We were staying at a local hotel, and were looking for a place we could walk to - and found Panini Kabob Grill. Very tasty, visually appealing (sorry, the photo was taken on the patio and the lighting is warm), and if you're hungry, generous portions. I had the Beef Koobideh skewer entree - you can order a single or an additional beef skewer for just a few dollars more, but the one was more than enuf for me - excellent value. Very polite and attentive wait staff. We got the cubano to go, was quite lovely too - will be back again!

This place is amazing !!' When I say AMAZING, I'am Talking about the food , the only fall back is the Service!!! Slow and non attentive!! I'm sure the chefs are doing their best back there!! But really, there should be a time frame on when food can be served right when the order is place!! Who's to blame on this!!! MANAGER (chatting not attending to the orders) or at least checking!! Whoever owns this place needs a little restructuring manager and server!!! And please they have so much attitude!!!! You're in the service industry, learn why you get TIPS ( TO INSURE PROPER SERVICE) Please this place has so many turnaround on restaurant replacement!!! We want you to stay in business!!!

We had the sampler appetizer with the variety of hummus and it was just ok, would not order again. My family had a wrap, pasta, and two people had the chicken and koobideh. The meats were all good although inconsistently cooked (one koobideh was burned while another seemed a bit undercooked). -1 star: The tables are small and the plates are big so it was tricky being comfortable. The tables are definitely wrong for this type of restaurant, I observed other people struggling as well. The restaurant also lacked a warmth and comfort that I can't quite put my finger on.-1 star: The worst part was the service- the server made no attempt to connect with us or check in to see if we needed anything, including refilling our water. We received better service from the food runner that brought out the food.

Food had very good flavor. Panini was a bit greasy but still ate it :DKabab was juicy. Pasta had a real good flavor with the cheese. the salmon on the pasta was not dry and very good seasoned. Service was ok. We did have to wait to get out check since our waiter disappeared for a bit but another one helped us out. Ambience is pretty chill. Big ceiling Fans were spinning since it was hot outside. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a lot of paintings hanged on the walls .

So far I have to say Panini kabob Grill has been pretty solid on their wraps. I've had their chicken, beef and salmon wrap. The salmon wrap is my favorite so far. If you get the Cesar salad, add the cesar dressing to the salmon wrap and a little spicy hummus and thank me later. Salmon is cooked to perfection and nice fresh vegetables inside. I ordered from Uber eats and they package everything nice and neat as well as seal the bag. They're a good healthy option if that's what you're looking for.

This spot is very good. It's simple and clean and healthy. I would recommend the family feast. It can easily feed 6 people. We had 4 people but needed to take some leftovers. It comes with two huge salads and a ton of rice. If you're looking for a decent lunch spot that won't break the bank and at the mall this is the spot to go to.

The food was delicious. I had the panini and took half my sandwich home. Would like to see them add lunch specials. Beautiful inside! Was surprised at how few people were there on a Sunday afternoon. They are lower level street side at the UTC mall - you almost have to know they're there to go there.With respect to service it was ok, not overly attentive (we had to ask for drink refills) but that afforded us some privacy in our very open space.There are a lot of businesses in the area, suggest the consider holding special occasions there!

The food tasted excellent. Just as they advertised, it was fresh and full of flavor. I'd highly recommend their combo appetizer platter as it gives a variety of different flavors that embodies Mediterranean style food. The interior design and decor is also very nice and gives off a very calming atmosphere at night.
