Good food, price is a little high but it's nice to have something different besides fast food. The bbq sauce is super good!

Very good bbq. I've been to many in Texas and Pecos Pit can hold its own. The brisket is tender and flavorful. The sausage has good spice and snap. The potato salad is some of the best I've had. Definitely worth the visit.

This is the only bbq joint I've been to with a drive through. I love the brisket here with a warm cup of bbq sauce. Will definitely come back for more. I'm not too much of a fan of the Mac n cheese though. It was too firm.

We had the extraordinary opportunity to try out their food truck in Monroe and it lived up to the hype! The pork and brisket both had a delicious smokey flavor and the bbq sauce was had a nice kick to it. We also had the Mac n cheese and coleslaw... yum! They were quick and efficient with all the orders- will be tracking them down for more!

Delicious fast food BBQ - and when I say fast, I mean you barely have time to unwrap your straw wrapper and throw it in the trash bin before they call your order.I got the beef brisket atop two perfectly cooked sweet potatoes - a great healthy gluten free option. Brisket had a hint of red in it, and was cuts-like-custard soft, with a portion size ideal for a filling lunch.Would go back if desiring a quick, filling, flavorful lunch. I know it's a chain, but they REALLY got their process down.

Will definitely get this any time the truck is in town! Went with pulled pork on potato salad (parfait) with Damn Hot bbq sauce. Drooling waiting for my next bite.

Dam medium Is spicy but dam good I order the turkey sandwich and it did not disappoint also had the hot links on potato messy it was a dream but I have to say your spicy pickle play a weak game

Picked up lunch for the first time. I walked by this location several times and the food always smelled so good! We ordered: beef brisket mac bowl and pulled pork sandwich.The beef brisket mac bowl was really tasty. The meat was very tender and had a good amount of fat. While the end pieces were a little too crispy and salty for my taste, I thought the meat overall was good. The mac bowl was like mac and cheese and provided a good contrast to the barbecue sauce. The medium level barbecue sauce was definitely a bit spicy and could be a good idea for people that like a little bit of spice in their foods!The pulled pork sandwich had soft burger bread and shredded pork. I think the mild sauce is a good idea for people who like very minimal spice! The pork was tender and not too dry or salty. It was a good item to get!Overall, I would come back again to try other items or go back for the brisket.

I've ate at Pecos before but today was my first time trying the smoked sweet potato with the brisket, so delicious. I will definitely be back!

When in Seattle one of the places I crave is Pecos. I love slow cooked BBQ in general but they have been doing it right for ages. I come for the thick, don't need a knife falling apart beef brisket and get it sliced atop a soft sweet potato with all the toppings and smothered with their medium sauce. Their baked beans have a good kind of fiery kick. Auntie at the front taking your order is awesome, friendly, and explains all the options of deliciousness. Your food comes out as quick as the kitchen can make it. They are BBQ machines. There are several tables in the outdoor picnic area available if Seattle blesses you with a nice day. It's definitely a place to come back to time after time.
