Still awesome and - hopefully- this is the permanent spot for Parabola. Nestled inside 619 Spirits (also an awesome place) - you can get all your traditional coffee favs as well as some Parabola's custom concoctions. The interior and exterior are just get places to hang and chill. I can see the outside being popular once it warms up!

Parabolas provide a relaxing atmosphere. After reading other reviews, I anticipated more on the food menu, but was surprised by how little there was. We gave the brioche breakfast sandwich a go, and it was average.  Their cortado had a nice balance of espresso and steamed milk that I enjoyed.The service was kind and welcoming, and the ambiance was pleasant. It seems like it would be more suited for their evening bar.If you're looking for a reliable cortado in the neighborhood, this place is a good option.

Mocha latte- the absolute best. Frothy, sweet, POW flavor of coffee. Need more in my life and mouth. Thrasher's whole bean coffee. Medium roast, little dry taste. Solid cup if ratios are met.

Good quality goods served from knowledgeable and friendly staff. I ordered the Cardamon iced latte, which is subtly sweet and spicy. It is on the stronger end, so I'd order it if you like a simple, yet delicious pick me up' drink.Pastries/coffee beans are available and there are many options to choose from.- Seating is available to study, hangout and/or catch up with others.I definitely recommend this place if you appreciate a good cup of coffee!

Didn't realize this was Second Chance Brewery during the day - great quiet spot with lots of large tables to work at and a more airy feel compared to some cramped coffee shops in the area. Tried a few of the ~health~ centered functional drinks like the Chaga mushroom latte and immunity tea. Chaga latte - infused with Chaga mushroom powder - I love making these at home and this was a rare find! If you've never had one it sorta tastes chocolaty. Immunity Tea - nice herbal tea with health boosting ingredients to warm up on a surprisingly chilly day!

Lots of seating so it's a great spot to work from if your laptop is fully charged. There were few spots with outlets.Iced Vietnamese coffee - stronger than most Vietnamese coffees I've had. I would recommend asking for more condensed milk. Other than that, I really liked this!Matcha latte (+$1 for almond milk) - liked how they asked if you wanted it sweetened or unsweetened. I opted for unsweetened and you can really taste the matcha. It's not as creamy as matcha with milk but still creamy enough.Everything bagel - it was an okay bagel, a bit dense.

I stopped by Parabola Coffee to pick up some coffee beans and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the place. By day, it's a great workspace with plenty of seating options and a relaxed vibe. The coffee beans I picked up were top-notch and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly in helping me find the right blend.What sets Parabola Coffee apart from other coffee shops is that it transforms into a happy hour destination by night. The space is beautifully designed and has a great ambiance that's perfect for enjoying a drink after a long day. The drink selection is diverse and the prices are reasonable.Overall, I highly recommend Parabola Coffee for both its coffee beans and its atmosphere. Whether you need a productive workspace or a fun place to unwind, this spot has you covered. Can't wait to return!

One of the absolute best lattes I've had in SD!Came in on a Saturday morning and ended up getting a bunch of work done and thoroughly enjoyed my coffee beverage! I went with my usual iced vanilla latte order and I was so impressed by the strong espresso flavor that wasn't masked by the milk or vanilla. Plus they make their vanilla syrup in house!Can't wait to come back soon!!!

I always enjoy dropping in for morning caffeine! Tea selection is well-chosen and the recently added breakfast menu gives some great simple options, like bagels, and breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Quick, friendly service and an "industrial cozy" vibe.

I'm not sure what happened when they moved locations but the coffee quality went down. I paid for craft coffee but it tasted very cheap. The foam was was super thick and the coffee had a weird soap or cleaner taste to it. I ended up just leaving my full latte that I paid for because that's how bad it was. I was disappointed because I usually love coffee at highly rated places.
