I stumbled upon this place by accident, having found it only after visiting Azukar Coffee, a shop a few meters away. This place is tucked behind a garden. The inside of the shop was clean, and the staff member was very friendly. While the churros were a little pricier than other establishments I've visited (2 for ~$8), I thought they tasted okay. While I am in no rush to return, it was a cute spot, and I am glad I was able to support a local business during less-than-ideal times.

This is a MUST GOTO spot if your in AZ... me myself was just out visiting & found this Hidden Gem on google maps. Really funny little drive trying to find the place we swore it was in someone's house at first ! Lol but it's NOT just on the Main Street look for a little black sign & a small drive way ! & go from there ... but the Churro's are sooo good. Got two kinds regular & Carmel filled... YUM !! So big so much cinnamon & when she put the Carmel she didn't hold back !! Didn't get to take a picture or catch the name of the woman who served us but THANK YOU ! It was delicious will definitely be back!

So let me tell you how good this place is! The last time I had a churro this good was 2 years ago from a street vendor in my mom's hometown in Sinaloa. The churros are thick and pipping hot made to order. With a crunchy fried outside sprinkled with sugar and cinnamom, to a warm fluffly inside filled with your choice of strawberry, lechera, cajeta, guayaba or cream cheese. You can also go with oringinal no filling too. The Churro Toxico is like a mexican love pocket filled with apple sauce and oooey creamcheese filling, it is DIVIIINE. To wash down this indulgent desert you can order an agua fresca flavor of the day or mazapan horchata. The mazapan horchata reminded me of my mom's Cebada (Barley Drink) with the hint of peanut the mazapan brings. They also have crepes but I will leave that for next time Our server was very nice and they have outdoor games to play. The location is a bit hidden next to Azucar Coffee shop so just keep driving and look for the signs to find this new hidden gem in South Phoenix!

Found this hidden gem, literally hidden behind a bakery and some construction. The place is beautiful. We stared with two bebidas a pineapple and guava and a mazachata. They were both refreshing and delicious! If you thought an horchata couldn't get better we'll think again and try the mazachata which has mazapán crumbs on the bottom We got two churros one with queso crema and one with lechera and they were out of this world. They were so sweet and warm it made me think about how my grandma never made me churros and now I'm mad but still very happy I am here! Also the girls here are super nice, welcoming and accommodating.

This place is disappointing and a waste of money! The churros are frozen and put into a fryer, therefore; they are raw in the inside. The crepres are also not done well, not fully cooked.

I was so excited to see another local business pop up in our neighborhood, especially one that made the kind of churros I like to eat, and I wanted so badly to love it. The space is cute, and in addition to a straightforward churro menu, they offer aguas frescas, ice cream, and cupcakes. The staff was also very kind. I ordered an original churro and a Nutella-filled one to go & to share with my husband. I cut the original in half and ate my piece; the outside was delicious and crispy, but I found the inside to be flavorless and doughy. I cut the Nutella-filled one in half next, only to discover that the Nutella had not made it all the way through, and the center was completely raw. I cut them again and saw the Nutella had only filled the top 1/4 of the churro, and the rest was at least undercooked if not raw. We sadly ended up throwing the $8 worth of churros away. I reached out via email but have yet to hear back. I 100% will give them another chance, because I love small businesses and they're pretty new, but will definitely split the churros in-store in case it happens again and advise others to do the same. 2 stars for concept.
