Peter's Sushi & Thai

Upon entering this bustling establishment, it was clear they were in HIGH demand! The service reflected this, leading to notably slow service. We were seated at a high-top table inconveniently located behind a column, compromising the dining experience from the start. Our meal began with soup and salad, but the salad arrived with an unwelcome surprise: a dead bug (sea picture). This significantly dampened our expectations. The sushi we ordered was unremarkable, with the tuna showing an iridescent sheen that suggested poor quality. The table behind us returned three out of four rolls, explaining bad-tasting tuna. Given the restaurant's popularity, I expected a much higher standard of food and service. Unfortunately, both were disappointingly subpar. I cannot recommend Peter's based on this visit.

FoodPad Thai was quite flavorful, but the shrimp was overcooked. I did like how they gave free egg rolls, and those were crunchy, fresh, and fried well.ServiceThis removed 1 star because our table was pretty much forgotten about. Then, when we finally ordered the food, it took a very long time to come to the table.AmbianceIf you're going for lunch, be sure you have plenty of time because it was packed. You might even need a reservation because I didn't see any empty tables besides the one we were lucky to get.I would go back but probably for dinner takeout and not get the shrimp.

Delicious! Great and attentive service- drink refills come fast. Loud in here in a good way because so many of us are here to enjoy the fabulous food! Love the fried rice here. We will always return!

As always the sushi rolls and curry are the best in town. We had the Husband Wife roll and the Sunshine roll. A couple extra orders of steamed rice go great with the curry as the portion is large. We call ahead and it's very quick to pick up. Peters has been around for quite some time and continues to be the best.

A brentwood local's go-to. I've lived here my whole life and have always gone to Peters. Everything on the menu is amazing, the workers are as sweet as can be and it's always packed. Constantly recommending Peters.

A group of us came here for dinner during a business trip (we're from all over the country) after having many people tell us it was wonderful. They were right! We got a variety of plates to try including shrimp pad thai, chicken pad thai, sushi and drinks. The value was great, it was a lively atmosphere for a Tuesday night and I can see why it's such a popular joint. If you're looking for a fun casual spot for great food and fresh fish, come here!

Peter's is the right environment for every occasion.Cozy into a booth for affordable sushi, great pad Thai & the best service in the greater Nashville area. Even the after dinner chocolate mints add to it's charm :)

Love Peter's for a workday lunch stop. Service here is impressively fast and always friendly. The sushi always comes out extremely fresh and the quality of fish is too notch. Highly recommend checking out the Michael Jackson roll if you like a little spice with your roll.

We love Peter's! We dined in several nights ago and had a great experience. The staff is beyond friendly and attentive and you really can't beat the sushi. It's so worth it to drive down the road from Nashville to get their food when you're craving some really great Asian. We got the tuna salad roll, the Dragon roll, miso soup, the salmon avocado roll, and egg rolls. It was all fantastic. The sushi tasted very fresh.I love the vibe of the restaurant as well. It was absolutely packed on a week night (a testament to how good their food is)! We sat at the bar and loved watching the sushi chefs while we ate. Overall, we'll be coming back the next time we want great sushi and service. Thank you!

Our favorite sushi and Thai in Brentwood. Excellent lettuce wraps. Details matter to them.. even the soup and salad that accompany some meals are flavorful and satisfying. The service is friendly and efficient!
