We ordered their crabcakes and their green chilaquiles with a mimosa flight. I should've learned my lesson not to order Mexican food of any sort at a non Mexican spot, so shame on me for that.Crab cakes were delightful and tasty! 8-9/10.Chilaquiles were soooo salty and soggy, definitely do not recommend regardless what they tell you. Tasted like sauce was out of a can, and they grabbed the saltiest chips to pair it with and dumped a load of lime to hide it all. -100/10 with a side if asking for hypertension. Mimosa flight was standard, hardly any deep flavor but it did its job with getting a bite of a buzz (ask to upgrade their champagne if you can lol). Guava, blueberry, pomegranate and POG flavors were meh. But tue presentation was a 10/10! Cute decor, the friendliest workers, we loved our waiters! So cute inside, and such a warm vibe

20/10 delicious. I'm so impressed with this place - service, food and drinks all amazing. I've NEVER liked any restaurants "house salsa" before because they always lack spice and flavor, but this one was actually REALLY good. They also have a house Serrano cream sauce that I highly recommend as well. None are too spicy obviously to appeal to a wider clientele but the flavor and spice level is just enough. I turned one of the scrambles into a burrito- definately loved my meal. Drinks were also really good and they didn't skimp on the alcohol. We will defiantly be regulars from now on.

TL;DR: average brunch grub with a ridiculous surcharge built into the menuOrdered:- Muffin of the day (blueberry): very average and not worth - skip- Eggs Benedict: I understand playing up the San Diego/CA-vibe with avocado-hollandaise but no option for regular hollandaise sauce is really unfortunate when that's the flavor you're craving. The avocado flavor isn't overpowering but it definitely changes it- Chilaquiles (green): best dish of the meal I can overlook the difference in flavor preferences but the built-in 4% surcharge is ridiculous on principle. I believe in paying the staff proper wages and providing good benefits but that responsibility should not be put on the patrons of the establishment. End. This policy should have been changed since July 1st but I still saw it on the menu so who knows. No thanks

I don't normally get this level of service from a standard eatery in San Diego, but the service really was exceptional. After a long day on a low key and chill Friday night at ParkHouse I was met with top tier service! I've been a few times and service has always been good. They actually seem genuinely happy to make your experience and there's a good one! The food is good, I've had the stir-fried rice bowl, which feels light and fulfilling. The rotating muffins are homemade if I'm not mistaken. The Lentil soup is bomb! And the mussels are pretty good too. So many options I'm looking forward to coming back to try more. It's really a nice little eatery, I'd highly recommend if you're in the area, not much better in the immediate vicinity. Special shout out to Mikey, and Thea at the bar for the great experience last Friday night!

I had a gift certificate to this place....It sat around for many years, buttoday was the day to be used, hahaI informed the waiter about my certificate, and he was very gracious in honoring it, even though he had never seen one before, but said he had heard these things were floating around. It would've been nice to be outside on the patio, and everyone else had the same idea.I wanted solitude, so I sat inside. My server was very quick and attentive.I ordered some things to eat there, and some to go.I loved that the carnitas had the crunchy bits in it.I ate the portugués scramble at the table.Delicious fluffy eggs, bacon, onions, andpeppercini, along with thecheese... so many flavors on the palette! The mashed potatoes with skin were pretty good. Buttery soft, with a pinch of salt.I don't think you can mess up on mashed potatoes, can you?Blueberry mango jam was different but amazing. My drink was the mexican mocha topped with brown sugar crystals. Everything was worth the trip, and the price couldn't be beat. I would come here without a coupon/certificate, and if you know me, that's saying something.Wish I took more pictures to show you guys, but I was hungrier than a narcissist's ego.

This place is a must try for brunch! Located on Park Blvd. so many great choices to choose from ranging from American style breakfast to Mexican. Also a lot of different flavors of mimosas to try! That's why I got the flight of bubbles which lets you choose 4 different flavors, my favorite was the mango with tajin rim! To eat I got the carnitas stuffed roasted cake which came with two eggs any style you want, this plate was actually really good, flavorful, and interesting since it actually came in a cake/ bread type of form. The service was great and they were always checking up on us which was nice. Came on a Saturday around 10 and the wait time was around 35 min so not so bad for a weekend. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of their menu and mimosas!!

Went here for Sunday brunch. Quoted a 40 minute wait and it was only about 15-20 minutes. Awesome!! Server was prompt and friendly. Started with a Mimosa Flight. It was really good. Not overly sweet and the right amount of bubbly. I got the French Toast Combo. This plate doesn't sound filling, but it was. With 4 slices, egg, and bacon, I didn't finish my food. The ambiance was chill and I will come back again.

The lemon ricotta pancakes were incredible - huge, fluffy, bits of peel mixed in. Absolutely recommend. I got one with the breakfast plate, alongside bacon (next time I'll ask for extra crispy) and eggs (ask for hot sauce, I'm pretty sure it's home made). Really big portions which make the prices sensible. Sat outside since it was a nice day, they have a number of inside tables as well. Waiter and food runner were both friendly, helped with decisions, and kept water glasses full.
