After a 6-hour flight from the west coast, what's more soothing than having a bowl of pho to get me settled in for my short trip in Boston? I looked for pho delivery near my hotel and found Pho 1. After reading all the glowing reviews, I decided to give it a try.I can only speak to the food since I ordered delivery and didn't dine in. I ordered Dax Biet and Thai iced tea. I paid a bit extra to have it delivered directly to me, and let me tell you it's worth every penny! When it arrived, the broth was still piping hot! So when I out the raw meat in the broth, it actually cooked the meat to perfection. The broth tasted really good as well and everything tasted great. Such a satisfying meal after a long haul trip! The Thai iced tea also tasted good. Would definitely order from here again!

Pho 1 has been such a comfort food for me especially during my college years at BC (one of the only Asian cuisines near campus). The place gives a good amount of food for its price and the quality is really solid! The place offers a wide variety of dishes (Vietnamese, Thai, Korean) and for the most part I would say all are good and yummy. The place has a good amount of seats and the food comes out quickly as well. The staff there are nice and efficient! The vibes at the restaurant is cozy and I would come here to get a quick bite by myself when I feel like it (a lot of people go there to eat by themselves). Would recommend to dine in and delivered!

Stopped by here unplanned and was happy to see a vegetarian broth which is not common. It was delicious with tons of veggies and tofu. The decor of the place is great, parking is tough- street parking so consider that when you are driving here. The service was great and the menu has tons of options so I will def go back to try more items. I also got the mango sticky rice and it was the closest I have had to the actual ones in Thailand.

Whenever the temperatures start dipping outside or if it's a grey day, my stomach always craves something warm and brothy (...not a word, but we're rolling with it). Pho 1 Brighton is one of my top spots to get pho. If you're like me, you've probably done your Yelping and searching and know there are several places around to get pho - so, how do you choose? I've tried many (dare I say...most?) local pho places and always come back to Pho 1 Brighton. They are consistently good - flavorful, but not overpowering broth, generous serving sizes, and good meat to soup ratio. Since I don't live in the area, I get this delivered and the food comes packaged well and somehow, still piping hot. My two favorite things on the menu are the Pho Ga and Goi Cuon.

Our first in-house dine-in experience a couple of years ago wasn't the best. Customer service was sorely lacking so we never went back. However, in the past month, really wanting soup to help feel better, Pho 1 seemed a good option as any. And it was exactly what we were looking for!We were pleasantly surprised with the taste, and more than satisfied with the quantity. The shrimp entree or Tom Rang Man was the star of the show. It had a great lightly flavored peanutty base. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and it went well with the sauce. There were lots of different veggies. With white rice, this was a filling and delicious dish. The veggie pho was mildly flavored. The warmth was comforting and loaded with a great combination of veggies send rice noodles. Big portion, enough for multiple meals! The Tom yum soup appetizer packed a big punch. Sour and spicy, with shrimp and lemon grass, this soup was yummy (as the name suggests!).We've ordered the Tom Rang Man twice already and I'm sure we'll order it again!

Please excuse my half-eaten food. Pho 1 was a huge surprise. Not only do they have amazing pho/soup, the Korean fried chicken was sooo good. And the owner--she was so kind! I appreciated everything about this place. It has a really comfortable atmosphere, too. I cannot wait to go back.

I loved this place's food. I would order Online as I traveled home on the T and pick it up once getting off at my stop. Beautiful combination of taste. The duck soup was one of my favorites. Regarding delivery, I was not pleased with the delivery service once they stopped delivering. Whichever delivery service they transferred to was horrible! I therefore suggest you order takeout, meaning, you pick it up! And regarding the ambiance, I have never dined in their seemingly processing food ordering establishment.

This restaurant can be pretty intimidating since the menu is so extensive. There's Vietnamese food, Korean food, and tons of Thai food as well. There's also lots of seating and they don't seem to be busy often so the staff is waiting on you to order and the food comes out pretty quick. The food was pretty good. The pho is only one size compared to other places that might have an XL. The combination rice platter was pretty tasty. An overall thing I noticed was that the meats were a bit tough. The photos of the fried chicken that everyone convinced me to get it as well. It was fried perfectly so definitely crunchy but the meat wasn't really that great. It also came with a choice of side which I chose fries and that was really tasty! The pork chop on their rice combo wasn't really tender either. Their pad thai was kind of stuck together. I would definitely want to try more foods from here though. I was a bit skeptical on what would be good since there were too many items to choose from but the food was surprisingly better than I expected.

I really wanted to like Pho 1 Brighton. We live so close and it's one of the few Vietnamese restaurants we can easily go to, but we won't be going back. I ordered banh mi and it didn't come with pate. I thought that was just a mistake and didn't care much about it. The second time I went, still no. I thought whatever. By the third time I ordered, I knew there was something wrong. Their menu said their banh mi comes with pate and frankly it's my favorite. Since I did a pick up I called them and it turns out they didn't even know what pate is. I told them it was listed on their menu as an ingredient and they were genuinely confused about it. It's pretty well known that liver is a core ingredient of banh mi. I gave them another chance and decided to stop ordering banh mi and get pho there since they're a pho shop anyways. After this time, I knew it was time to stop. Their pho ga broth was so salty it felt I had a sore throat after drinking it. I had to dilute it with bottle of water to enjoy it.
