After one bite we (family of five) said we are coming back. The was nothing left (and the portions are solid) of our salads, breakfast sandwich, fresh juices and desserts! While counter service, Roderick was personable and timely, taking this experience to 10 stars out of 10! So glad my son will most likely choose UCSD (after today's tour) so we get to come back here over and over again!

Parakeet Cafe offers delicious healthy food with a cute outdoor patio to enjoy the meal. Charcoal Waffle (5/5) - the coconut cream and date syrup were fantastic with the Belgian waffle. This dish was perfect to share with friends. Power Bowl (4/5) - filling bowl with well-cooked vegetables which paired great with the spicy labnehChicken sausage (2/5) - although homemade, I wish there was more flavor and spices to bring a more breakfast sausage flavor

Phenomenal! Healthy food with a beautiful atmosphere, can sit out on the patio or indoors and both are comfortable, spacious, clean seating. Food options are endless and they are easily willing to accommodate on modifications. Prices are reasonable for the portion and high quality ingredients. Got the power bowl with a side of chicken sausage and fresh greens. This was AMAZING. The potatoes, roasted mushrooms and cauliflower with heirloom tomatoes were to die for, with the hummus/zatar sauce it was so flavorful and the side salad was a great addition. The chicken sausage patty was a little overpriced for just one piece but delicious nonetheless! Would go back again for sure. Super cute cafe tucked in the middle of a small campus of office buildings. There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, and the decor is so cute! I love all the pink! I ordered the Thai bowl with tofu and a London fog. The London fog was delicious! Definitely hit the spot. It was the right temperature and not overly sweet at all. I did like the flavors of the Thai bowl but felt that it was oversaturated in sauce. If I didn't add on the tofu, I don't think that I would have liked it as much. The tofu was very tasty and had a great consistency. I did like the different textures within the bowl and it was fairly filling. For $8 add-on price, I wish there was at least 1 more piece of tofu.

We had a delightful lunch here. The food is so healthy and fresh but be prepared to pay for the high quality. I ordered salmon salad and an iced lavender matcha. The location is clean and super cute inside. The outdoor patio area is beautiful--amid an herb and vegetable garden. Service was also excellent, fun and friendly staff.

The burrito was the best one I have eaten in the whole state of California! It's kinda in a weird spot, but it's worth making sure you find it. The guy at the counter, super helpful and a pleasant placed to Papa squad and eat a good burrito.

I've been working my way through a variety of Parakeet's locations. Their coffee and coffee drinks are absolutely fantastic. So far my favorites are the Avocado Toast (a little spicier than some but the Harvest Toast is less so), and the Surfr Burrito. I was a little skeptical at the idea of a their cauliflower Chorizo but it was absolutely fantastic. Mad respect for not taking the easy way out and using a prefab soyrizo.Looking forward to my next visit!

Wow! Did not know this hidden gem was hiding here. Went here to grab a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised with the super amazing service and tasty food. I will definitely be coming for this healthy option that offers such a wide selection of options for breakfast and lunch!

This place rocks your socks off. If you are an employee in the alexandria business buildings, you get a discount. This is a really nice and relaxed eatery in the business park. It is almost offensively pink, but I dig the vibe. Everything I have tried here is phenomenal, but with the prices, it is a treat to eat here. There is a lush organic garden right outside, and if you need any tips for your own garden, the gardeners are there every afternoon. Come check this place out and enjoy some good food and good coffee!

what a hidden gem! I had the croissant with scrambled eggs, TLC all the way.my daughter had the mushroom toast, same, just fantastic . and the service matched the food. can't wait to go with my husband. bput besides the food, the outdoors is soo beautiful and peaceful. and the restaurant inside is just as lovely. I'm greatfull that my daughter found this lovely spot. and there is another beautiful surprise there, but the reader has to go and find out for them self to find out.
