Panera Bread

Food was very tasty. Christian was a good cashier. Store was neat and clean. Ambiance with soft music was good to hear.

Charge completely different prices than what's posted, when I asked the cashier she said they have increased prices and haven't updated it on the signs yet! Not clean whatsoever

Not sure why I didn't discover this Panera location even though it's been here for 2 years already. I can say that it still looks brand new, decent parking spaces with drive thru included; and the interior looks pretty clean as well.Following the lawsuit against their company, all their Panera locations now have to get rid of the charge drinks, if you want to buy them, you have to let one of the employee know to get it for you. I am on their unlimited drinks program for a long time, I could confirm that their caffeinated drinks didn't kill me or driving me crazy, I guess the person who suffered from it must have drank a tons uncontrollably, but oh well it ruined the experience for everyone else nationwide. Now that I found out about this spot, I can make a quick stop here in the future.

I'm very disappointed in this location. For starters what am I paying for?! What is with the portion sizes?! The amount given?!. Then to top it off it's extremely over priced. I am aware that the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Please don't think we as customers don't notice. I would say on top of that my order was made sloppy. Seems like you don't even get much dressing for your salad anymore either. Pasta sizes?? What is that? Because that's literally a toddler size. I feel like I have to pay for a double order to equal a full size meal. Panera needs to do better. But as for this location kitchen staff needs some work. Cooperate needs to honestly give the customer their moneys worth. How can you charge so much and give so little.

Place is way overpriced for what you get. Absolute robbery. If you want a sandwich go across the street to jersey mikes. You actually get a hearty sandwich not this bs. 15 dollar sandwich and you mostly get bread. Terrible.

Do better Panera......... tossing the bread in the bag.. not worth $11 Very stale.........................

I ordered the toasted italiano sandwhich and a side of mac and cheese. Both were very tasty! The service was good as well. The workers were respectful, friendly, and speedy. The bathroom was also pretty clean as well. I also ordered a cup for soda. I decided to try the passion papaya green tea but unfortunately it tasted very bad. It tasted like watered down Kool aid. In addition to this, it was not the most pleasant experience to sit inside. There was a woman who was speaking extremely loud. I feel like the staff should have asked her to quiet down a bit. It was off putting to hear her yell during the whole time I was eating. I would come here again for the food and service but I am not sure if I would sit inside again.

The food was pretty good. Tried the new sandwich tomato basil BLT, yummy!! My wife had the chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was very tasty and cooked just right. Only negative I would have to say of this location was the tables. Myself and others had to use napkins to clean the tables off from other customers. Oh and as someone else mentioned, the prices on the menu are less than what you actually pay. Really??

I've been to a few locations in San Diego. This location by far has the worse service. When I pulled up to the drive through no one was in front of me. The worker said she'll be with me in a minute. I waited a few minutes at least before she took my order. I noticed on my receipt that they had charge me for the wrong drink. I showed the worker and with attitude and unprofessionalism she cut me off rudely and said " I"lll check". And sighed loudly.She came back with my receipt and said online prices are different than drive through. I didn't order online I ordered at the drive through. They charged me for a to go item (more expensive than a fountain drink) and gave me a smaller fountain drink. She was very rude, wasn't trying to hear what I was saying and very dismissive of me. As I was getting ready to leave the drive through. In the back ground another worker yelled "thank you.. you have your order" in a loud condescending way.I've never had such rude and unprofessional customer service. I also agree with the other reviews. It's pretty pricey for a basic sandwich/soup/ salads.I would not recommend this place.

Once again ripped off by this store. Does no one care about quality assurance here? Ordered a caprese sandwich and this is what I get. Complete robbery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANERA Look at the photo of their ad vs what you get in real life
