Pho 7 Simmering Soup

Great food. Great service. High quality pho ingredients and meat. Flavorful broth.Very friendly staff. Full and happy.

I usually return to the few same pho spots, so I decided to try this new spot.I ordered take out over the phone. The menu was easy to find online with clear descriptions and ordering on the phone was even easier.The restaurant still has all the "grand opening" signs out front still. The inside wasn't too busy, but it is an open and clean restaurant. The main staff member at the counter was friendly and prompt. The food was affordable for the quantity, which is always a plus.I brought my food home and a big part of pho is the smell. I opened the broth to pour over my noodles and I could smell instantly that the broth had burned or it came from a stockpot with a burnt bottom. The broth also tasted burnt and was under seasoned. It took a lot of dressing up with my own seasonings and sauces to cover the burnt smell and taste, and even then I would get that burnt after taste every few bites.They did provide a large number of toppings (basil, jalapeños, and sprouts) and since I got the P1 pho combo, the meat was quality and also a large amount.

Best Pho available in Federal Way. You can tell it's made with love. I'm vegan so its great they have a vegetable broth for their Pho.

Read through all the reviews and while I thought this place was decent, in my opinion doesn't deserve five stars. I ordered the tofu pho in the regular size and it was still big enough to take home left over. My friend got a steak pho, the large size and had a lot left over as well. The service was prompt, the server very pleasant and there were others in the dining room so its obviously well known in the community. Food came out quickly but my soup and the contents were not piping hot. I'm used to having to blow on the broth and didn't have to and the noodles weren't that hot either.I love Pho, one of my favorite noodle dishes and while this was good, in my mind it was just ok. Had to add lots of hot sauce for it to have much flavor. Maybe I'm just odd since others thought it was the bomb.

Really good pho! I tried their "crepe" as well which was phenomenal. My uncle said it was the best one he'd ever had!

Wassup baby just stopped by here to grab some grib. Check it out - the Bahn Mi here is okay. Good bread but not so much meat and no jalepenos. Service was good and decent prices too. Like $15.00 for the whole meal. I'd highly recommend this place y'all. 5 stars.

The great reviews brought me here. Overall experience was very underwhelming. To start, the tap water served was warm to the touch. Deep fried egg rolls were very greasy. Pho broth was not rich in flavor and tasted similar to instant pho broth. Broth was not clear, as you can see in the picture it is brown. Broth lacked depth. I found myself needing to add quite a bit of hoisin/sriracha. Lastly, we came at 6pm on a Friday and the restaurant was empty. Although it was empty, service was very slow.

Food is solid! The family and I really enjoy their pho and bun bo hue. Have we had better? Sure! But given everything accounted to our experience it's a solid 5. Food is more of a 4, hence "we've had better". Their soup always comes out pippin hot which is a must! The BBH, isn't truly "authentic" they put their own twist to it by adding a beef rib to it which gives it a wow factor. It's missing pork blood and ham hock. I understand that location may not attract the type of customers that would appreciate that so it is what it is. The rice dish is good too! Had their pork chop one and it was seasoned really well and delish! Egg rolls were solid..!Customer service has always been on point! We were used to seeing this one gal but then she apparently went somewhere else? sad to see her go! She was on top of her game, friendly and wasn't slacking. Then another gal came along who did her job but wasn't like the other. Now we have Khang, who is awesome too! Attentive, got orders right, converse and makes the dining experience a good one! This place beats the Kent one.. all around

PLASTIC wraps in seafood !!! Cooked in Pho. Well, today went in there because I saw how many stars the spot had and thought it was gonna deliver. Well it didn't. Ordered Seafood Pho for $16 with additional ingredients of plastic wraps on certain pieces of "meat". The lady at the front desk, thought it was supposed to be like that, but when she saw the actual plastic covers, she could not believe what she saw. Because there was not 1, or 2 but at least 3 pieces of big plastic wraps ! Which we saw on top of Pho. Who knows how many more there were at the bottom of the soup. She apologized, however which I assume, the 2 elderly owners did not even walk out of the kitchen where they conversed in street clothing they walked in initially. After a few minutes, they just walked past me with no sign of apology.At the end of the day, mistakes happen. But this is just unacceptable when it comes to serving food which you eat. And who knows what others "mistakes" they could've made today. Got the refund with thoughts of plastic on my mind, and stomach ache.

Delicious vegetable pho. Abundant veggies and tofu. Delicious broth with fried onions in it. Competitive price compared to nearby pho restaurants.
