My third time here, great service again by Anna she was taking care of the bar and sounding tables very attentive with my needs .

We met a couple local friends here for dinner the other night. Even though it's very close to their home, they hadn't tried it before. It wasn't very busy but we couldn't get help at the bar or at the table. There appeared to be two people working and they were doing everything. Truly unsure what the other two employees were doing.It was hot inside with no fans or AC. The doors were open but there was no breeze so we went and sat outside where it was a little cooler. Like others have said, this place is way too expensive for what you get. Happy Hour prices (until 5pm, allegedly) were not honored and regular drink and food prices were considerably higher than other local places. I don't mind paying more for good food and drink, but the service and drink/food offerings just didn't justify the costs. Maybe skip this place.

Service: horrible Food: not impressed Ambiance: being that this is a "Mexican" restaurant. The music is not what I would have expected. I can see why it is rated at 3 stars

Location was clean music was good Service was ok . Now the food Had a good presentation Didn't really like the rice some of the rice was burned.Enchiladas I did not really care for Didn't really like the red sauce they used.Over all a nice location w a small bar to have drinks and enjoy a good time

Just visited this place and ordered a "Siete Mares" soup (caldo) and the "Eastlake" omelette. The vegetables in the soup were raw and hard. The beans and potatoes that came with the omelette had NO flavor. The service was decent. Yet, after bringing to the waiter's attention the issues described. He just heard us, he did not make any effort to better the situation. The quality here is clearly a hit or miss. Nonetheless a huge disappointment!

On my birthday celebration my coworkers invite me for dinner. Food was good an big portions, service fast and friendly. There was nice music playing to make a pleasant ambient. However at the time to pay the bill was shocking the prices including gratuity was very high! I've been in this place before that's why it surprised me.My bill was $63, I got mix fajitas, guacamole and unsweetened tea!

Came here to have dinner with my boyfriend and it was really good. It's a bit pricy but it was worth it. The drinks were delicious, our bartender was awesome as well. We sat at the bar area and the service was top notch. This place looks like it gets down on the right night. I will be back to catch that vibe for sure!

I got off work late and was craving some fish tacos from papagayos. So I called over the phone and placed the order for takeout with fast and great service as expected. They had my order ready and paid $40.25. I think their pricing must have gone up which I understand because of the inflation. Honestly the tacos were ok compared to my last visit they definitely did better tacos. The food was acceptable and would reconsider coming back for some fish tacos again. The were pretty busy inside and the vibe seemed to be a fun place to dine in.

I placed an order for chicken fajitas. I drove to the location everybody so busy not doing anything took them five minutes to notice me . I was there to picking up an order i place over the phone I paid $36for chicken fajitas and when I got home . there were no tortillas. I called back and they hanged up on me twice, I think people are not being managed, right . I would never ever go there again in my life. I don't recommend this place to no one..food was disgusting
