I am at the redmond store this is ridiculous. You guys have one cashier and seven people trying to purchase something. Some of these people have 40 items in their cart and they're being expected to go through the self check out. You guys really need to fix this right away I'm gonna leave a bad post on Google Yelp and Facebook. Whatever you guys social media wise, because you need to fix this today, stop trying to make a quick buck by understaffing your cashier team. I love how it works the moment I start to mention I'm gonna leave a complaint you guys have three people up in the front, just keep it like this to begin with. You wouldn't have this problem in the form of a bad review. Also the picture is of the employee quickly being asked by his manager or his own volition of changing tact and helping people out after ppl were initially asked to do self check out with 40+ items

I love the new location. The meat department is truly amazing with nice selection of Lamb and Beef. Also some good fresh seafood options . The deli department is huge with a Buffett in the middle of the store too. Nice area to eat too. Beautiful cheese department with a gentleman that is so expert on cheese. Let's not further the daily fresh soups too. Beautiful organic fruits and vegetables. Very friend staff.

The new location is definitely shinier than the old store. There is covered parking which is a big plus especially if it's raining. The location was a little harder to find and a bit hidden. Overall the store felt like it was trying to find its' way with a lot more space and the layout did not feel permanent. On entry the first thing we noticed was the hot bar, to go foods and a coffee stand however I think there could have been more hot bar items and it felt a little sparse. The meats aisle had a selection of basic very fresh foods. Aisles were neatly stocked with dry goods. Finally fruits and vegetables were near the end of the tour of the store. Everything was where it should have been but I feel like there could've been more selections to choose from especially at the hot bar. Will definitely go back..the fruit we purchased was delicious and very fresh.

This location continues to disappoint. Mainly in the meat department, nobody seems to work back there and the selection is far inferior to other locations like Bothell.

This is one of the smaller PCC markets in the area. If you come here expecting Fremont, Bellevue type of size, you'll be disappointed. Of course, size is not the only thing. LOL. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The shelves always seem to be well stocked. I'm not the normal PCC customer who gushes about how awesomely fresh, organic, and simply wonderful their products and produce are. At the end of the day, all that cost good money and you will pay more than the average grocery store (but not nearly as much as Whole Foods). The delta adds up quickly. So, what do I gush about? Their deli and their bakery. I *love* their sandwiches and their baked goods. In short, they are restaurant quality without the high end prices. A cookie is $1.19, very affordable for a delicious cookie. They are well regarded for their vegan chocolate chip cookies also. Their sandwiches are about $6.99 or $7.99, cheaper than Panera (yuk) and Homegrown (but they are more complex and very tasty). We have had their Thai beef and tuna in the past. Both are delicious. This time we bought the turkey, provolone flatbread (7.99) and mozzarella focaccia panini (6.99) that we panini'd at home to toast/warm. Both were excellent too! Very worthy buys in these two departments.

This location has some limitations in its selections, but the quality is very good. I especially like the bulk herb/spice bar. So nice to be able to get a variety of herbs and spices in the quantity you need!Staff is friendly, too.

This review is focused on the hot bar and pizza.Absolutely unacceptable! All the food looks as if it's been sitting out since breakfast. The pizza is usually dried and curling up at the end. An obvious sign that it's been sitting out too long.

Slowness of getting the breakfast stuff out is sort of odd... Went twice a little after eight and still most of the breakfast stuff hadn't been brought out and they've been open for over an hour

This PCC in Houghton feels like an old neighborhood friend. It's a small Store but its super organized, always has the best produce, bakery and a damn good hot/cold deli. The staff is super helpful and they always seem to have what I need. There's another competing grocer across the street but I'm happier on this side of the street!
