Papazzi Pizzeria

We stopped for a slice of pizza after a round of shopping in the mall. To make it quick, we picked a slice of Cheese pizza and a slice of Sausage pizza from the already ready options. The pizza was decent for a mall food court pizza, wasn't the best nor was it the worst.

Get a slice a pizza with an even bigger slice of attitude! I ordered a single slice of cheese pizza for my daughter and I made a simple request of "can you slice that pizza in half?"An older Hispanic gentleman told me no. So I tried to understand why, instead, I get a bunch of attitude and told that it's a choking hazard and that he's not able to cut the slice in half. Seriously? The dude was just being lazy. There was nobody in line, I was the only one at the register.What's worse than the pizza? The customer service and attitude of the workers.Oh, the pizza is was mediocre at best. Crust was somewhat undercooked and pasty white.This was one of those rare times where a 0% tip was 100% justified.

I walked up to the register, stood for about a minute waiting as the man sitting on a bar stool sat talking on his cell phone. He glanced at me once or twice, but didn't budge. Eventually he slowly propped his ass off the stool and inched his way towards the register. Without saying a single word of acknowledgement or even asking what I wanted, he just looked at me as if expecting me to just point to a slice. I asked him if there was anything in the oven? He said "what?" I repeated the question again. He turns and walks away while continuing to chat on his cell phone. He didn't even bother to say no or shake his head. He just turned and walked away. Well excuse me for trying to give you my business, moron.

The pizza was good but the breadsticks are hard. The water said it was 1.39 but they charged 1.56

I knew nothing about this place and bypassed another italian restaurant in favor of this one. Initially when I walked up to the counter, the employee was playing on their phone and it took a few seconds to get their attention. That probably should have been my first warning sign. But anyway...I opted for their special which included two slices of pizza and a drink. I wasn't that hungry, but I didn't see any options for just a slice of pizza and a drink. I got two sausage and pepperoni pizza slices and a fountain drink. Honestly it wasn't that great and it tasted like cardboard. So judging from the other reviews about the pizza, it hasn't changed much. I was happy that the pizza was hot because it looked really dried out when I ordered it.One surprise was that when I finished my root beer I was pretty sure that I wasn't going to be able to get a refill; especially since we were sitting far away next to Half Price Books. But I took a chance and went over there. I asked for a refill and they handed me a paper cup and a lid and straw. So that's where the third star comes in, for unexpected service. I don't come to Crossroads very often, but on my next visit, I'm going to opt to eat elsewhere.

I was just there placing an order and the lady tipped herself the highest percentage before I could do anything on the screen and when I asked for a receipt she waved me away. I got a slice of cheese pizza and that was it. I would have tipped but, at a basically self service place, I don't tip 25% for handing over a slice of old cheese pizza. I tried to bring it up with her but she handed my pizza and turned her back to me. So I left and I tried to email, but they ignored my email. Definitely will never be back to this place.

The dough is really good! May be an unlikely location to find a good bite, but do it - more impressive than it's higher profile neighbors.

They used to be OK. Recent orders have been disappointing. The quality of their products have totally gone downhill and they have recently bought on to the whole shrinkflation Bidonomics plaguing the nation.Briattore Pizza from now on!

Terrible people and service. Rude servers! Pizza is like cardboard. Do not eat here!!! I wish I can give zero stars! Hope the owners sees this review and fire the staff especially the Mexican cook who is always rude. I will never eat here again!

If there was an award for bad pizza... this place would have it in the bag! I can't believe how someone could call themselves a pizzeria and have the audacity to send me that thing they called a pizza. Buyer beware!!! Do not eat here!!!
