Panera Bread

Been here quite a bit this last month. Pretty good. Tried different sandwiches. The tuna was good. The bbq chicken ciabatta was delicious the cookies and desserts were a perfect size tbh. The bagels and the breakfast options were good and nice selection. The service is pretty quick. Order is no hassle as it's a machine and you decide what you want at your pace. The place is pretty quiet. I've seen people work, study or have two person meeting. The vibe is nice/

Trash! Location and I love Panera Too long of a wait as kids are conversing rather than working. Not to mention the sandwich was a bit short in quality (see picture).

This location just opened in my neighborhood and I'm so happy because I'm a huge fan of Panara! I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Greens w/ Grains salad and it was delicious! My only rant was this location was extremely slow! I ordered via the app and chose to pick up in the drive thru and I waited over 20 mins in line. There wasn't a way to get out of the drive thru as I was blocked in by other vehicles. Also, in place of the baguette, for my side I opted for the chips and they still gave me the baguette. Hopefully this is just due to them being new! The location was beautiful and clean! Overall it was a good experience!

Love how there is a Panera Bread around this area! The location is fairly new and it's worth a try. I was satisfied was the dish I received. It hit the spot with my craving and the salad was delicious! Service was quick considering my friend and I went during the midday of a weekday. The place itself is clean and a bit spacious. Lots of bread display and tablets to ordered ahead. Will be returning here for sure!

Can I just say how excited I am to have a Panera Bread in Laveen!?! I came here for the first time this evening and used the drive through service .... Very pleased! The young lady was clear, patient and professional. She made sure my order was correct, asked for my name and said thank you. There was a small but to long of a wait but it's drive through, that's expected. I get to the window and there were 2 friendly young ladies who were so polite and kind. One was taking the orders while the other one service the window. I got my food, smoked chicken bbq sandwich and chicken noodle soup . I came home and my food was still nice and warm and tasty! I will be a returning customer and am now going to sign up for their rewards. Thank you Panera Bread in Laveen

Customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Food was great. Mac n cheese came out warm. Sandwiches were fresh. Chocolate croissant was soft, but flaky; sweet and loaded with chocolate... didn't disappoint!

We've dined in, ordered pick up and delivery. Everytime the food has been great. We stopped inside today for pickup. Rickie was so kind and gave my daughter stickers. When we were leaving my daughter said, "mom, you should leave them a 5 star review". Rickie made us feel welcomed. The establishment was very clean and organized. We can't wait to come back and dine in.

The service was wonderful and the ambiance nice and quiet. Food was delicious as always. Top notch!

Too long of a wait n drive thru...... Considering it was 10:49am before lunch rush .....Do Better Panera.

Tried this new location, went through the drive through and ordered. Waited for our food for about 20-25 mins in the drive through line. About 10 mins into waiting in the drive through employee told me that our food would be right out but proceeded to wait another 15 mins. Received our food and doubled checked before we left we were missing 2 items that were in fact on the receipt. I went inside and the cashier looked at my receipt, went to her manager in which she told me "he packed the bags himself can you bring the bags back in". I brought the bags in and "the manager (guy)" looked at my receipt went through my bags and said "everything's correct but I guessI'll give you, your missing items" I was very polite with the staff, the cashier was sweet she offered a pastry whileI waited for her manager but I said It was okay. All in all, food was okay. I've definitely had better experiences at different locations.
