Local community market with fantastic produce, gorgeous, fish and meats, and a delightful bakery. The food court has an array of everything from salads to desserts, hot and cold food alike. This is the place to buy a fresh turkey for the holidays!

I was nearby recently and was hoping to get to a fancy grocery store - turns out there's a PCC in Columbia City!! The neighborhood is really growing up and this is such a welcomed addition!Pretty good size store; seems bigger than Burien. Lots of parking in the underground garage, free of change for customers. This location had a very good selection of ready made items (several of which are veggie friendly) also a good selection of bakery items. The curried tofu warp I got was pretty good...definitely overpriced though. Throughout the store they have a great selection of vegetarian/vegan centric products, tons of dried/bulk goods of various kinds, and a well rounded selection of things you'd expect to find in these kinds of stores.Produce department definitely left me wanting more and I had to go to another store to fill in those needs. Overall a very nice selection of produce, but the quality was lacking for a lot of things and others were 2x the price of regular stores so...Overall PCC is a great store and while they won't be my primary store, they definitely have their place!

A great addition to the local scene. This is a new building right in Columbia city and it has a great selection (and for that area, its own parking which is really needed). Yes, the prices are high, but you can join as a member and know that you are helping folks. We love going there to try the various organic and other treats that they stock. The variety is immense and that is great. Also they have a nice bulk section which you can use for things like peanuts and other things. They do have classes there as well but we've not had a chance to try them. This spot is not for everyone, the prices are higher than at the big chains and it doesn't have the charm of the farmer's market (which is up the street, so its a good idea to shop there and then pick some more things at the PCC if you have the chance). The meat and fish are pretty good as well if you can't get something at Bob's for instance down the street. Overall a solid place and we are there often.

I recently moved to the Columbia City neighborhood, and it's been awesome having this store just a block away from my place. Even if I'm not big on being all health-conscious, they've got such a wide range of stuff to choose from. I gotta give a shoutout to their Alki bakery lemon bars, they're seriously addictive. And let me tell you, their wood-fired pizza is hands down the best store-bought pizza I've ever had. One thing that's really made a difference for me is that as a blind customer, I sometimes need a little help while shopping. The folks at PCC have always been super cool about lending a hand. It's just so great to have such an awesome business right nearby.

I love PCC. They have a little bit of everything. It's clean and well situated, BUT the cost of food here is outrageous. I still go even though I know it's expensive. It's unreasonably more expensive for items you could get nearby. It's more expensive than Whole Foods. Also, parking is a bear. Anyway, if you like good locally sourced foods, you can find more of it here, but your pockets will be mad at you.

Poor customer service, bad return policy and sup par selection. I have mixed reviews for the staff, hit or miss.

One of those places I love and hate. I really like that they exist. Their selection on some items is great. I use the bulk food area the most. The cheeses also have good selection. The problem with PCC has always been some of their prices. Pretty much everything is more expensive, some a lot more.

This place was quite a surprise! I was exploring Columbia City for a bit and noticed the chef making pizzas by the window. Several people were coming out of the store with large grocery bags. I was curious so I went in. I was impressed by the large collection of local groceries and food options. Coming from New York, I was not used to diverse food options available in Seattle. Everything was local, healthy, and fresh. I had an enjoyable time learning about all the local companies in the Northwest. I managed to do my grocery shopping for the week here as well. Everything here is slightly more expensive than at a local grocery store. You should expect to pay more for the higher quality products. I even ordered lunch at the buffet section. The chef was able to put together a sandwich for me to eat later. I loved this place and its large assortment of food and drink options. Be sure to take a Rainier beer for the road!

For a quick and balanced brunch or snack with good flavors, you can't go wrong. Very casual though and not the place if looking for a comfy setting to eat and chill.
