Peach's Restaurant

Our server Trey was great! Everyone was welcoming. He was friendly and accommodating. The food was satisfying and flavorful. I ordered the salmon croquettes with grits, my daughter ordered a short stack with strawberries and berries, and my mom ordered the Peaches special. Conveniently located in the community, on the corner with easy street parking. I love the big bright windows and old school stove. Lots of great menu options. We will be back!

The poor waiter was alone and it took almost 45 minutes for food. Food was ok just okthey serve juice in bottles, I guess thats to prevent shrinkage??? maybe on a different day whenI am feeling more something...

The food was always good. I would get the peach palmer. Just a good breakfast but it always hit the spot! Makes me miss Chicago!

Service Great wait staff, so kind with attention to detailFood Flavorful, hefty portionsFinally got to try Peaches, and the shrimp and grits (cheese grits) did not miss !!! Had a party of 8 for Saturday brunch, and had no problem getting seated. So glad I got to try, would definitely come back again.

Wednesday was our day off and we went to Peaches Restaurant in Bronzville for breakfast. This restaurant is black owned and it had three black young men as the host and as the servers and they were absolutely phenomenal! Well groomed and very professional The service was excellent. The food was delectable. My guy had salmon croquettes, cheese grits and strawberry pancakes. I had French toast with cheese grits and an egg over easy. Everything was absolutely phenomenal!! The service and food was really, really good. Thank you where is for doing a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this place there is free on the street parking they do play soft music in the background it was really enjoyable a great way to start the day!

The food was simply delicious, I guess I would say it was well with the wait. The atmosphere was very bright and airy, with bright happy colors throughout the restaurant. The service was terrible!!!! I would say it took us about a good 45 mins (sitting at the bar) to receive our order. Oh and they didn't bring our food out all at once, they brought my guest food first and my food about 3 mins later. I would go back again but would probably just order my food to go. You've gotta try the coffee here, it's very good.

I saw Peach's featured on the news, so I've been interested in trying them for a while. I wanted more from this black-owned business in Hyde Park. I understand Peach's is a diner, so my expectations were a little laxer, but I gotta say... it was a mediocre experience.We arrived at 8:50a. It was a slow Wednesday morning, and we were seated immediately. Our food was out by 9:10a.Pros: - They have MANY peach-flavored items, including coffee! (Peach-flavored coffee sounds like a stomach ache. Haha! Just my opinion.) We went with regular black coffee! Lol!- There's hot sauce on each table! Cons: - No salt/pepper shakers on the table (they use packets).- The music is a bit too loud for my liking. If they had a full house, we would've been yelling.I get it; It's a diner. No one did anything wrong. My server was fine. My food was fine. Honestly, it was fine. And that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. MANY would love this straightforward no nonsense diner's approach. However, I didn't have or experience anything that will bring me back.

We were sat down pretty quickly with our party of 7. The food was okay. I had Omelette, Oatmeal and Peach Compote, Salmon Croquettes. My son had the hangover wings and fries. The oatmeal and peach compote had no flavor, it wasn't sweet. They could have added sugar and cinnamon to that. The salmon croquettes were amazing and that sauce it came with, so good. My son liked his hangover wings. The service was good. The kids that worked there are very respectful.

For some reason I'm unable to check in, but I'm here and sipping on delicious peach coffee!

Greeted with a smile and seated right away at bar. Service from Cam was great. Bright space with normal booths and tables nothing fancy. Catfish & grits were great only thing else needed was a mimosa. Catfish was seasoned and crispy. Only thing i didn't care for was the collard greens because they were way too salty. Definitely would try it again maybe it was today's cook with a heavy hand on the salt.
