Paradise Lounge And Grill

Typically we eat breakfast at this hidden jewel. We decided to try lunch and like breakfast very pleased as usual. The staff is friendly and care about the patrons.Decent pool tablesSuper clean even the bathrooms.

When in Rome...We were staying near by for the weekend before moving to our hotel on the water. We wanted to check out Old Town, but didn't need two days to do it. We wanted a place to eat that had options, wasn't touristy, walkable from the motel and great reviews. Insert Paradise here.Great dive bar, clearly loved by locals in the industrial area. Service was great, the electronic dart boards fun and the food was spot on. The small kitchen was open so you could watch them prepare your food. They took great care, super clean and you could tell they know they put out food well above a typical dive bar experience. Club sandwich, Western Burger and Ahi bowl all devoured. Just what we needed today after walking 5 miles around the area.

Went on a Saturday night and had a great night. Food was delicious and the drinks were on point. Best part was they had a DJ that kept the vibe right.

As others have remarked about the Paradise Lounge and Grill, some of the waitresses can be a bit testy. There is a feeling of visiting a run down strip club when arrive, but that is a great part of the charm. The square-shaped bar fills fast with happy and bositrous people. Note that you would want to sit at the bar if you intend to dine. Although Paradise has several large semi-circular boohs along one side wall that are available for dining, it is difficult to get the waitress' attention if you chose to sit there, for for they need to come from behind the bar to reach you. The music at the Pardise is an eclectic mix of songs from various eras, and is fun. At several times during the evening, the staff announces they are going to do a big dance behind the bar, and they beckon you to watch. For example, "Step by Step" by the New Kids on the Block. However, the staff is adament that you NOT photograph them in the dance they just asked you to watch.Thw Spaghetti and Meatballs was a special of the night and was acceptable.

The breakfast is not as good as it used to be. The bar service is decent most times. The crowd varies from spillover from the strip club to swingers to bikers to regulars. You never know who you're going to be sitting next to.

Friendly, fast service. Good prices and the food is absolutely amazing. The burgers are spectacular. Ambiance is what you would expect from a place like this and that's a great thing.

Great dive bar, amazing food. The ham steak is unbelievable as is the burrito and lobster and steak Benedict. Bartenders are so friendly. Highly recommend. Best ham steak in the world!

What happened to this place? NOT what it used to be. Food quality.... All the regulars, staff & patrons have gone. It's a shame.

We love coming to this place. The bartenders are the best, we love all of them. They are so welcoming and the other patrons are as well. Definitely our SD favorite dive.. drinks are reasonable & food is pretty good too

Service was terrible. Was there twice in the last month took over an hour to get our food this time the waitress ignored us never go back again.
