Pho 7 Simmering Soup

I don't understand the bad ratings. Ordered from here dozens of times and everything was fine. I wouldn't drive for it a thousand miles, but if you're in the area - it tastes good.

Explored a new Vietnamese place in Covington and liked it, will come back to taste more dishes. We got Tofu Ramen, Beef Ramen and Chicken Spring roll. Overall good Pho and enjoyed it. Service is quick and staff was friendly too.

Food was delicious, some of my favorite pho broth around. Service and vibes were immaculate and I would definitely recommend Pho 7!

There are other Pho near by my house, but my family likes this one. The food here is good. Service is fast and ambience of the place is your typical chill vibe.

The pho place across the street was closed so we decided to come here since we wanted pho. Severely understaffed is an understatement. Anyway, we ordered the noodle bowl and I got a large pho, husband got an xtra large sized pho. It is significantly larger. Our food took forever to come. We're usually super patient but we had hungry kids and they had one person waiting tables and working the register, plus doing all the to go orders. My pho wasn't good :( it tasted like the packaged kind and there wasn't very much meat. The egg roll in the noodle bowl was good though. We definitely won't be back here since pho is a go to meal for us and the broth just wasn't good at all.

The food was great. I've been coming here for awhile now and I always get the same thing. Large seafood pho and an order of their spring rolls. It is made just the way I like it and made in a timely manner. Service is good as well. I always get my food to go but the place is always clean and neat. 5 star experience all the way

On my 15 minute break from Amazon I went to all 5 places in this parking lot just to use the restroom. I came in in full Amazon worker gear and asked to use the restroom and they refused to allow me unless I bought something. I didn't even bring my wallet in cause I was in such a hurry. I understand not allowing random homeless people but someone literally working doesn't make sense to me. Sounds like you're just trying to get money out of everyone.

I went to eat lunch with my family and it was great pho. Their bubble tea is good too, service was quick and overall a 10/10

Broth wasn't bad in the Pho. Meat wasn't great. Fresh rolls shouldn't smell like my yard debris bin. Peanut sauce was mostly soy sauce. Definitely didn't eat them. Not my first time here but will be my last.

I have been ordering food about two years at this restaurant and whether sandwiches, rice noodles, spring rolls or service, I have to say that everything is perfect! BUT I WON'T come back anymore and I will give you one star because you hired a stupid and rude new cashier! You lost a very honestly customer just because her! About a week ago, I ordered a meal by phone, usually about 15 minutes I admit that I went a bit early. The rude cashier said that my order was not ready yet.I was waiting there. when my order was ready, normally the cashier would give it to me by hand or put it on the table outside, but this rude cashier slid my order to the right, and I had to go around the table to get it without polite turned and walked into the kitchen very rudely. I was so angry but I forgave her just because she was new, or maybe she got bad day or she was tired, I tried to understand her. Last Friday, I wanted order sandwiches and called for them about five times still no answer, I thought that they maybe closed on Black Friday.Today I really want to give this restaurant last chance, so my husband called them again, about 7 times no answer, so he walked in and wanted to order, that rude lady cleaned the tables and completely ignored him, he stood there about three minutes that rude lady didn't help him order food, then he left, and complained with me. Thank you for reading my complaint. I just want to say that if you don't like this job, you can stay at home. People don't want to see your rude face when we spending money. If you don't have basic friendly I have to say you not suitable for working in restaurants. PLEASE BE KIND！
