This papa Murphy's does not want your business. They would rather you leave then help you. I've tried to get a pizza after wk several times and they always literally get pissed if you don't call ahead. They will tell you it's a hour wait. The manager is always in distress and clearly can't handle his job. This a lazy crew especially the manager. I don't know how they stay in business when they don't want to help you. I love their pizzas but give up on this company. Beyond disappointing.

Very good pizza that you order and then take hime and bake. I had pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese and it was quality pizza! I will definitely get it again.

Ordered pizza an hour in advanced, showed up to pick it up and they hadn't even started to make the pizza. Apparently when you order online it means they will start it when you walk in the door. Horrible system they have. They need to create a better flow system to be more successful and have more happy customers.

Prices are outrageous, I paid $43 for two large uncooked pizza's. Blows my mind, they said pizza coupon offers were only good if you order online, last time I'll be ordering from these mediocre place

Waited an hour for our pizza that was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. It was an online order and they prepared everyone else's pizzas in the store before making our pizza that was placed 30 minutes prior. They had just ordered before I got up to the register to check on my pizza's status. At the end of all of it there were barely any toppings. I will never go back!

ordered my pizza online almost 4 hours ago for a pickup of 5:30 pm. when attempting to pick up at 5:40pm, was told to wait 20 minutes. if the pizza was not already paid for, I would have gone elsewhere. on top of that, I have a free 5 cheese bread that I tried to use today. Because it is Tuesday, and pizzas are discounted, I could not use my free cheese bread. Tried ordering a small pizza or salad and it still would not work. Do not see myself returning to this location again. I do have options.

This is going to seem hard to believe so buckle up. We order 3 pizzas online an hour and 15 minutes before pickup . We arrive about ten minutes after our order was supposed to be ready. A young gal with blue hair and glasses named Kylie said they were extremely busy and that the pizzas haven't been started yet. She said they would start our pizzas right away . We said "ok we will go to Safeway and be back" no big deal. We did our shopping and came back about 45 minutes later . The pizzas were still not finished . Nothing rude was said . I'll admit we were disappointed but said nothing verbally. I sat down and Kylie looked over at me out of the blue and said "you're no more important than any of our other customers!" I said "I didn't think I was. Calmly I told her it would be really nice to have some communication and let people know when you're running behind ." She said back to me, " we don't have a way to communicate , what do you want me to call you every hour to check in with you?" I'm in shock at this point . I've never had an employee be so disrespectful to me at this point . I couldn't believe it . I said nothing . I was checking the order receipt because I messed up by not putting toppings on my pizza when I ordered online . I was trying to understand how the error happened and it was totally my error . I'll admit that and I was never rude about it . I was asking her to put the toppings on the side because I paid for a 2 topping "your choice" and forgot to add the toppings when I ordered online . She screamed at me "I already told you what happened!" When I asked about the error at first. I said "hold on, I'm trying to understand and you need to stop yelling at me " she said "well you've been a Bitch ever since you walked in ". Which I hadn't . I hadn't said anything negative to her. In fact, I was extremely patient and cooperative with what was going on at first. I just wanted my toppings . I told her " you can be frustrated with me , all you want but you don't get to talk to me like that. You have terrible customer service. I'm allowed to be frustrated that you guys didn't have my food ready but I didn't say a word to you about it and to add to it , shouldn't you be at least wearing hair nets or a hat while you are flailing your hair everywhere?" She stormed off into the back room. Chris... Christopher ...I'm not sure which he goes by but he tried extremely hard to calm her down . His customer service was great and he did his best to help me . Kylie is a HUGE problem in your establishment. I have NEVER in my life had such terrible customer service like this. I never thought I would experience something like this. You guys need to get her away from people . This was outrageous. Happened on 01/07/24 at about 5pm . I hope you guys have cameras and deal with this employee . She literally called me a bitch

Place is clean and the three young men working tonight were great. I called in a pizza and I wasn't too far - they got on it quick. Not only that, but my hands were so full with a baby carrier and one of them offered to help bring it out to my car. It was refreshing getting great service like this after a long day. Thank you guys

I have come to this Papa Murphy's at Smokey Point Washington for twelve years now and have always had great customer service until tonight. A gentleman named Jason answered the phone at 7:30 p.m. when I called. I asked them if the store was open and he said yes until 8. I asked him if it was okay to order a pizza this late in the day and he responded with if we're open till 8 then we can make you a pizza. His tone and demeanor at this point we're awful. I've dealt with this person one other time and thought he may have just been having a bad day but at this point I believe he is a bad employee. When I picked my pizza up I was very polite and asked one of the younger kids if he had contact information email or otherwise for the general manager or owner of this franchise. He checked with Jason who came out and told me that he could not give any of that information out. when I asked if I could go online he gave no direction and at that point told me I needed to leave the store. I responded that he was being less than professional by taking the tone with me he was being an asses for hanging up while I was still talking to him. At that point he looked directly at me and said f you get out of my store. I was appalled. I told him I would definitely be contacting somebody higher up than him and voicing what had transpired. Is this the kind of employee Papa Murphy's would like to have? I will go talk to the day shift manager of this store but may not return and may stop being a Papa Murphy's customer. The first time I was in and he was rude to me. One of the employees after he left the room apologized for him and said do not tell him but he is a terrible boss

I am disappointed. Yet another store that figures that by the act of handing you the food you ordered, the food that their job is to make and hand it to you. Not serve it to you. Not refill you coffee. Not bring more napkins yet now the ask for a tip. For what? These places are getting carried away asking for a tip for no reason! They should be embarrassed!
