Switched from Starbucks to Panera to join the endless sip club and save money. Great membership to have if you work remote or are a student. The staff here at the dennery location is so friendly and the service is always quick. I like how spacious it inside with most of the tables having plug in outlets. My go to place recently.On days I'm in a hurry a grab a drink in the drive through, because why not. It's endless drinks! Papaya Green Tea is refreshing but not too sweet.

Another Panera location in this shopping center which is good, if you sign up for unlimited sips, stop by when you shop around here, they have bigger space inside, very clean and bright since it's only about a year old. Food tasted a little odd and the portions was smaller, hmm.

I ordered broccoli cheddar soup with a bread bowl for the second time in the last two weeks and both times they have not had a bread bowl. How is that possible??? The first time they gave me a cookie as a replacement and today they gave me a hamburger bun! I'm extremely disappointed and will not be going to Panera again!

The staff are always warm and friendly. However, over time the quality of product has constantly worsened. Tonight I thought I'd give Panera another try - we were once again disappointed with the poor quality of their sandwiches. Wilted vegetables, stale, hardened bread just to name a few - regrettably we'll not be returning.Interestingly, when I tried to reach Panera Bread directly through their own website to voice my concerns, the "cafe" field would not accept the the street address, the city, and or zip code. I live a block away - I know the address. Which leads me to believe they're not concerned over leave feedback.

This has happened to me multiple times. I always order delivery. I buy the 20z drinks, but end up getting the smaller size. I've sent messages to Guest Care and they help sometimes, however, what upsets me is that it keeps happening. It's not about rectifying my one order, but about making sure that employees pay attention to what they are putting up on the counter. The delivery drivers don't know which size is which, so I don't expect them to stand there and ask if they've been handed the right size when one expects the Panera employees to know what they're doing.I hope employees get better training in checking items before they serve/place for delivery. I just don't want to have to go through this yet again! I really enjoying Panera, but this is too much.
