Update- 10/10 experience again both dinner service and bar. Our server was a nice guy who checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. Emma at the bar was fantastic as well. Great vibes on a Saturday night, busy but not overwhelming. Get the octopus, you will not regret it.

What a great experience at Pazza on Porter! We were warmly greeted upon arrival and the ambiance is very cozy. We had the $10 pasta specials, which were absolutely delicious along with a bottle of red and white wine that were perfect! I highly recommend to all those looking for a delicious dinner! I cannot wait to go back!

We had a great experience here! I got an adorable drink that came in a little patron bottle. The apps were delicious and the meals were too! It's a smaller place, but the vibe is awesome. We went on a rainy day but they also have a very cute patio. Head to Next Door speakeasy after your meal!

My sister and I went to celebrate her brand new job a few weeks ago. I'd heard reviews of their speakeasy, so I figured that their restaurant would be good. The atmosphere is weird. They're aiming for a classy look, but the two GIANT TV screens in the dining area (not the bar, which also has screens) definitely take away from the general vibe. They were playing Hocus Pocus and IT, which were drowned out by the music. There was a man with a guitar in the corner, but the entire time we were there, he was tuning it. Never got to actually hear anything.Food was on par with other high quality Italian restaurants in Boston. We ordered the fried ravioli, which is one of my favorite Italian-American dishes. The vodka sauce was amazing, I wish I could bottle it up! I also got it on my chicken parm. The gnocchi was soft and pillowy, and the buttata on top was such a nice addition. The drinks were very strong, but the flavors were fantastic. I got the Raffaello's Old Fashioned and it was very aromatic and fresh. Portions are big- which is great because the prices run high. Because of this, Pazza on Porter for me is a special occasion restaurant. I can't picture just going by there for a normal dinner, it's not very casual, but it doesn't have to be. Overall had a great experience!

Was hoping to hit Rino but it was closed. This place was near by and had decent reviews. Got the bruschetta with marscapone, meatballs, Chicken Parm with rigatoni and vodka sauce, and a chicken cutlet. Overall the food was pretty decent. Surprisingly the bruschetta was one of the best parts. The rigatoni was a bit doughy. The sauce was alright. The sour note of the dinner was the garlic mashed potatoes that came with the cutlet. Im genuinely curious if it was boxed mashed potatoes. It has absolutely no flavor and was chalk like textured. This place is a bar, with Italian food as an afterthought. I wouldn't come here for a good Italian meal. But maybe for a drink, a date, that happens to serve alright food.

Let's start off with the location, Pazza is in a prime spot in East Boston. We came in here on a Saturday night after looking for parking at other locations - Pazza has its own off street parking which is a huge plus for the area. We started off with the burrata and two cocktails. Our server was great - the fisherman plate I ordered with scallops did not come with scallops and I had to send it back but they were very accommodating for making the mistake. Overall, great location for a date night or an impromptu dinner for both locals and visitors alike.

I thought the food was great.. We got three different plates and shared. 1. Shirt Rib- we got the butternut sauce in the side, this was great.2. Chicken Parm - the vodka sauce was great, pasta great, the cutlets were good but felt it could have been better. 3. Braised Pork Pappardelle - this was great, would add some Vodka sauce or Pomodoro to it.Got Garlic Parm wings and Fried Ravioli for apps. Both were very good. Staff were great, friendly and attentive. It was good to find a place that doesn't sacrifice quality when trying to keep prices down for their customers. They also do GIANT Chicken Parmigiana for large parties to share, they need a 24 hour notice for it.

I wanted some pasta and stumbled across this cute little place. The calamari was fresh. Omg - I couldn't stop eating the cheesy garlic bread. The pasta was sooo good. Our food server, Ana, was so attentive.

$1 Wings Wednesday: great deal with plenty of sauce options. The Marsala sauce was not what we expected but still decentCalamari: not crispy enough but definitely well seasoned. The marinara sauce that came with it was disappointing tooCrazy Carbonara: easily our least favorite pick. The spaghetti was so over cooked and the sauce was watery and not flavorful. The asparagus seemed redundant in this dish.
