Best pho I've had in Seattle. Broth is very mild on the aromatics and heavy on the delicious beefiness. It has become our go-to in very short order.

Our favorite Pho place in seattle. The food is always amazing, fast service and great staff. The portions are amazing and the quality is top notch. We come here often and will drive past 10 other Pho restaurants just to come here.

I think this pho shop has some of the best spring roll and eggs rolls. They are fresh made to order every time. I like the spring rolls with the grilled minced pork rolls with peanut sauce and the fried egg rolls. They seem to use a thinner egg roll skin for the fried rolls so they turn out very light and crispy. The pho is always delicious and hits the spot. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is very strong but very refreshing.

I recently had the chance to try a new Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle, and as a Vietnamese person myself, I have high standards when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine. I was initially hesitant to give this place a try since I'm not from the area, but I'm thrilled to say that my experience was amazing.I decided to order the bun bo hue, teriyaki chicken, and a side of pho broth. To my delight, everything was delicious. The bun bo hue had a fantastic flavor without that strange oyster juice taste that can sometimes be off-putting. In fact, my boyfriend enjoyed it so much that he devoured the entire bowl on his own.I was cautious due to past disappointments with Vietnamese versions of chicken teriyaki, I was pleasantly surprised by the teriyaki chicken here. It was cooked to perfection, tender, and incredibly saucy. The flavors were spot-on, and it exceeded my expectations. The pho broth was another standout. It had a rich and robust taste that complemented the rest of the meal perfectly. Even though I'm not from the area, I'm so glad I decided to give this place a chance. The food was top-notch, and it's evident that they take great care in preparing their dishes. For anyone who, like me, is picky about their Vietnamese food, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. It's a hidden gem in Seattle, and you won't be disappointed.

First time being here and I got to say, the parking is lowkey ass lol. But I'm not complaining as much because I found parking but it was hard at first and the road is bumpy with potholes but other then that, the food was good lol. I got the steak and meatball which was funny because my pho didn't have meatballs in it, it came as a side and I only got one meatball cut in half. But I still ate it I guess. The broth isn't too thick nor thin, I think it sits just right and the noodles were good and soft to my texture opinion. Service was fast and nice, I left a tip of course. I also got Thai tea and I loved that as well because some places would have like milk sitting in it but here, they didn't have milk sitting or in it I think. It was more creamy and sweet which I like. Will I come back? Of course when I get the chance lol.

The pho was flavorful and everyone finished their bowl. I'm from the Ca Bay Area, so I'm use to having big bowls of pho. The large bowl of pho was on the smaller side. I was looking for a combo that had a variety of beef including tendon and tripe, but I only saw combos that included one or the other. You can also build your own bowl. My husband ordered the bbq pork/egg roll vermicelli bowl, and it was yummy. This place had a parking lot, so that was nice. :)

As unassuming, casual pho spot that offers generously sized dishes at very affordable prices and swift service. The menu has plenty of vegetarian options and the ability to build your own bowl. No wait times and lots of available seating. Very easy to order to-go via phone or at the counter.

APIHM (Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month) #1: I feel like another update is necessary for the amount of times I go here. I haven't dined-in in a while but doing take out doesn't change their consistency at all. Their food is packaged so neatly and compacted so that nothing spills which I really appreciate being the one who does the pick up. The food is also still warm and there is never anything missing. They included napkins, utensils and they don't skimp out on food at all! I appreciate the consistent friendly service from the workers whether you dine-in or take out. Thank you, Pho 99, for being such a great business!
