I love Nashville hot chicken and try to eat someplace new every time I'm in Nashville, so when friends picked this place, I said sure! The vibe is cool, and the service was fine but the food left me wishing I'd just gone to Hattie B's instead. The chicken was not that hot, somewhat dry and overall just ok. It came with a side of mac & cheese which was definitely NOT good and I would never recommend it to anyone. The pasta was congealed together, overcooked and mushy. The cheese was super oily and a pool of grease was in the bottom of the dish. I took two bites and did not finish. Prices were pretty reasonable but I probably would not go back next time I'm in Nashville.

Was excited to try the "Nashville Hot" Chicken as a first timer to Nashville and intentionally chose here over a fast casual chain out of hope for more of a restaurant quality. Sadly, did not deliver. While the spice level is hotter than average as they boast, the chicken was dry and overdone, separating the heavy batter in greasy chunks largely left aside. (2/5) Similar issue with the piggy chips, which are intentionally on the darker side of well done but came out rather stale tasting. Was hungry enough to drown them in bbq sauce to get through them. (2/5)The chicken breast used for the Hot Chicken and Beignets was appallingly dry, which redeemed the half bird a bit. The beignets were ok. (2/5)Adding a star to this review out of appreciation for the service that took the time to figure out ways for me to avoid dairy. Most of the sauces and sides are not options, but at least the fried chicken batter is dairy free.

This place was really tasty and fresh. We went on a weekday for lunch and it wasn't crowded or wild so family friendly. It felt so refreshing to get in on such a hot day. Our server was kind and quick with our service. Would totally come back if I ever come back to Nashville! Seems like a fun place in the after hours!

Very loud. We came for an early lunch and it was dead (but the blaring music made up for voices), which suited us. The chicken was dry. Like super dry. The Cole slaw as well. The beignets were yummy though but what isn't, covered in powdered sugar? The burger was cooked well but from a place specializing in chicken that's not saying much. Great service though.

So, this place is excellent, but be warned, I'm a hot food guy, and it's not as hot as I like but It was hot. It was very good, but if you're at all spice averse, order at least one level down from what you think you'll be able to handle. Overall, very good food, good service, cool decor. Don't worry, they have non - hot food, too, so don't let that dissuade you from eating here.

Party Fowl is always a favorite of mine when I visit Nashville. One of the best places for hot chicken. I love that they have a wide variety of food aside from just a hot chicken sandwich. You can't go wrong with anything on menu. Don't forget the piggy chips! There's always excellent service and a fantastic atmosphere.

Food is great but they had all of the doors and windows open and we were absolutely roasting. It's in the 90s today and humid and way too hot inside of the restaurant. Please turn on some AC and close those windows!
