Eating pho can be made or break with broth and then how it's served, for me I like my, super hot were I can see the steam coming from the bowl and feel the heat as I eat . Then add the veggies , and other sauces, and it really comes to shine on a cold day, the pho here for my taste was okay, here's why. I order a Diet Coke and Vietnamese coffee, the coffe came but it wasn't hot Washington state coffee has to be in the 180 range to be hot this was more like150 or warm , not giving the coffee it's full body, since Vietnamese coffee is ultra strong. My Diet Coke came in a can again it's the little things that add up I would have prefer some ice to chill this drink, but on its own it's no big deal but at the end and adding this up it's a snowball effect. My pho came with no steam from the bowl it wasn't hot and it wasn't warm it was okay. The grilled pork was okay too they all satisfied my hunger and I ate it all but it didn't give me a smile at the end of meal as delicious. So if I had to improve the next time it would be ice with the soda , heat both the pho and coffee so that steam would come of the dish or cup. But I very popular maybe I'm just out of touch with its crowd

Great pho spot and also a great spot for those who would rather something different. The menu has a lot to offer and everything is fresh. You hear someone order and you smell their food cooking right after. Staff is always nice and the restaurant is always clean.

We had curry pork and pork/egg roll vermicelli. Really good and the fresh rolls were awesome. In addition - they designed this place really cool, so it's actually great ambiance, not some typical strip mall feel.

In-and-Out Pho is a super solid takeout Pho spot. We've ordered Pho from here a number of times, as well as dined in, and I don't think we're had a bad experience yet. It's always been consistently good. When we go, we generally order the Shrimp Pho, the Combo Pho, and the Short Rib Pho with the crispy wontons and potstickers on the side. The wontons and potstickers are always a nice treat, always light and crispy, and never too oily. The sauces which accompany both are good. A nice treat leading up to the pho itself. The phos are plentiful portions at a good price. The broth is light, flavorful, and very clean. It isn't oily, rich, or heavy. It's a good broth. The Short Rib Pho is definitely the star. You get a good amount of short rib, which is fall-off-the-bone tender and has great flavor. It's a really good, hearty soup. The interior of the restaurant is clean and easy to access, next to Fred Meyer. It's just a easy pho restaurant to both go to and pickup from. Solid choice for the area.

After being under the weather with the flu all I wanted was a bowl of really good pho, due too the icy roads traveling to Seattle for my preferred Pho wasn't an option. I read the reviews of In And Out Pho, I gave it try because hey I've been sick ANY pho will be perfect; nope. I can't even explain but the broth was just a NO, I can't take off too many stars because I know having the flu impacts taste sensory. Aside from taste, two dishes were incorrect. On a positive, I greatly appreciate that this business was open on a day MOST businesses chose to stay close, and yielded speedy service.

Decided to try a rice dish since I wasn't in the mood for pho. My partner did get Pho which was great for him. The portion size for the Orange chicken was great. It's the same price as a bowl of pho. But for taste/texture I give it 6/10. It wasn't sweet enough and was deep fried for too long - it was too hard and crunchy to bite into. No one will beat Panda Express on orange chicken lol.

Decided to try this newer pho spot in the neighborhood. I looked through the reviews ahead of time and deemed it worthy for a shot. The location is easy to find, inside had ample seating and a host greeting you at the stand. I placed my to go order and sat to wait. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food? It looked good. Broth smelled right. Taste was off. It tasted as if the flavor was from a packet. Super salty while also kind of sweet, but none of the complex flavors you're used to tasting with pho. On top of that my wife's brisket tasted freezer burnt. Took a shot and missed. Maybe their other food is good, might have to return and give it a shot but the pho is a no.

New place to try? Yes, please. And Pho 175 has the best Pho I've ever had. Their broth is perfectly delicious. Great options for meat choices.Their Bhan Mi is also very good with very tasty and tender pork on a great baguette. Their Soft noodle dishes are a hit with my kids.Pho 175 is now my "go to" for great Vietnamese food.

Service: we have only gotten via Uber eats. Food is not super warm by the time we get it but probably not the restaurants fault. I will say other pho places even with delivery though it's usually steaming hot. We have gotten pho and pot stickers all the times we have ordered. The pot stickers are crispy with a delicious sauce. The pho is average, nothing to complain about and would keep coming back, but not at the top of my list as far as depth of flavor. It is nice you can order you meat cooked though, as with delivery the broth isn't always super hot. Times are rough with inflation but $17.50 for a large vegetarian pho is painful.

Formerly In And Out PhoNow Pho 175Same location, decor, and everything--just new signage and brandIn shortEverything you want in a solid neighborhood pho joint, including good clear balanced broth. In longFred Meyer has a way of finding good tenants for the restaurant spaces that form the outside of its buildings. This is a big strip mall centered around an FM store, plenty of parking, always busy. I scored perfect parking in between lunch and dinner yesterday. You walk in to a clean and bright space with nice decorative tiles on the divider walls, and big neutral-color illustrated murals on the back and side walls. It has some real style to it, you feel like you've escaped the local weather if it's a gray day.You get a cheerful greeting, water, and a menu right away. The menu's the usual suspects--rolls, bowls, apps, and plenty of choices for pho. I got a small steak and brisket to see where their simplest bowl lands on the list around here. Added meatballs for $3, I think they put in 8 good-size bites of those. The condiments come out with the soup, and they're all in good shape--fresh, colorful, no beat-up ones. Crunch to the sprouts and peppers. Juicy lime. They have Sriracha on the table, which, as of this writing, is not something every place can say. The broth is clear, with nicely-balanced flavors from the seasoning. Given my stuffy nose, I then completely blew this all the way off road with hot sauce and chili paste. The small was filling, though not remarkably big. With the extra meatballs it was $17 before tax. Fair value IMO since it was filling, though there are bigger smalls at lots of places. The tea comes out in the little silver pot, and was fairly mild. Nothing special happening there. I love the vibe of this spot, the service is super cheerful and attentive, and the food is appetizing. I'd come back.
