious and my family still ate them regardless.Incredible food aside, the service here was top notch. I'd like to shout out our waitress again - she really did a fantastic job with everyone including us. She was very accommodating and brought us extra plates and bowls so we could share items easily. She was also very friendly.Price wise, we definitely got our moneys worth of food. For all the items I mentioned it was about 90 Dollars (~ 22.5 dollars per person) which, for the portion sizes we got, I found to be a great value. To wrap this up, Pho and Thai is a standout for me in the Westborough food scene. Don't let the location fool you - this place is a must visit for sure. I think I've found my new regular Pho spot in Central MA.Food: 5Service: 5Bang for Buck: 5Final Rating : 5/5

I came here with a friend to try for lunch. Overall very happy with the experience. Since they are relatively new and still covid, doesn't seem hard to get seated. Staff was very friendly and we decided to try the Pho given if it is in your name, it should be a star dish.We started with the spring rolls which were great. Light and with good house dipping sauce. For the main course we both tried different Pho.In short lunch was great. Order was correct, food was delicious. Service was excellent as well. In short everything I would expect and will definitely make me come back.

First time trying this new restaurant in an area with many Thai options. Mixed feelings. The flavors of the food were very good. The Pad C U w/ tofu was solid. They use "American" broccoli rather than "Chinese" broccoli often used elsewhere. The large beef pho w/ brisket and rare beef had a very flavorful broth, with strong hints of star anise and Chinese five-spice, and the noodles were a good consistency and held up to the broth. However, the "rare" beef wasn't rare at all, and the little amount of brisket was gristly. The pho had traditional accompaniments, though the sprouts, lime and jalapeño seemed like they were dry and sitting out for a while. I could barely get any juice from the lime wedge. Our teenage server was polite, but not very attentive as he never refilled our water or checked on us. The decor of the small strip mall restaurant is pleasant, but the cobwebs on the decorations near the window make me question the cleaning procedures of the restaurant. Prices were reasonable, but a little high compared to other local Thai restaurants - especially given lunch prices are the same as dinner prices.Overall, it seems like they've got a great chef that puts out solid, flavorful food. However, to become my go-to for Thai in an area full of Thai restaurants, they really need to focus on some other details - freshness, service, cleanliness, etc.

Went here for the first time last week and went again last night. We loved this place so much we brought our closest friends here to share dinner with us! We love the food! The service is great we are always greeted with a smile by the host. He is very attentive and polite. The vibe of the place is calm and clean. The food is absolutely delicious every time and very hearty in flavor. This time we ordered the crab Rangoon's, roasted sesame chicken wings for an appetizer (not pictured) both were delicious! I tried the #2 pho last time I was here it was deep in flavor and a little minty. Meat was soft and broke apart easily. This time I tried the Tom Yum Pho with Shrimp. It was sweet and sour and they gave me lots of good sized shrimps. Definitely recommend if you are in the area for some great Pho and the price is great both are a small in the pictures for $13.99!!! We haven't been able to finish a small, can't imagine a large! You will definitely be taking some home!

My family and I went to this restaurant yesterday and the food quality and taste was incredible. So then why the 1 star review? Well, the hot tea we ordered took an hour to come, and the boba drinks we ordered took over an hour. The food took over1.5 hours and one thing came out at a time. By the time everyone else's food came out and were done eating , we had to remind them my noodle soup hadn't come. The staff was extremely rude telling us to wait because they were busy, with no remorse. The worst service and attitude for a business. And they attempt to justify this with a staff shortage, which is a complete lie. They're not hiring clearly for more profits. And this is also fine, but have some better customer service and attitude for poor service. Also, every other table was getting their food right away, which was complete BS.

I have had Pho once before. Never had Khao Soi. But I must say. This was the best Pho and Khao Soi I ever had. Restaurant was busy which is a good sign, but we did not wait long to get a table. They did seem a little short staffed because there were definitely 7 parties there or so and only one waiter. Food was delicious. We also had dumplings. The portions were generous for the price. Nice quiet, small place. Not too large but adequate for dining, probably 15 tables or so, unless I am mistaken. Would definitely come back.

We were craving pho so we ventured out to the strip mall restaurant Pho & Thai. From the surrounding restaurants and martial arts center, we were not expecting a 5 star atmosphere. We were hoping for some tasty food. We were not disappointed. It was Wednesday night and the place was fairly quiet (except for the martial arts students next door). We were seated promptly and poured water. We ordered the veggie spring rolls and Pho. The spring rolls were perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside. Somewhat mushy on the inside. I would get the chicken next time. I had the rare beef and brisket Pho. Nice broth. Noodles just right. Plenty of tasty meat. Fresh toppings ( Bean sprouts, Basil, Jalapenos, lime). My wife had the same without the brisket. Just what we were looking for.Good food, good service, strip mall atmosphere. We'd go again if in the area.
