They have yet to open after several months of construction. I hope it will be worthy of the wait!

This is for the food truck that was in our neighborhood. I got the potato with pulled pork and sweet sauce. It was delicious!! My husband got the brisket sandwich with mild sauce and the bacon potato salad. Everything was tasty. Prices are reasonable. Can't wait for them to come back!

Absolutely amazing!! After a long commute from work I spotted their food truck near my home in south hill. The gentleman that helped me was polite and very friendly which made my day. The food definitely matched their customer service.. thank you so much.. what a great way to end a Wednesday.

I've been to Pecos West Seattle and it was quite delicious. I ordered this via Uber Eats and it was just okay. This location has some work to do. Honestly, had I not had a $20 off coupon via Uber Eats, I would have been really annoyed with my dinner. But the discount made the mediocre meal okay. I ordered the 3 meat plate.. I selected beef, chicken and hot links and doubled up on the meat. Damned spicy BBQ sauce in the side. The chicken was a bit drier than I prefer, the beef was tender and the hot links were cooked well. I didn't understand what the deal was with the cole slaw... it was barely dressed. Why was the cole slaw so dry? Seriously... did they run out of Mayo and vinegar or something? I enjoyed the pickled onions and the homemade pickles.. I could chomp on those all day. The potato salad was good.. I wolfed that down. Overall it was an OK dinner, but I don't anticipate trying it again. If I want Pecos Pit, I'll wait until I'm in Seattle and go to one of those locations. The BBQ sauce had a nice spice to it. I can't eat a meal without jalapeños or very hot sauce.. if you don't like spicy foods go with medium or mild heat on the BBQ sauce.
